This dairy has just been remodeled but the attention to people is disgusting because the lady who took our order spoke to us in English and I asked her in Spanish and she continued speaking to us in English she never understood the order she didnt give it wrong we didnt want it anymore. eat, there we picked up and left

A very good place to go and hangout, have a very good Ice cream. My favorite is the blizzard of New York cheesecake. The place is recently renovated so all the things are in very good condition. Also the place has air conditioning and a bathroom. Food : 5/5 |

On the evening of July 8, 2024 (8:10-9 pm), I purchased a nachos deluxe. It cost almost $9, but barely filled me. It was probably about 20-25 chips, some shredded cheese, small amount of refried beans, spoonful of meat, a few jalapeños, sprinkled with lettuce and tomato. The oil soaked through the paper & made a mess on the table. My first bite had a piece of bone. Even though they were nasty & messy, I still ate them because I hadnt eaten since 11:30 a.m. I showed it to the cashier, and she said she would tell & show her manager. I have bought something similar at a taqueria for the same price, but it fed 2 people.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. AS I WAS HAVING DINNER. AN EMPLOYEE WAS WIPING OFF ALL THE TABLES AROUND US. HE DROPS THE TOWEL HE WAS USING ON THE FLOOR. PICKED IT RIGHT UP AND CONTINUED WIPING ALL THE TABLES WITH IT. I MADE THE MANAGER AWARE OF THE SITUATION. I JUST LEFT. IT WOULD BE VERY HARD FOR ME TO RETURN AGAIN.

The food was great and as expected except for the nachos. The sauce was kind of thick and they didn t put enough for the amount of chips. The service was okay. They re not very friendly but it could have been a bad day. The atmosphere was clean with exception of a fly or two that snuck in. Overall I would probably come back for another visit.

Drive thru order for 2 dipped cones after ordering drove behind another customer that didn t wait for the order drove away. I drove up to the window to pay and there was no one there and after waiting for a while drove up to the next window same thing no one at the window decided to drive around and get off for my order. When I get to the counter I noticed several employees standing, laughing one of the employees asked what are you ordering? I said I m here for my drive thru order she went up to employee Azul whom took my order and told her out loud the lady from drive thru came inside for her dipped cones . Azul had already placed the cones in the fridge went and got them. She kept telling me you are the one that drove away there was someone there and you drove away. I got my order and told her that I would be doing a review for the way I was approached by the staff and she ran after me when I mentioned that to her. I said what is the purpose of a drive thru order? Azul wanted me to hear her out she was trying to justify how busy it was today and how crazy it got but never admitted that the window was unattended. I asked Azul if she was the manager and she said NO the manager was not even around. I m very disappointed with the customer service the employees need to respect the other customers in the dining area whom heard all the negative conversation. We had our soggy dripping cones that was not nice.. I will not recommend or return to this DQ sadly but true. Managers need to supervise and retrain the employees on customer service and honesty. The customer should be the priority regardless if it s been a crazy busy day.

As soon as we opened the door to get in, the guy that was handling the cash register immediately told us that they would be closing, discouraging us from ordering. We wanted to spend some good quality family time and there were no chairs available for our family. They had closed before time the mayor part of the dining area. Also they were mopping like 40 minutes before with strong chemicals...we went to McDonalds instead two blocks away and we received way better service and felt a warm cozy environment.

Best place for burgers and BANANA SPLIT!! And I felt like family singing happy birthday together with 3 employees to an old lady...she could have been my aunt. I do not recommend this DQueen they barely got my order right and they were rude and wanting us to hurry up, when there was no one else but us in drive thru .And they didnt put the extra chocolate on my banana split! They looked like immature tattooed no good for nothing punk kids thats the truth. Feel free to go visit them but make sure to get what you ask for and hope you guys receive better service if not make sure to make them know how u feel when your there! Because they seemed like they didnt want to work,those lazy asss!

The place is small, most of the tables are small, going with a large group is complicated or you will have to spread out over several tables. The staff very friendly and very attentive. Good food and good customer service. Only problem was study serve ice cream was a bit on the runny side and their freestyle Coke machine want working quite right. Ive seen better and more selections from the Freestyle then what they had.
