This review is based on watching Austin on the show Accused: Guilty or Innocent. The way he handled the case and his client was exceptional. Its note worthy in how he communicates facts and difficult truths. If he were a doctor, I would say that is the BEST bedside manner. The cool and calm he displays has to make a client feel at least a little bit better having him in your corner. Great to see a kind hearted attorney.

I just watched a TV case on Accused: Guilty or Innocent? Season 1 Episode 5. I am convinced that the 15 minutes Austin Shell talked to the jury convinced them beyond reasonable doubt that Jason was Innocent. You are an amazing attorney and I was glued to the edge of my seat watching you handle Jasons case. Wow!

The absolute best attorney money can buy. Austin and his team are awesome I had a very big and complicated case they worked with me let me pay in payments. His pricing was very reasonable. So if you need an attorney this is the best money can offer. Austin you are the best.

Austin shell (below) you didnt even do anything. Didnt even go to the court appearance. I asked to get my property returned from those cases yet you have the nerve to ask for more money. My court appointed lawyer could of done that knowing it was part of there job. I will now actually report you to the bar for slandering my name on Google anyway you actually cant even prove any work you did

Kelly Mitchell (below) - In Burnet County you were arrested for the Second Degree Felony of Burglary of a Habitation AND for the Third Degree Felony of Assault Family Violence by Impeding Breath (strangulation of a family member). I was able to get BOTH of these felonies dismissed. I am sorry you were displeased with the job I did for you by getting all your cases dismissed. I also went to the office on Sunday afternoon to search for paperwork you needed months after my representation was complete. How you could be dissatisfied baffles me, but I would be happy to talk with you - come to the office some time and I will set aside time to answer any questions you may have. Austin Shell

BEWARE: Grievance filed aganist this attorney/law firm. I Hired Dale Shell in August 2016 for a family law case concerning my kids. First off, Mrs. Shell stated in the consultation that she does not do refunds, which really gave me doubt but with little time before my court date I really didnt have any other option. In October 2016 my ex and I agreed out of court on the terms and conditions. I signed the agreement that same month. After 7 months (May 2017) of not receiving my official court papers showing they have been filed in to the court, I called to request a copy. The aid set up a conference call with the attorney for some reason, I never got the call. I called later that day and was told I was supposed to call them. Very unprofessional IMO. A week later I get a call from their aid saying they sent the papers to the other opposing partys attorney 2 months ago and were still waiting on the other party to amend a few changes (adding only about 4 sentences to the order) and send the papers back to them. They seemed to be stalling which was a detriment to me because me ex went against our agreement and I had no recourse since they had not been filed in to court.They never mentioned what they were going to do to resolve the issue, they just said if I have any questions to call them back. I filed a grievance with the Texas State Bar that same night they left that voicemail becasue it was clear to me that they were working in favor of my ex as she went to school with her lawyers daughter, and her lawyer and mine since it is such a small community Im sure were buddy-buddy. Otherwise, why let the other party stall for 7 months without requesting a hearing to make them move their butts and do what only took ten minutes? For all I know they were sitting on the papers with no intent to file. I called my lawyer the following morning and asked her to request a hearing and also informed them of the grievance I filed against them with the Texas State Bar. Not more than 10 minutes later I get a call back saying they had recieved the papers!! Ok, so it took only ten minutes for them to get done what took 7 months and seemed to have no care if I had not of filed that grievance. I am still considering further action aganst them. Do not hire these guys, or anyone in Marble Falls/Burnet, they all know each other and do what they think is best, not what their client wants. STAY AWAY!!!
