I went in craving their pancake of the month, and the food along with the service was amazing. Service was fast and friendly with the food tasting wonderful. Friday afternoon only us as clients!! Bad service, tough meat, two adults and two children who did not eat because the chicken strips were more breaded than chicken $54 dlls. We will not return not recommended!! In the end one of my 1 year old granddaughters threw 2 baby seats on her head and no one asked if she was okay! And all because it took them more than 7 minutes to attend to us to pay!!.. very bad experience!

If ask for hot sauce for the food, syrup for pancake, crepes or waffles you will be charge extra since it is not included on the plates. Is not the price that you pay but the sample that they bring you. I paid $2.50 for a small amount of hot sauce and its not allow to bring outside food or drinks. When ask why only that location charges, server insisted that it was the managers rules. Will continue to go to IHOP in Shary Rd, Conway, and Peñitas. But never here. Parking: Very small parking lot. It is share with other businesses

My family and I stopped to eat dinner after the rodeo. We normally have a decent experience at IHOP. This time we had an odd waiter named Eric. He was not a bad waiter my complaint is that he accidentally spilled a whole cup of coffee on my wife s lap and ran and got a hand towel and picked up the mess on the table and never apologized. He can back and said you ready to order we looked at him and told him to wait bc my wife was burned. He turned around and left and never came back. Another waiter came to take our order. We thought about leaving but our kids were hungry and it was late so we decided to stay. Terrible customer. Never coming back. I have reached out to corporate.

Stopped at this location after a long shift, I can tell you I was just thinking of getting the pancakes. However, after meeting my brother at the location I decided on having the sirloin tips a favorite of mine that I have not gotten in a while. We placed the order and my brothers fish and shrimp was yummy! Mine though, I was disappointed. The portion was smaller than what I have been served in the past, but I didnt mind at all what I did not like was the flavor. It had a reheated taste to it and it some were well done or med well when I had asked for medium. The manager did allow for me to swap out my dish for something else. I truly appreciate the discretion and the quick turn out time. I am one very happy customer, will definitely return to this location.

Phone service speak Spanish only and doesn t know what they re doing. Food was cold and bland when I picked it up. I ordered online and was supposed to get curbside, they acted as if they don t do curbside and I was parked right in front of the sign. When my husband went inside to pick up food because it never came, all of them were just standing around chatting and doing nothing. I am never going to return.

I only give the food 5 stars but over all experience was not good. There s a sign outside the window that clearly states children eat free for 3pm to 10 pm. We arrived at 9 pm. Ate and ask for the bill . The employees didn t honor the kids eat free till 10 pm , even though it clearly said till 10pm . We had to pay for the bill in full. Have the order to the server and she put extra stuff on the order. We tried to make us pay for that too. We didn t because she clearly wasn t paying attention to us give the order. I don t and won t recommend anyone to go there. Not unless you want to pay full price for your kids

Boy ol boy where do I start.I know I ll start with the management. Manager was standing around with gum in his mouth chewing it up with his mouth open standing at the host stand. He has servers who aren t trained all the way on the floor. Other sever was fixing a bag of fruit and some fell off the little bowl and I watched him pick it up with his gloveless hand he had just coughed into. The other female server was rolling silverware while messing with her hair. Everyone knows when you roll Silverware YOU NEED TO WEAR GLOVES. The guest put the spoon, forks and knives in their mouth. We wipe our mouths with the napkins she had he phone on. Phones carry a lot of germs! The other server didn t have any room on her hands so hey why not let s stack plates on each one another. Cooks on point, my food was great. Only because I had already seen the cook throw a ticket at my food and I made the manager aware of that situation and he had them make it over again.
