First, I would like to compliment the servers. Our servers Kent and Anthony were outstanding. Their service was attentive without hovering. Anthony was great at assisting me with piecing together a vegetarian meal, since I was the only vegetarian at a business dinner. We were placed in a side room that was very quiet - which I appreciate. There is nothing worse than trying to hold a conversation with others in a super loud environment. As far as the food, my only complaint was that I believe the food could have had more spice to it. Otherwise, the food had a decent taste to it. I really liked the veggie roll, and the beet and crunchy goat cheese salad had a good taste to it. Now, the drinks were excellent. The Citrus Couture had lemon curd in it, which made the drink have a lemon pie taste. As far as desserts, the Peanut Butter Bar was very smooth and flavorful with a crunchy chocolate crust. Overall, we had a really good experience and this is a great place for a business dinner. Vegetarian options: For ovo lacto vegetarians, they can make the lobster mac and cheese without the lobster or brussel sprouts without the bacon vinaigrette. They also have a veggie roll that is not on the menu. If you ask the server, they are more than happy to make recommendations as needed.

I celebrated my birthday this weekend and while the steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection, I found the overall experience to be lacking. The service was transactional and felt like the staff was just going through the motions, not providing personalized service that should come along with an establishment of this caliber. The atmosphere was loose and casual, more of a place to be seen than a true fine dining experience. I also found the drinks to be overpriced for what they were, and felt that the overall meal was not worth the high price tag. While the steak was delicious, I have had better at other fine dining restaurants that offer a more elevated experience. Overall, I would say that this steakhouse is more about the image and atmosphere than the actual quality of the food and service. If youre looking for a place to be seen and dont mind paying a premium for it, then this might be the spot for you. But if youre looking for a truly exceptional dining experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Edited: i was so upset I spoke to manager and he made it right. That matters to make it up. Came for my 50th birthday with the family and had unusually horrible service. Food was not at the high level it has been in the past. Our waitress Madison was dismissive and, instead of working with us to correct an underdone steak she shined a flashlight on it as if to check what we were saying. I had to eat my sides on a bread plate as no other plate was offered after the late steak was taken back. No apology for the issue from manger. Sadly, there is too much great steakhouse competition for Applebees service and level of food.

Went here over the weekend as a party of 2. The seating area we were in was a bit noisy so we could barely hear the waiter. The guest I was with inquired about the menu to the waiter in which the waiter stated is he okay? as if something was wrong with asking questions prior to ordering. I ordered a medium filet which came out well done. Alcoholic beverages had no alcohol in them. A very disappointing experience as this was a favorite restaurant of mine.

I have dined here a few time in the past but this time I did not have a good experience. My friend and I dined in and our server was nice. When we wanted to order our food, he suggested something that wasn t on the menu but didn t tell us the price. We agreed to order that but, to our surprise, the bill came and we were shocked by the amount. We told the server we wish he had told us the meal he suggested will be so expensive. This guy claimed he told us but he didn t. We ended up paying so much money for this steak dinner. Anyways we ll never go back

What a great vibe of a place with food and service to go with it. We had a variety of items. I had the special bone in filet mignon medium rare with the king crab topper. For the sides, we had family style, the king crab mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, asparagus, and mushrooms. We had the beignets and peanut butter bar for dessert, which were spectacular. Definitely come here for a great experience and amazing food.

BG was absolutely wonderful and provided great service. Great first experience at Dee Lincoln and great birthday dinner. Loved the filet and mashed potatoes. The crème brûlée and chocolate bombe were amazing desserts. But my favorite was the papaya cheesecake, which is sadly a special dessert only for restaurant week. It was divine. Will be returning.

I can t say enough about this place I rave to all my friends. The food is always great and if it s not they will fix it quickly. We recently went here for dinner and cocktails and sat at the bar. The food was amazing and the drinks were on point. Highly recommend the steaks with Oscar style. Best way to eat them in my opinion. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians even though this is primarily a steak place. Dietary restrictions: The chef will accommodate restrictions if possible. Parking: Valet is free with an expectation that you tip. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables that are wheelchair assessable and so are all the facilities.

Happy Anniversary!!! We have chosen Dee Lincoln Prime to celebrate our Anniversary and Birthdays. Each time we have enjoyed the food and expertise of the staff. This was our 3rd time having Brando (like Marlyn Brando) as our server. We learned that you can request your server... they can put it on file for when you visit the establishment. In addition, they have a cocktail bar with live music (just in case you want a nice date night, that is also an option...it reminds me of J Theodores library ). Normally, we order steak and / or oysters, but this time it was different and yet, still tasty. Thank you Brando & Enjoy guys

I ll get straight to the point. There was a hostess with blonde hair who may have been in her mid 30s but looked as though she was in her mid 50s who communicated in a way that was condescending and carried a tone of superiority. She had a sidekick that would chime in who spoke with a sprinkled layer of passive aggressiveness. The majority of the atmosphere didn t feel welcoming or inclusive, which I anticipated would be the case from the lack of diversity amongst the patrons upon my entrance. Our servers Eslam and Nicole were great and as far as the food is concerned, I have definitely had better and I was not impressed. I did enjoy the drinks. Overall experience, weighted heavily on my interaction with the hostess, I would give a 2/10 and I don t recommend.(unless you re going for drinks)

I normally don t post reviews but suffice to say that this one star rating deserved feedback. I am a regular patron who brings clients to this restaurant frequently today I decided to bring my sister who is visiting from Canada. While we did not make a reservation there was ample enough room in the restaurant and bar instead they elected to sit us in the back very darkly lit lounge that they called a speakeasy this being at 6 o clock in the evening. It was impossible to enjoy any sort of ambiance as there was none, when in fact it was a sound check for the band. The band members were rehearsing and the speakers continued with a high pitched squealing sound. I dare anyone who spends this amount of money to suggest that this is a five star restaurant. I would recommend that management reflect on this review and take into account that your employees know their audience before suggesting seating options. Quite possibly the worst time spent at this restaurant. I will not be returning back including not recommending this place for past present and future clients.

If you want steak, look nowhere else. This is the place to be! The food is top notch quality and cooked to perfection. The ribeye was one of the best I ve had in my life. I melts in your mouth, just like the truffle butter. I paired it with the potatoes au gratin which were delectable. While you re there, get yourself an old fashioned. I really enjoyed the presentation. The service and atmosphere were just as remarkable. Our server Eslam was incredible. I hope to see him again when I return.

Reserved in advanced a table to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best service provided by Kenta. Kenta gave us great recommendations within our budget and liking for our first visit. We ended ordering the chef s special for sushi, Japanese olive wagyu, filet mignon, and lobster Mac & cheese. Great presentation and taste for the old fashion and expresso martini. They also included a HUGE dessert - some beignet donuts which we loved instead of classic cake. Although that weekend was busy with a joint celebration for a nearby school s prom, our food came out promptly and Kenta, our server, was attentive to our table. We hope to be back for future celebrations!

My First time for a celebratory dinner and it was such a treat. Located in a prime location, this place checked all boxes. Pretty Upscale with classy ambience service some amazing food. Our server was great and made good recommendations. We tried the crab cakes and hush puppy shrimp and they were delicious. For our mains we ordered the Filet Mignon, baby wedge salad and Chilean Bass. They customized the Bass to add seared scallops which was really sweet. Their sides and salads are simply amazing. Definitely going back.

What a wonderful experience! My husband made reservations for this place and it was a surprise for me. Valet was professional. Everyone starting from the front door made this a pleasant experience. The food was phenomenal. Full of flavor. We shared the king crab creole mashed potatoes. So good. My husband had the 16oz Prime Ribeye and I had the Ora King Salmon with Chipotle Glazed Fingerling Potatoes & Corn Medley in Cilantro Oil. We also had two appetizers: the Tenderloin Potstickers & Hushpuppy Shrimp. All of the food was DELICIOUS. The service was great. I only wish I had taken down the server/waitresses name to give her props here. The atmosphere was captivating. I was smiling the entire time. I cant wait to go back. Went for our anniversary. Josh took great care of us. Each course was amazing, from the crab cakes, beet and goat cheese salad, to the sides (au gratin potatoes and mushrooms). Then ..the steak. The Chef s Cut 22 oz bone in, aged rib eye was probably the best steak we ve ever had. Cooked to perfection at medium-rare with a flavorful crust, it was like cutting through butter. After dinner we enjoyed live music in the (cigar) lounge to cap off the evening (no smoking Friday and Saturday nights). Highly recommend!

Great place for my occasional high end steak craving. The restaurant is located in the fun area called The Star, shops and restaurants built around the Cowboys practice facility. The place has 2 sections, a darker, quieter, inside area .and a brighter, louder, veranda area. Our server, Chloe, was fantastic. Very polite and very attentive. The beef carpaccio was incredible. Very fresh and flavorful. The bone in ribeye and New York strip steaks were both fantastic. My friend and I like ours rare, both were cooked to perfection. Their sides are served family style, we opted for the crispy Brussel sprouts and roasted mushroom. Both were also fantastic. The desert, Beignet style donuts, a party in my mouth! They came with a trio of sauces, they were off the charts good! Overall, this restaurant is top notch, highly recommend it.

Im a brown girl and the restaurant didnt reflect my brown. From my entry, I was clearly not welcomed. As I approached the bar to pick up my meal, I didnt feel welcomed by the bartender or anyone. Beautiful cozy steakhouse. I love the side dishes, so many options. We tried the Thai fried rice which was amazingly flavorful but very oily. The mushrooms were wonderful. The lobster mac & cheese was perfect. They also have avocado fries. Unfortunately they do not have chicken. Understandable though. The drinks are great. Great selection of wine & bourbon. Dessert is out of this world. The chocolate bomb was my fav but the peanut butter bar was also amazing! Service was amazing. Our server Ismail (not sure how to spell his name) was so wonderful!! He made it such a great experience. Very cozy vibes here. Bathrooms are super clean. Vegetarian options: Not a great place for vegetarians. When I reserved online, I indicated we were celebrating a birthday, yet upon check in they didn t have that information. As much as you pay, you would think taking an extra 30 seconds to remove the seeds from the lemons would be expected. Nothing like squeezing the lemon onto oysters then have to pick the seeds out. Oysters were lacking flavor, like someone had washed them before serving. Olives in the drink were mushy. Service is terrific and very friendly, although the staff refilling waters were constantly pouring so fast, water was going into the floor with every glass. The lambchops and filet were fantastic! Potatoes needed some seasoning. Weird music, felt like I was at Outback Steakhouse. Too dark to see menus. Even after indicating it s a birthday, no free dessert, which is customary at many other restaurants of this nature. $340 later, not impressed. Looks like I ll be going back to Capital Grille.

A group of 10 friends went to Dee Lincoln s on 4/25/2024 to celebrate a birthday. 3 out of 10 of us ordered an accompanying selfish topping for our steak and sushi. Well this resulted in 3 bad cases of FOOD POISONING! We are now at the +48hr mark after eating here and are still SICK! The hostess is awful, disrespectful and rude. I eat here about once a month. The food is always great but each time I go more often than not, I deal with the rudest hostess in North Dallas. This place is amazing I have been here multiple times since we moved here to Texas just 2 years ago. I had everything from the Japanese wagyu to the ribeye cant go wrong get the wagyu bone marrow and the ribeye steak absolutely terrific. All the sides are good cream of spinach, Roasted Brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese fried avocado fries all great. The apple wood smoked pork belly I get each time as an appetizer I been here with my wife we took my parents when they came to visit and recommended it as a spot to friends for birthdays as long as Im in north Texas I will be dining here for excellent steak and Excellent service

If I could give this ten stars I would. We came in for no special reason- just a date night. I thought it would be a typical steak restaurant- I was soooo wrong. This is one of the best meals I have had in DFW. First off: Our waiter (the nicest guy- From Egypt) was incredible. From the moment we walked in he wanted to make sure we had an amazing experience. We started with the big eye tuna. It was incredible. We ordered the bone marrow. Amazing. We split a filet. au gratin potatoes, and lobster mac. SO GOOD. For dessert we got this chocolate explosion thing and seriously memorable creme brulee. My favorites were the wedge salad, medium rare filet and fried rice, (reminded me of boudin!) perfectly put together/cooked and mouthwatering good!

We visited this upscale sushi and steakhouse while entertaining some clients. It is located on Winning St. at The Star in Frisco for a reason. This place is winning and gets 5 stars from me. Get ready for an experience of a lifetime from exceptional service to mind blowing tastes in your mouth. Every time I took a bite of a dish, I had to close my eyes as the taste took me to another place on earth. Josh, our server, had the most pleasant radio tv host voice and I could have listened to him all night explaining the specials for the evening. We shared appetizers that consisted of crab cakes, carpaccio, and the sashimi platter. For dinner we enjoyed the filets, scallops, and two shared The Cowboys Way. I must say we had a few sides and all were notably superb from the Au Gratin potatoes, chorizo creamed corn, to the king crab mashed potatoes even if you are not a steak fan, the sushi is the best. WOW. What a luxurious steakhouse experience! Ms. Dee has outdone herself with the selections available to guests. Highlights from the meal: - Everything was PERFECTLY seasoned. Not once did I ever think about needing salt or pepper. My mouth was SO happy - The meat. PERFECTLY cooked all around the table. We enjoyed the lamb chops, bone in filet, and 12 oz. filet. - The scallops with risotto - The sushi platter it doesn t get much fresher or higher quality unless you re in Japan! - The Potstickers. Tender filling, expertly contrasted with the unique spicy mustard soy and crunchy kimchi - The side dishes of creamed corn and smashed potatoes were the perfect accompaniment to our meat. - The bearnaise sauce. It s our favorite pairing with filet of beef, and this was the best we ve EVER had anywhere. We had to order another portion to finish the meal. - Even the Caesar salad side was seasoned to perfection and dressed appropriately with the right amount of ingredients all around. We only had a couple lowlights worth sharing, but not enough to taint the whole experience: - Eduardo our server was very friendly and welcoming. However, he was right on the edge of sharing just enough information to make us feel accommodated, and too much information that made him feel like a salesman just trying to sell us more food. I appreciated his eye contact and enthusiastic tone of voice when sharing about what he liked to enjoy there. - The timing of the meal was excellent until we got to the end of our entrees. Then it came to a screeching halt. - The desserts were a sad ending to the meal. They were, in our opinion, overportioned, making them overwhelming. When the 4 of us wanted to split 2 desserts, Eduardo kept pushing the carrot cake. It was unrelenting. Then, when the dessert finally arrived, Eduardo still included the carrot cake. We were equal parts delighted by the surprise to try his favorite dessert, but also overwhelmed because we were already stuffed and just wanted a little sweet treat to end our meal. Not a huge dessert buffet. - THEN, the service team tried to charge us for the carrot cake even though we didn t order it. They took the donuts off the bill, but those are $7 cheaper. They did get it fixed for us and ending up taking the carrot cake and donuts off, but the time it took to fix the bill and charge the card was a little concerning. At any other restaurant we would be sweating about potential credit card fraud, but thankfully haven t had any issues yet. Something for management to be aware of. Overall, we were so so enthused with our evening out and will certainly come again if we get the opportunity! Just might pass on the giant, overly sweet desserts

Went here with friends for happy hour... great drinks and snacks were awesome... all of our drinks were very good and did not taste watered-down like most places... parking was not too bad... there is a parking garage you can park in and some street parking, but valet like to take those so dont plan to self park on the street, just go into the garage... police presence was good and seemed really secure and safe... we will definitely go back... We were in the lounge area, not in the dining room so the only food we had was small appetizers, but they were really tasty... definitely recommend this place for dinner or Judy meeting with friends for a drink... the lounge had live music and was very classy and not crazy loud where you couldnt talk like other places...

Dine in last night for first time and had nice time. The food was good, but there is some items that are not worth price. The food and service all together was very nice and prepared well! The espresso martini, did come with real espresso which made me content. The Toro sashimi was prepped good. The filet mignon was good choice! Got what we asked for and made nice choice! All together, it is very elegant steakhouse with variety of choices of food that is unique. Make sure you do dress up, and look well! Even if its just for happy hour, they expect you dress well. For special occasions they have variety of unique rooms to choose from for birthdays, meetings and more! Great place to do those, if you would like to spend the money! Actually ended up being very shocked with the quality of food here. Yes, I went on Valentine s Day, but goodness, shouldn t the food still be at-least high quality for what you pay? Which is a lot. 2 hours after leaving this restaurant, I was extremely ill and throwing up like I ve never experienced, I really wanted to like this place so badly. Pretty sure the food I was given was cross-contaminated with something else. I wouldn t have even left a review but after reaching out to let them know and warn them that others could be getting sick too, they yelled at us and said I just can t handle their food, then left it at that not wanting to make it right. I guess this place isn t as classy as I heard it was supposed to be. Disappointed, since I was planning to be a recurring customer; at-least there are better options in the Dallas/Plano/Frisco area!

My wife and I ate valentines dinner here and less than 3 hours later, my wife was extremely ill with food poisoning. This was one of the worst cases of food poisoning I have ever seen. With the price of the restaurant, you would think this establishment would take pride in their customer service but we were wrong. We did call the restaurant and were given the excuse was that the food was too rich. My wife and I eat rich food often and have NEVER had that reaction. Secondly, I would think making it right for a $300 meal would only be fair but we were wrong. I recommend Perry s or Capital Grille over this establishment.

The place, food and people are good, but for it to be fine dining it could be better. I celebrated my 31st birthday here. This was my second time at this establishment. The first time I had such a great experience, but wish this second time around I did not come here to celebrate my birthday. This go around, I had a waiter named Clancy, I believe. Very smart remarks when asking questions, not very engaging and stopped by to drop off a cheesecake and still don t recall if he even said happy birthday. I have been to plenty fine dining restaurants and when I decide to go I expect the best customer service, especially if I m paying for experience. Compared to other fine dining restaurants, this is low on my list. What I expected is not what I received, very disappointing.

Eating at Dee Lincoln prime rib is a culinary experience. From the appetizers to the entrees, down to dessert, the food was delicious. The seafood tower and crab cakes were awesome, the prime rib was great, and the lobster mac and cheese, brussel sprouts, and Thai fried rice rwere very good. The white chocolate cheesecake was also tasty. The service was also good and the atmosphere was very nice.

I honestly had the best time for my solo birthday dinner. I called and made a reservation for one which of course most places don t let you do. I think the hostesses could ve been friendlier, but my waitress was very nice. The food was delicious. I got a salad, steak which was cooked to perfection. I got the au gratin, lobster mac, and Brussel sprouts which came in huge family sized portions. The brussel sprouts were a little too roasted in my opinion, but were still very tasty. The lobster mac was some of the best I ve ever had. My dad paid for my meal by phone and the manager came over to let me know and wish me a happy birthday which was very nice. My waitress also took a bunch of photos of me at my table and in the wine room which was nice of her! I can t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our holiday dinner here Friday night. Traffic was rough due to the star having several events that night. Valet is at the entrance. We had sushi for appetizer. It was exceptional. We both order the filet. I recommend the corn, potatoes, and asparagus! The server was very attentive. Our group ordered the dessert tray that had cheesecake, ice cream, peanut butter cake and beignets. I loved the peanut butter dessert! Great experience and date night. Been to Dee Lincoln Prime many times, always consistently outstanding food, service and atmosphere. My visit on Nov 29 was the first time the service was well below expectations. Service at DLP is normally New York style service without the NY attitude. This particular evening was a business dinner and the server was rushing us from the time we sat down and that extended the entire evening. He was also absent for extended periods during the meal when service was actually needed. Also the hostesses were not as friendly as you would expect. Asking them basic questions and they give you the perception that you are putting them out, when the 2 or 3 of them are busy chatting . This particular issue I have noticed on numerous visits. All in all I will not let one bad service experience keep me from returning, as I have had many outstanding experiences at DLP.

My wife and I had a date night here and had a terrible experience. We love high end steak houses and usually go to Nick and Sam s but decided to try a new place that s closer to our home. When the waiter presented their Wagyu prices he said $90/oz for the Kobe with a 4oz minimum, $35/oz for Kagoshima with a 3oz minimum, and $35/oz for the Sanuki with a 3oz minimum. My wife ordered the filet (which was delicious) and I ordered 4oz of the Kagoshima and 4oz of the Sanuki. When the food was delivered to our table I immediately noticed how small the steaks were. We asked our waiter about the size of my Wagyu steaks because it definitely wasn t 8oz of steak. We were told that those Wagyu steak only comes in portions of 3oz and he assumed I wouldn t want 6oz of each but didn t say anything about this when I ordered 4oz of each. That is absolutely not what was explained when pricing and details were presented to us. I ve never been to a steak house that sells steaks by the oz with a minimum order size but ONLY sells steaks in portions of the minimum amount. Why even sell steaks by the oz if they only come in 3oz and 4oz portions? If this is indeed how they sell steaks why not sell them for $105 per 3oz portion or $360 per 4oz portion. It sounded like the waiter was making this up because he screwed up and was trying to cover up his mistake. He said he was going to go talk to the manager and for us to enjoy our food in the mean time. We did and I was finished with my steaks in 8 bites. The manager arrived around the time I was finishing my steaks but didn t address that there was an issue he just asked how we were and if everything was tasting great. When I said there was an issue he replied that he heard. He then went on to explain the steaks only come in 3oz portions, the waiter misspoke, and they look small because of the marbeling. He then asked me if I wanted to ORDER another 3oz portion. The waiter basically disappeared for the remainder of the meal. He did offer free dessert to make up for the mistake. Then to top things off, when we received the check we were charged $105 for one of the Wagyu steaks and $135 for the other Wagyu steak. If they only come in portions of 3oz how is it possible for me to be overcharged by $30 for the steak? The waiter fixed the check but said he was hooking us up by correcting it. I ve never experienced a high end steak house not owning up to their mistake and not trying to make it right other than offering a free dessert. We really wanted to like this place because it would have saved us the long drive to Nick and Sam s for date nights, birthdays, and anniversary s but we will never go back. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS PLACE AND CHECK YOUR BILL!
