Well this is my experience about this taqueria, my only two tacos that I ordered had more peyejo with fat than meat, I am supposed to pay for meat tacos not for peyejo, it is not the only time that happens to me, I wanted to give this taqueria another chance and it continues the same thing so I ate more tortilla than meat!

Great, tranquil and family oriented. Attention Mexican food. UPDATE 7 September 2024. As a regular repeat costumer that drives 20 minutes, I have notice the servings have gotten about half the size. I always order the alambres and in our last two ocaciones they have served smaller portions. When we visited this past August the serving was reduced a thrid of a portionless; however, today it went down to 50% of the original alambres. In my opinion it is not worth ny drive anymore. The food was great. I had the taco plate (carnitas), and the wife had the loaded asada fries. We both shared the chips and queso. The carnitas were tender and the portion size was spot on. The fries were also good. The service was a bit slow considering we got there before the crowd and the room was a bit crowded with tables and chairs once more people showed up. Overall, we will be back to try other things on the menu. Worth a visit.

I went on Taco Tuesday. Food just unseasoned meat. Definitely have had better tacos and I went with her suggestions. I didn t even get the oil for my Briraa taco. Would give them a second chance but definitely maybe with a quesadilla or something.

I work in the area from 3 AM till 12 PM not a lot of places are open during my lunch hour which is at 9 AM Called a few spots around the area. Good thing those didn t answer. I came across Main Street tacos and called them. They were friendly on the phone took my order Help me out with their menu. Also what I liked it was speedy service price efficient and delicious will be returning making it my usual lunch spot thanks again. Ordered four tacos Lengua, Barbacoa pastor & Tripas they all were delicious.

I placed a large order to be ready for pick up at 3:35. It wasnt ready until almost 4pm. I asked if I could sub 4 plastic bottle drinks instead of the 10 fountain drinks that come with the family packs because transporting 10 fountain drinks in the car is too difficult. They said no. I told them I understand its an inventory issue and I know they can ring items up and comp them to still account for them. I also told her I was disappointed that they couldnt do this for me when my food wasnt even ready on time. She said she would ask her manager. Manager was in the back, I never saw them. The same employee came back a few minutes later and said the manager said no. Im more disappointed in the manager than the employee I spoke to. They never came out to even apologize for the late order. Whoever was managing on 7/13/24 between 3:30-4:00 needs management training. And I had to correct them when they said my order was ready - it was missing a bag of chips. We come to this place pretty regularly for small orders and its always very good, but it seems large orders are not their specialty.

Outstanding! I ordered tripa tacos, super crispy. Usually places don t take the time to crisp them up but they did here! They were absolutely perfect, and I m picky about my tacos. My partner had the torta Mexicana (asada and chorizo) which was also awesome! The salsa bar is extensive, also has fresh radish, picked onion, pineapple, cilantro all the good stuff. Prices were low and I felt like the service was friendly! We will definitely be back

Title: Disappointing Experience at Main St Tacos Rating: I recently visited Main St Tacos with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first thing that struck me was the temperature inside the restaurant - it was uncomfortably cold, which did not make for a welcoming atmosphere. The real issue, however, was with the service. After placing our order, we found ourselves waiting for an extended period of time. During this wait, two other customers came in, placed their orders, and surprisingly, received their food before we did. This was quite frustrating and when we inquired about our order, we were told that the kitchen staff had not received it. Given the circumstances, we decided to ask for our money back and leave. Regrettably, we didnt get a chance to try the food. The customer service was disappointing and left a lot to be desired. I hope Main St Tacos takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving their service for a better customer experience in the future.

Definitely a must try . The #5 The teacher Pastor torta and the pastor tacos were honestly the best weve had in mansfield. This is our 4th maybe 5th taco shop and I can assure its worth the price, which isnt expensive anyway. You can tell they dont take short cuts with the quality of the meats and produce.

Ive been here several times and its usually good, but the last two times, they have been off. Once it took about an hour to get my food. But they did seem really busy, but I noticed people coming after myself sometimes got food before myself and a few others. This recent time I ordered 6 tacos and only got 4. Wasnt worth the drive back for 2 Taco Tuesday tacos, but Ill probably take a break from them for awhile, despite going about once a week normally. Otherwise, food generally taste great and the workers are normally friendly, or at least not rude.

Today I went to get taco s at Main Street Taco s in Mansfield. Well the lady put this on my receipt. It wasn t busy at all, she also ask the people that were in front of me their name. Yes I am black and a black lady. I didn t think to much of it while I was there but then I went back to work n ask my friends n they were like she s wrong. Note my friends are Mexican. I had my friend to call n speak for me in Spanish cause I felt like they would have understood her more than me. They also got my order wrong. I said I won t go to the place anymore. The lady had an attitude because we were going back n forth on my order I still kept my cool. I apologize to the lady n she gave me like a un huh vs saying oh I understand or it s okay. The energy was off. But I was able to get an apology from the manager and my meal replaced cause they messed up my order. But worst experience ever.

Green Jeep Taco Talk. Main St Tacos in Mansfield. They have a Taco Tuesday special. While the tacos were good all the meat seemed to be the same. We had a brisket taco and a steak taco. They have a ton of options, tons of different sauces to try. The only issue is all the meats, kind of taste of the same. Just like the spices that they were cooked in. Ill go back and try it again. On Friday evening we had a disappointing and racist experience. My fiance and I ordered four vegetarian and four meat tacos. We have visited this establishment plenty of times and always receive our food on separate plates. When the young lady at the counter brought the food, she explained they had put it on the same plate. My fiance explained I do not eat meat and that we would both be unable to eat from one plate. The second time she came back the food was separated, but the mushroom tacos had meat grease and chunks all over them. He once again explained I could not eat the tacos and mentioned to her we go there frequently and have never received our food pressed together on one plate for two people. Despite saying it was not a problem, the woman in the kitchen and the young ladies at the counter began to insult my fiance and me in Spanish. They did this while my fiance was standing directly in front of them, and loud enough I could hear on the other side of the store. Its worth noting we are both black and I could only assume they did not expect that i m a native Spanish speaker. I approached the girl at the counter and advised her in Spanish I understood everything she said and I thought it was not only unprofessional but also racist to speak about someone directly in front of them based on the assumption that they dont understand. I also advised her everyone in the restaurant had received individual plates, so our request was clearly standard. I noted I heard when she said we claim we have been there but has never seen us and rolled her eyes. I received excuses as a response. I can only imagine who else theyve spoken about that perhaps did not understand. We will never be returning. As a consumer-based establishment acknowledge when youve made a mistake and recognize Spanish is a universal language spoken by many from all walks of life. Its even more disrespectful to do it directly in front of the person, loud enough that the entire restaurant could hear. Its a shame my first encounter with this has to come from other Latinos. Especially on my birthday. Do better.

In town for work. Walked in and purchased 4 tacos to go. The lady called my name when it was ready. I walked up then she asked wait did you order 3 or 4 tacos I said 4 and repeated my order. Wonderful Pastor tacos! Some of the best Ive had. The asada tacos were okay, but on the dry side. The rice and beans were amazing. The sauce bar was full of good salsa choices. Ordered 4 tacos and one Torta from this location. The Cashier was extremely nice and welcoming. The food was delicious but I did not enjoy the Barbacoa. That being said Barbacoa is always prepped differently in every location. The Tortuga Mexicana was delicious and they provided a Jalapeno that was not too spicy but flavorful and very complimentary to the meal. I would say this is a small restaurant and if you plan on bringing more than 3 people it may get cluttered as the table next to me had a party of 8 people who had to take their meals to go. That being said I would give this restaurant a 9.5 out of 10. The staff is friendly and the food was fast and delicious. Definitely will be visiting this location again.

This place has great food and customer service. If you love tacos and burritos this is one my go to places for it. They have 6 different sauces if you like spicy youre in for a treat. I love the melon juice also its the best.

I went here for a quick lunch. The service was great, the lady in the front was very nice and energetic. It was affordable but honestly the quality wasn t there. I got the chicken, Al pastor, Asada, and carnitas tacos. The price was great, only $14 for 8 tacos and a side of rice but the lack of Pop was disappointing. Also the carnitas was extremely fatty which made me sick eating that texture. I will say their avocado salsa was very good however!

I have always loved this place and the keto tacos but today this was NOT it. I called and offered constructive criticism regarding the cheese. The shell is a different color and much harder and tastes different than normal. I did not even get an apology. The lady told me it appeared some of their cheese packages look different but its fine. Not even an apology or offer to remake the order with the regular cheese shells?! Unimpressed with the customer service.

Why does this shop have high ratings? Because it deserves it. Genuinely the best tasting tacos in Mansfield. These tacos are absolutely amazing. The hard working Spanish women in the back know exactly what they are doing. THANK YOU! Parking: Can only handle 4-5 cars at a time. But its ok.

Pastor tacos were delicious. Definitely recommend! Brisket tacos were bland. I didnt like the self serve sauces for dine in as people touch the ladles and then drop them into the sauce. There was also a long hair in one of the sauces which I mentioned to the employees, possibly someone reaching over to get sauce. Suggestion is to prepack them in little containers for dine in customers too.

First time ordering from here and our last :/ Ordered the Tortuga Sencilla. This is what I got! Hardly any chicken, hardly any beans, lettuce, and one whole slice of a tomato. Half the tomato was on the other half of the tortuga. I also asked for no Mayo, but it was still added. My husband got the breakfast burrito and the potatoes still needed to be cooked some more.

1st time there since everyone was talking about it. NOT going there again! They messed up our order and didnt give us an order a tacos so we had to go back, then we had to wait an additional time till they were done making them. After we get them, they give them to us like this! Theyre thrown inside the plate and some were missing beans and cheese. This place sucks!

Muy Bueno. I liked the asada tacos although they were very small so I ate four. Five other people at my table all liked what they ordered. Habanero sauce was fire! Tomatillo sauce was son point. Cantaloupe drink was very good but horchata lacked flavor and sugar. Staff was very nice to us. I would come back here.

Ordered, pork, chicken, Barbacoa and beef. Unfortunately the meat was dry on ALL of the tacos. When I placed the order I asked for diced jalapeño and tomatoes, I got sliced tomato as if I was putting it on a burger.. when I went inside and asked for it to be diced she told me they don t dice tomatoes.

Man say these tacos was so bomb! Very well seasoned! The guacamole was good (wish my container was full and not partially filled) the tomatillo sauce was good. I got 5 carne asada on corn and with the guacamole it was about 19 bucks(not bad considering the initial price of the tacos). I will be back. Customer service is a plus as well.
