I thought I was gonna enjoy the time capsule of the real oldies. When I arrived, there was more wuapango and cumbias than anything. I offered to pay the dj 40 bucks to play Madonna. He straight up said no. Shouldve known he was gonna refuse by the way he was dressed. He looked like he was ready for club fuego more than anything.

This was a standing bar. Not a whole lot of tables for standing with drinks unless you reserved them. But fun music and a decent vibe. Bartenders were friendly and quick for drink refills

Holy smokes this place is flipping amazing! One of the coolest retro bars Ive ever experienced. Thanks for creating this place. I dont live in the area but when I visit the next time I will definitely check it out again. Great atmosphere.

Check your bill! Walked up to the bar on a Friday night and was completely ignored by the female bartender, according to the receipt named Kate G. I thought to myself no big deal she cant ignore me all night and just stood at the bar waiting, with a smile on my face. Finally after several minutes of watching people around get helped who walked up to the bar AFTER me, I was finally acknowledged. I asked how much are your Vegas Bombs? She tells me $7 at which point I order 4 shots. I close out my tab and see that my total is $30, I think to myself no big deal the shots were just .50 cents more than she told me. So I leave her a 20% tip on the $30 charge ($6). Afterwards I get home, check my receipt and see that the bartender had already charged me gratuity. The 4 shots came out to $24 but she had added a 20% gratuity without my knowledge making the total $30 with tax. With the 20% I added to the $30 since I had no idea gratuity was already being charged, the rude bartender made a nice $10 tip from me that night

Great music, use cash and Just beware and pay attention to your bill, this passed weekend I was overcharged, they added 8 beers on my tab that I did not order. It s the second time this happens to me there. I currently have on my bank statement two of the same incorrect charges from the initial mistake they did, plus the one that was the correct one still pending.

Cute 80s theme bar/club. They have great music, a nice sized dance floor and great themed drinks. The bar had a good selection of top shelf liquors and beers to choose from. No draft beer though. There were also some tables where you can sit and play video games. It was also very clean. We had such a great time. Ill definitely be back the next time we are in McAllen, Texas.

Ive been here two times and each experience was fantastic. I love the music!! Prompts to the DJ for their music selection and adding some slight beats or bass to the music that gives it an extra oomph without changing it too drastically. I wish this place was bigger, it gets very packed and crowded but that didnt stop me from dancing and jamming out. Most people there were friendly and chill. No cover charge either! Love this place

Really liked this place, but the drink specials werent so special. It gets so packed everyone stands on the dance floor and no one can dance, so they really need to expand. If they remodeled and expanded, it would be a perfect 5 stars. Oh, and bigger bathrooms.
