This is an incredible find! Nestled in the corner of a strip with a view to the beautiful tree line and walking path behind it. The atmosphere is airy and fun! I love Mister O1 in Grapevine and was excited to try the Flower Mound location. I actually prefer this location because there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon and the ambience was more comfortable and laidback. Service was fantastic and our waiter, Oscar, went above and beyond for us. We ordered the truffle burrata with proscuitto, a half Star Laina & half Star Carlos pizza and a Coffee Paolo pizza. Everything was amazing! They are so creative with their flavor combos, but everything works together flawlessly. Will definitely be back & highly recommend!

11/10 would absolutely revisit this lovely place again. The pizzas my boyfriend and I tried were honestly some of the best we ve had anywhere ever. Over-hyped. It was average. I m sure the original Miami concept was great, but like every chain it gets watered down the further it moves from the original. Watered down is exactly how I would describe the pizza. We were hopeful traveling around 45 minutes for a Friday dinner, but left disappointed. They try hard but can only do so much with copied recipes. Oh well, you can do worse for pizza.

This restaurant is a great addition to the Flower Mound community. The pizza is truly extraordinary, with toppings like coffee. Oscar was a fantastic host for us, as he was spot on with his recommendations and attentiveness. Mister O1 is now part of my regular rotation of restaurants!

Amazing birthday dinner! Daniella, our waitress, did everything to make us feel special. She recommended the Coffee Paolo pizza, and boy, was she right about it! Kamile was our server and is an excellent server. Gave us the history and made suggestions. I had Meat Lovers this time and my sister had Hawaiana. AND we had the Burrata e Crudo and it was AMAZEBALLS! I wish I could buy the focaccia bread ala carte, Id be there every day. It is extraordinary pizza and burrata!

Arrived a little after 5pm, and were quickly seated. Waiting for our other dining guests, we took in the atmosphere and layout of the resturant. A couple of larger tables and some with just a couple. The tables are kept clear of clutter, and once the service begins, the various settings and oils are brought. The water served from a carafe is cold & refreshing. We did not order from the wine list, but it looked very adequate for a nice meal priced well within reasonable. Our meal was taken and presented by Kamile who was 1st off knowledgeable and friendly, and super sweet. Our order for six guests was taken after Kamiles suggestions and explanations for us 1st timers by memory. Served at the table without a glitch. The meal came out organized and hot. Presentation was very nice, especially the Caprese. You need to try it! Now the kitchen is relatively close to where we sat. One can elect to sit further back in the resturant. But the open concept of the back of the house preparing your meal adds to the overall atmosphere. Just a little noise to stir your anticipatory senses ahead of time. However the noise is not at all distracting to nice table conversation which can be easily held. The food came out hot and was very tasty. Your server will explain that any selection can be ordered star style. Youll have to go to see what that is. No spoiler alert here. During our dinner, the entire front of the house worked to keep things moving effortlessly. Just the right balance of punctual service, keeping glasses full, but not hovering. Everyone stepped in to make dinner service a most plesant and enjoyable experience. No one walked by if they saw something that needed attention and just kept walking as can be found in other restaurants. It was truly a team effort and each and every member looked like they enjoyed being there. Now their was a gentleman standing off to the side with a watchful eye, helping out here and there. He walked over to adjust the front window shades as the evening sun was setting in to keep the guests comfortable. Let me say, he adjusted them to precision tolerances. And I certainly told him so.... And so our conversation began. He was a copartner and his name was Luis. A wonderful gentleman. Learned about the operation and I commended him on our overall experience and the staff that made us not only feel welcome. but like good neighbors and friends. You dont see or hear that too much in todays restaurants. We had a member in our party who was also celebrating a birthday. Again, that feeling of neighbors or good friends was on FULL display! So what do I think, in the final analysis? Like I told a couple trying to come in as we were leaving. They asked How was it? after being told of a 45min wait; They had definately picked up for a full blown Saturday night dinner service. DELISH! Was my response. The food was flavorful, the spicy sausage did have a bite, but not too spicy. And if one is not a fan of spice (you are told it is spicy on the menue), there are other choices certainly fully capable to fill ones needs and tummy. Definitely worth the wait. The portion for the pizza is great. At 13 inches with thin crust, a hearty eater can pack one away. Or, like one young couple seated next to us holding hands- they enjoyed one to share with some wine. It can be a little loud as the house fills with guests during peak service hours. No fault of the resturant, why people try to overtalkl the next table is besides me. But it did not take away from a most enjoyable meal. So my recommendation? GO! GO! GO! GO! If you enjoy good pizza, great service and being treated old school like family. We certainly will be back and we dont live in Flower Mound or Lewisville. A final note to Luis: Youre doing it right Sir. Keep the food and the love flowing. Continued success in the one thing that brings us all together. Breaking bread at table with family and friends. Andy Parking: Plenty of parking including up front for those with mobility disabilities. Kid-friendliness: Several tables had kids and youngsters. Definately a family environment.

The Star Luca was delicious! It was very busy for a Tuesday night, so service was a little slow. Our table was right next to the wall separating kitchen from dining area. The fumes and smoke did bother us, so next time we will request seating further away from ovens.

Mister 01 is our new favorite pizza spot! Whether you get the star pizzas stuffed to the brim with ricotta crust or the regular crispy sliced pizzas, you will be pleased! Daniela helped us today and was so kind and fast. She even gave us Nutella desert for free! The atmosphere is wonderful and feels like a fun family place. The pizza was great! Our server Parker had a good knowledge of the menu and tastes and set proper expectations. We really enjoyed the burrata antipasto, it was super creamy and you could taste the high quality ingredients, the arugula was fresh, perfectly salted and not too bitter/spicy, we saved some for our pizza too. We had the Meat lovers, Margherita and Claudio pizzas, all had different flavors so it offered a great overall experience. Parking was easy and the bathrooms were clean. We will be back with more pizza loving family and friends!

This pizza was definitely good but what blew us away was their service by Daniela. It was my sister s birthday so we took her out to dinner there - we didn t say anything at the restaurant but Daniela saw a birthday card my daughter made and surprised us with a Nutella pizza delivered by the servers singing happy birthday. What a nice touch - talk about attention to detail - she made our evening!
