Charisma is a MASTER of all things r/t aesthetics and making someone look like they ve been on a 3mth hiatus at a luxury beauty spa. I feel her talent and gifts in the field of aesthetics are God-given. When I walk in, she can look at me and know exactly what will make me feel better about my outer appearance. With that being said, the subtle changes in my appearance on the outside don t compare to how she makes me feel inside! After my visit with Charisma, I feel so much better about myself and feel like I look rested and more like me . From the first visit, Charisma has had % of my trust. Charisma Khalil and Dr. George Khalil are THE BEST! Ive been going to Charisma for years for Botox, fillers, PRP facials (vampire facials) and more, and each time, Charismas work is impeccable! Charisma Khalil makes me look better than I ever thought I could look. There are countless med spas within a mile of where I work in Southlake and Colleyville, yet I wont see anyone but Charisma. If I moved far away, I would travel back to Mansfield Aesthetics to see Charisma. There is no one better! Charisma is an RN and has been doing aesthetic injections for years. She teaches doctors and other medical professionals how to do injections. In fact, it was an MD who referred me to Charisma. When another doctor made a mess of my face, Charisma completely fixed it. Also, both Charisma and Dr. Khalil are great people, and it is always a pleasure going to see them!

This place is freaking amazing!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Charisma knows her stuff! In fact, she is an instructor who teaches others how to use the products available in todays market. Ive threads, Scuptla & Bellafill. I couldnt be happier with the results! Dr Khalil has skills . He removed a knot of scare tissue from my chin, which I have been very self conscious about. The staff is polite. I love this place. They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words. So here you go.

If I could write this place a zero star I would actually I take that back if there could be a negative star they would have a -5. Charisma works under her husband and she does not inject what she says that she s going to be injecting into your skin/your face/whatever you re having done cosmetic wise. Watch out beware don t let them Schemin scam you out of $50,000 Like she did me. For anybody who s going to her getting sculpture I would advise you to get a second opinion because I guarantee you she s taking your product and not giving you any of your sculpture do some research.

I would 1,000% recommend Mansfield Aesthetics for any of your cosmetic needs. They offer a plethora of services from lip filler, Botox, threads, laser hair removal, facials, liposuction, BBL, weight loss management, and much more! Dr. Khalil and Charisma have the best bedside manners! They made me very comfortable during my procedure consultation and made sure to go through everything in precise detail before booking the procedure date. They answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me throughout the process, even after leaving the facility- they make sure any questions or concerns are met with care. Their MA and front desk staff were very comforting, kind, and informative. Dr. Khalil and MA Mariam made sure I knew what to expect from the procedure. Charisma has been in contact me throughout the whole process, no matter what I needed or asked- she explained everything to me in delicate and intricate detail! I have known Dr. Khalil and Charisma since they first opened their business, and as one of their original patients I can confidently say that they are truly wonderful people. I will always rave so highly about this company! I have recommended this place to a multitude of my family and friends. They will truly do their best to make sure your cosmetic dreams come true and that you are taken care of. They care so much about their patients and they are very personable! BEWARE of This Scandalous Establishment and Its Deceitful Owners I recently had a horrifying experience at this establishment run by Charisma and her husband George. They should be awarded the Ripoff title for their unscrupulous actions. My mother was a victim of their dishonesty and greed, as they not only lied but also misused the products she paid for. Upon consulting with my mothers new aesthetician/NP, it was revealed that Charisma had been taking advantage of her. The difference in my mothers appearance before and after Charismas treatment clearly shows the deception. My mother was swindled out of a significant amount of money, and Charisma even tried to hide behind her husband when confronted about her actions. George, on the other hand, was quite rude when questioned. He also refused to provide my mother with her medical records, further demonstrating their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. Both Charisma and George are immature and malicious individuals who should not be trusted. It came to light that Charisma never took proper before and after pictures of my mothers treatments until she complained. This further highlights their dishonesty and unethical practices. As a family, we will not be giving them any more of our business, and we advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. It is essential to be cautious and save your money from falling into the hands of these unscrupulous individuals. Charisma is working under her husband, who has recently started in this field, and they both seem to have self-esteem issues and a penchant for theft. A significant portion of my mothers $40k+ investment will not be seen by this couple again. We strongly recommend contacting the medical board and other relevant authorities to report this deceptive duo and protect others from becoming victims of their fraudulent schemes

Went in there today with a friend thats been seeing charisma and George for over 2 years shes been having threads and supposed to be having Sculptra but if you look at her face and let everybody else still tell you she didnt have any sculpture put in her face theyre stealing her money she decided to make it right for Kelly 2 weeks prior to try to make up for $20,000 she is stolen from the woman went in and did some threads and put some Bella fill so she didnt look sick like shes walking around with HIV cuz her face is so sunken in those people should be ashamed of themselves George and Charisma bad business owners you would think being a customer you would make it right your business is based on Word of Mouth but to bully someone in your pratice because you know you took her money and owe her is a descrace to the human race stay the heck away from unprofessional Dr and his wife all she wants to spit out how good she is lol prove it instead of bullying a client whos stayed with you two years very unprofessional telling her go else where after stealing her money

I had Lipo 360 and BBL. My first impression during my initial consultation was to my satisfaction in every way. Dr. Khalil answered all of my questions and concerns. He listened to my needs and my desired look. During the procedure, he never failed to consider my pain tolerance, making sure that I didnt need a break. My procedure went SO SMOOTH with no complications and I am so grateful for his bedside manner and technique. He also made sure I felt comfortable with his staff as well. Daniella took care of all my appointments and made sure that my messages and questions were sent to the provider in a timely manner. Nancy Flores, RN was so patient with me during my surgery and comforting during the process, she is soft spoken and calming. She also took care of my post op massages and has hands of an angel. Mariam help me during my first massage and guided me on what to expect during my first massage. I felt so much better after that initial massage. Last but not least, Charisma was such a sweetheart and reached out to me during my post op recovery and texted me several times to make sure I was ok and didnt need anything. She helped me with work accommodations by providing my employer with a work note. Charisma was there every step of the way making sure things ran smoothly as well. I can not thank Mansfield Aesthetics and the staff for such a great experience. This was my first cosmetic procedure and I plan on coming back for more things Aesthetic and beauty! See yall soon!!

I go to Courtney Grant to get my lashes done. I love how she does my lashes! They look natural but they pop! Since then she has introduced me to other services too. I wanted to do a consult for hair infusions but some younger girl answered and said they would call me back to setup an appointment but I never heard back yet. I guess their training is more important than booking new people who want to spend money with them. Obviously not looking to make new customers. Update*** When you go to your site it does not work? Full disclosure: Dr. Khalil is a colleague and friend. With that being said, I have considered hair restoration for several years. When Dr. Khalil informed me he was opening a medspa that was going to offer FUE via smartgraft, I was all in. I had 2159 grafts placed on February 7, 2019 to restore my receding hair line(Forelock) and thicken my Midscalp. Dr. Khalil and his staff did an excellent job in setting expectations and answering questions. Procedure: The administration of the anesthetic for harvesting and reimplantation was the only discomfort I experienced. I have included pictures of before, immediately postop, 3 days postop and 2weeks postop. I experienced no postop infection. I had minimal discomfort after the anesthetic wore off. My postop pain was controlled with 1000mg of Tylenol every 6 hrs. Post Op: Day 4 was the worst for swelling, that did decrease with ice packs placed to the forehead. By postop day 6 all swelling had resolved. I was informed after 3 months a second procedure can be performed to cover my crown that will likely need an estimated 2200 grafts. I will have Dr. Khalil and his team perform my crown transplant later in 2019. In summary, I give my highest endorsement to GK medical spa for your hair restoration needs. His meticulous attention to detail, thoughtful postop follow up, and a great outcome are reasons he has earned my trust and repeat business.
