I picked up a DoorDash order at this location, and the experience was disappointing. After waiting for about five minutes, I tried to get the attention of the only worker I could see in the front. When I said, excuse me, she looked at me but continued grabbing bags without acknowledging me or saying anything. There was no response at all just plain rudeness.

Ordered breakfast taco and Cilantro rice. The old rice was mixed with the overcooked new rice making it mushy and crunchy. I asked the cashier before ordering and she endorsed it. Tried to get a refund for the rice i took one fork full of and the cashier asked me if i ate the bowl of rice. 2.29 is not going to break me but it is enuff for me to write this narrative and remove all Fuzzys from my rotation. I will never make a scene but i will also not endorse nor fund Fuzzys anymore.

Bad bar! Not during Happy Hour - I ordered a Margherita on the rocks. The bartender salted the rim then poured premade liquid , from frozen dispenser, in the mug. Only then did she add some ice, which quickly melted, and never got cold. No mixing. No shaking. The worst. And nachos are just a pile of chips with queso poured over, so it gets real soggy real fast. And they dont serve salsa with nachos!

I just wanted to state that the staff at this establishment are second to none. Proficient, professional, courteous and attentive. Laurel, Mel, Sam, Savannah and last but not least Miranda were phenomenal. If you want a drink or anything to eat come here and they wont disappoint you.

This fuzzys is in a great location, but inside it looks dirty. Lots of little flys crawling all over everything (especially the hot sauce bottles) they have a dusty dining area (guess what falls in your food). The staff was all on their cell phones and seemed beaten down with low morale. The kitchen looked clean from what I saw. If you want to feel like you are in a dirty taco stand, this place gives you all that.

Always have such a great experience at this location. The food is great and it s always clean. The staff is exceptional, friendly and always tentative. The place is well managed, and I would love to give a big shout out to the bartenders. Always top-notch service. Laurel and mel are absolutely amazing. Their attitude during their shift makes everyone feel so comfortable and relaxing. There is no waiting on anything, they get you what you need before u even ask. For someone being in the service industry like me, its so important to get amazing service, like we do every time we walk in, and both of them do that for everyone. Hands down, The best fuzzys iv ever been to, due to the hospitality and greatness these two do for everyone.

Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they dont. Queso needs way more Pico. Too loud to enjoy conversation for eat in. Sometimes needs to be cleaned. So opt for carry out more often. 50 50 chance if made well. Sometimes they forget the garlic sauce, sometimes they omit veggies on the veggie taco, breakfast tacos not my liking. Sometimes brisket is dry, sometimes its great. when its made right its great. Its just a gamble. Vegetarian options: Veggie tacos or veggie nachos potato and beans. Vegetarian not vegan.

We got here at 5ish for happy hour on a Monday. Margs were $3ish for frozen or on the rocks. They have some pretty solid deals for food and drinks for sure. We got the blue curacao, strawberry, mango, and modelos. Drinks came out nice and NOT watered down. . We just got chips and queso with birria beef and chorizo. The queso was really good. I think they couldve add more meat to the queso and tossed the chips. This place is really nice though. A lot of people looked as though they just came off work, so the place was lively. The server was real cool. She rang us up and served our food. Pretty dope spot to hangout for sure

I dont know why I continue to eat at Fuzzys or continue to order from this location. I placed an order directly on their website to be delivered because Im recovering from an accident and couldnt drive. The dasher assigned to deliver it never showed up although he marked the order as being complete and delivered. When I called Fuzzys, that same night, they said they couldnt refund the order b/c it was delivered by DoorDash (DD) even though it was placed on the website. I called DD and was told that Fuzzys had to release the refund, which they never did. For the sake of an even longer review, after the calls to both Fuzzys and DoorDash EACH, I keep getting the run around on an order that was close to $30. I feel that better care and customer service should be given on both ends. Now two weeks later, I was just told by the manager at the Fuzzys that they cant issue a refund. I told him I wasnt even offered a gift card or a refund on my order... thats just good customer service. His reply was that he knows what customer service is. I beg to differ. But at this point, I dont even want that. Good customer service is ensuring that you do all you can, within your abilities, to ensure that your customers are well taken care of. If I had to sit in the phone with my customer while they called DD to ensure that the refund is processed I would have done so that very night. I dont even know why I keep ordering from Fuzzys because everyone I do (whether in person or online) my order either gets messed up, missing something, or the food is dry, over cooked, or just not worth the high price that they charge. Not at all how I remember them being when years ago. Fuzzys is falling off. Not the same quality for the price. Ive had better customer service with bad experiences at other Fuzzys locations, just not at this one. I can confidently say that I wont be eating at Fuzzys anymore. Im sure they wont be hurting from the loss of just one customer.

Ive never had an issue here before but this one time is enough for me to never come back! There was mold on the enchiladas (tortillas) that my baby was eating. I dont see how something like this was not seen prior to preparing. This is just carelessness and I hope they find someone who can be thorough with checking the food before serving it. Service was awful at the time of visit. I attempted to redeem a reward and all I received were excuses for why I could not use it today and top cover excuses that Corporate sets the rules - even when I hadn t stepped in this restaurant or placed an order at this restaurant in months. Beyond the red tape of reward redemption the manager was dismissive and her employee was as well. Both came across very rude. I recommend this staff recognize the importance of customer service and how even a small amount of respect and resolution mindedness can go a long way in earning local business.

Okay it is a Taco shop. The decor in the restaurant is okay but highly functional. Safe for kids! The bar is good with plenty of TVs with sports on them. Nice selection on tap. Think sports bar meets taco shop. Then there is the outside bar seating. Very good for young people. Lots of shade and drinks. Finally, the food: the Chicken Fajita Salad-is incredible. Tacos are top notch and the sauce is to die for. Hooked yet? They run lots of specials like Taco Tuesday just yesterday $1.50 tacos on National Taco day.

Great place to go after work with the family. We ordered the shrimp tempura soft tacos, shredded chicken tacos and the chips with queso to start. Those chips and queso are awesome! We always get them at this location and the one on Abrams in Arlington. The day we went it was Friday night very hot day but the patio was full of people. They have misters so that helps with the heat. The bar was also full. We ate in the main dining area because we were with my dad who s 83 and my kids. Everything was great we had a very great time. After dinner we went to the Yemeni coffee shop two doors down and that place is very nice too. Over all that shopping strip is a great option to go at night and dinner and coffee. We do it again for sure! I highly recommend you try both places.

I Doordashed a shredded chicken salad tonight and paid extra to add avocados. It arrived and all avocados were black and molded and on my salad making my whole meal inedible. I have added a picture of what I received. This was by no means an accident whoever prepared the order knew that was unacceptable. They need to be shut down and or investigated. This is so gross. I love the fish tacos. Food was great. Service was awesome and fast. They were cranking out those orders from the window at a great pace and I could hear clear communication from the guy on the floor to the ones in the back. Well executed and a well practiced team. Good stuff. Ordered a ground beef burrito and 2 chicken tacos. The beef was so salty I couldnt finish it. The tortilla on one of the tacos was as hard as a rock. Definitely not going back.

My wife and went there this last Sat 09/17. We stood waiting for the hostess to finish making 2 drinks. Then, as she acknowledged us, she proceeded to answer the phone. This was already 6 minutes waiting. As she continues to take an order this was an additional 4 min. Im done.. This is why i havent been here more than 2 times. This is not the first time management is not present. There wont be a 3rd time.

Five star for one main reason - Justin! This man brought our whole experience as a family to a whole new level by simply being kind, generous, and great with kids. Seriously, Fuzzy s Taco Shop in Mansfield, you have a great employee in Justin! Food: We come here often because you get a lot of food for the price without sacrificing the taste. I often get their taco plate, but today I got their Chicken Fajita Quesadilla and it did not disappoint. My wife got the Shredded Chicken salad, which came with a ton of chicken and made for a leftover box. Our two boys shared a chicken quesadilla plate and had leftovers, as well. Overall, good food with different options. Location: Lots of parking in front of the store. Located next to a few other stores, but never too crowded and always easy to get around.

Utter trash. I love Fuzzys, but I will never visit this location again. The cilantro lime rice is half sticky and half crunchy. How does one screw rice up that bad? The queso is old and burnt. The chips are stale. The guacamole is brown. The tacos and the black beans were good, but definitely not worth the $36 I spent, considering most of it went in the trash.
