My husband and I had lunch here today. We were greeted as we walked in the door, with smiles, and that made us feel very welcomed. The food was tasty and we will definitely be back. Vegetarian options: The pasta salad has black olives and artichokes. They have a seasonal salad with strawberries that s tasty. They have other vegetarian options that I ve not tried yet. The grape salad is a favorite of mine, with cream cheese and a little brown sugar.

Clean restaurant and bright. Friendly service and helpful. The poblano soup was good, just a little spice, but not overwhelming. Basil lemon chicken salad was ok, needed something to help it stand out, but the crackers balanced it. I may need to get it in a sandwich next time.

Nice location off Highway 75 north of Plano , Tx and south of McKinney Tx Open and spacious dining. Easy ordering line. Special counter for call in and online pick up. Tried the Fancy Nancy and the Dixie Chick combo meals. Get the croissants! Chips were fresh with a great pickle spear on the side . Topping off the meal is the melt in your mouth, butter cream frosted flower cookies. Lots of tables were sharing the trio scoops with crackers. Overall good experience. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Yum! The service was over the top amazing and fast. The restaurant is cute and clean. It was $24 even for a lunch for two. The sandwiches on croissants were really good. There are so many different kinds of chicken salad (who knew?!) The soups were both amazing three different soups served each day. I ll be back. And the little cookies that came with each meal were sweet creamy crispy bits of heaven. Good tea, too!! Parking: They are right on the corner in front of a massive parking lot. It s a breeze. Wheelchair accessibility: Very open to accessibility in the restarant and bathroom.

Cute decor and brand design. Always greeted warmly when I step up to the counter. The food is so delicious. If I had a restaurant, this is what I would want it to be like. Parking: Never had trouble finding a spot. Theres curbside and to go spots too.

This is no where close complaining about the food or the place in general. I love love love the food and this place as a whole. BUT I went to this location today (never been here before) and the very first thing I see is an employee asking their manager a question and her saying he will take your order because she was doing something the manager was rude to the employee. He was on the phone, look stressed and tired, but for you to do that to an employee and on top of that not care enough to hide if from your customers is ridiculous.

CSC is a personal favorite, and Im not even that big of a fan of chicken salad. Everything Ive tried is delicious, but my go-to is the Sassy Scotty. The staff are always quick and friendly. But Im amazed at the cleanliness of the store. Fantastic place for a light lunch.

Today, 2/16/24 - I ordered a large fruit tray with my chicken salad...it was all molded and spoiled! I should have checked before I left the store... why would the staff pack rotten food for guest is beyond me! Dietary restrictions: Always check the fruit...it may be spoiled!

The chicken salad is very good but it took 45 minutes for a scoop of chicken salad and then the manager yelled at the customers when asked why. Very disrespectful and not a very good leader. The staff and food were good but today s experience was awful.

My friend did not get her salad and the manager (Paul) accused her of getting her order and trying to get another salad for free. The order was given to someone else. One of the servers confirmed this. He brought my friend her replacement salad and practically threw it at her and talked rudely to her. I have seen him be rude to other customers at other times. I feel like if youre in customer service you shouldnt be so rude I will not be back to the Farview store

Just tried for the first time and this is delicious food. I ordered the chicken salad with pecans and grapes and a side of Mac n cheese and it was the best I ve ever had. I am so happy I decided to investigate once I saw the restaurant. It s in the spot where Zoe s kitchen used to be. Service was friendly and helpful also.

This location is relatively new and accessible from a major road. Step inside and youll find a simple, clean, and inviting atmosphere. For this, 5 stars! Service could be friendlier at the counter, but overall its nice that someone anticipates when tables need to be cleared. Also good to know that the staff can dine with the patrons, during break (that shows they like the food as well). They earned 4 stars on this category. The only thing missing on the menu of the variety of salads is the gluten-free bun. Hence, 3 stars for the food.

I had previously worked at CSC; for personal information, I will not disclose the specific location, and Paul (I do not know if he is a general manager or what his ranking is as a boss there) is a disgusting individual. I had heard many first-hand stories from co-workers and some managers about how he tried to brush behind both the adult and *TEENAGE* girls to touch them. From personal experience, he had tried to touch me, and I immediately said, Do NOT touch me ever again, and thankfully he didnt (but this did not go well for other teenage employees, as he would just continue his actions). Other co-workers and I had also caught him staring at female co-workers butts when he thought no one was watching. He would berate me and other employees for the TINIEST things but then put on a fake smile for everyone once a customer had walked in. When a staff member tried putting a review like this out on the company website about Paul and calling him out for his actions, they just wholly swept what he did under the rug and threatened them, the staff member, that they would lose their job if they didnt delete the review immediately. The company had just deleted the review themselves so as not to tarnish his reputation. I will also not be surprised if they delete this review either, lol. This just shows what the company chooses over anything: a friendly façade instead of the safety of their workers. I hope this review gives insight to anyone who will want to work there, and please stay safe out of the grubby hands of this man. I hope there is some form of action to fire him because he is a true danger within the workplace. EDIT: The things that had happened to me and other co-workers did not happen at this current location, because he moved locations after this Fairview one had opened, but I would not be surprised if he still continues to do this at the current location.

I love chicken salad and when the menu said it was with grapes and pecans I thought ohh that sounds good, on toasted wheat bread with A piece of lettuce and tomato. Well if it had pecans they were in a dust form, and the grapes should have been cut one more time. It was your basic chicken salad nothing to really write home about, no celery or onion and processed a bit too much. The atmosphere is geared for a ladies luncheon I think, thats the impression. The pasta salad side was a good portion but very basic. Dont park on the street unless you back in

Nice low key place for lunch. Our cashier and server were very helpful for our first visit and eased the order process. Nice selection of iced tea was a treat. The food was fine but the bread needs help. Thick, large slices of very blah bread was disappointing. There are so many great options, I would love to see you up your bread game. Whole grain, sourdough, ciabatta, baguette... something with more substance than a croissant would be great.

Ordered on doorDash. Simply delicious, I felt like there were great portions on mine and it was packed with care. So many options, but i got the basic The Chick with classic carol i don t care for fruit, buts or eggs messing with the flavor of my chicken salad personally, so I just love that they have options for everyone! Dont eat here. I just quit working here. They make us use rotting fruit in the Fresh fruit and just wash it and cut it up. (And i do mean, ROTTING, fuzzy, moldy.) They cant even get their employees free lunches right. The managers are very ugly to their staff, theyll put on a fake face and smile to the customer but turn around and get in the face of employees and yell at them. They also dont wash dishes used to prepare food properly, they just hose it down and dunk it in soapy water and sanitizer. Ill definitely be getting the judge to get a health inspector in here.

Well I stopped by cause I seen the restaurant opened by my house. As myself and daughter walking up they locking the doors. We get in it s full of people EATING we go up to the counter to place a order. Which the 2 employees was going to take our order. The manager a caucasian man over steps them and say we not open to the public yet. I was confused at that point you not open to the public or my child and I cause I seen ALOT OF CAUCASIAN people eating. I felt very unwelcome will travel to McKinney next time or Frisco.

Houston we have a problem While Mary and I were in this location on July 22, 2023 at 3:15pm the manager? (White short older man) was verbally berating an employee that was asking how to do something. It was extemely uncomfortable. If my child had come home and told me this happened I would have been skeptical of the veracity of his claims but there we were. We saw it. It was that bad. The employee disappeared and we didnt get to see his name.

We usually go to the McKinney location and they actually give you a decent serving of chicken salad on your sandwich. This location does not. They were really skimpy with their chicken salad and when you re paying $12 for a sandwich, you should get enough chicken salad to cover the bread.
