BBQ is our favorite Korean fried chicken place so we were excited to learn that they just opened up a place near me. Chicken is really great; cheeseling fries not so- could not really taste the cheese as it tasted like normal fries.

We went here for our 17th anniversary yesterday. It was significant to us because we dated and got married in South Korea and this was one of the places we ate a few times while we were there. We were pleasantly surprised! Great food, great service and very nostalgic!

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The food is bad. The service is bad server was really rude. The chicken was raw and not cooked well. This doesn t taste anything like Korean chicken. I recommend to the owner to train the server how to treat client. It is also overpriced.

I am a HUGE fan of bb.q chicken and was SO excited to see they opened a new location near me. This location though is not my favorite. I like saucy wings and this location never puts enough. Their chicken is WAY drier than the other locations. I ve been three times just to make sure and on the last time i asked for extra sauce and the results were still no better. I can barely taste the supposed flavor. Not only that but their sides are not as good. I always love their rice because its always so fluffy and done just right. Not here. The fries another fav of mine, here always taste like they were rushed and are always extra limp. Ill just drive the extra mile and go to another location. So disappointing.

I go to the Arlington location all the time so whenever I found out they were building one in Mansfield, I was excited. I came in tonight (8/30) to order to go and wanted it fresh so I sat and waited at the bar. After waiting 20 minutes, I had noticed my order sitting at the expo. And it continued to sit there for another 15 minutes. Some of the staff were on the phone, and a group of 4 that one of the servers knew came in and they got her full attention. I knew my food was going to be cold so I had kindly said to a worker I believe that is our order. And he had asked a girl to bag it up for me. Whenever I got the order, I checked it and it was indeed cold. The cheesling seasoning had melted off and the fries were soggy. I told them about this and this is whenever the real issue began. They conjured in a group and continued to talk and point at me until a lady with bleached eyebrows came to talk to me. She asked Do you want us to remake it? It s going to be another 20 minutes. I had explained to her that I saw it sitting for 15 minutes and she completely blew it off asking again if I wanted it remade or not. I told her yes and then sat for another 25-30 minutes until my order finished. There was no apology and THEY acted like I was the inconvenience. I will gladly drive to the Arlington location where they have great service, competent workers, and a full bar.

Went today to try the new spot and was very dissapointed. Wanted whole chicken, not wings, and they said they were out....idk how they could be out, it was noon with 2 people in the store and they just recently opened. Then when ordering wings for some reason couldnt get original fried with no sauce but could get the seasoned sauced wings. Idk. Either way we left. Get it together for future customers but we wont be back.

I love the Arlington location of this restaurant and have been multiple times. I ordered this last week boneless chicken golden original and honey garlic (my fav). The chicken was just ok. I dont think it was freshly fried for my order and there wasnt nearly enough honey garlic sauce on the chicken. Also, they were out of radish and the guy wasnt going to tell me, and when I asked he just shrugged. The mozzarella sticks were good and fresh. I was so excited for a location closer to me, but for the price, I may just hoof it over to the original one to get the quality I want. Perhaps it was an off-night.

I had tried Korean fried chicken before at another restaurant in DFW (which had introduced me to this innovative new cultural style of fried chicken). However, now that I have tried the Korean fried chicken (hereafter abbreviated as KFC) here at this newly-opened location of an apparently very popular chain for KFC, I can safely say that bb.qs KFC beats what I had before clear out of the water!! I had the pleasure of trying half/medium sizes of three of their KFC flavors-- Original, Honey Garlic, and the Gang-Jeong-- and they each were amazingly tasty and full of flavor in their own way! And the crunchiness/crispiness of the batter really felt out of this world to me. I never imagined fried chicken would have such a pleasurable crispiness, but thanks to the authentic technique and batter they use to prepare the chicken, apparently you can! And just the same as their delicious, crunchy KFC, the service I received from the staff was amazing as well! When they heard I was a first-timer at their chain, the employee who helped me was very welcoming and encouraged to ask any questions I had about their menu. She also added a side of radishes to each chicken order at no cost (a unique side dish that paired well with the chicken)!! Overall, I had a wonderful first experience and at this new location in Mansfield and enjoyed my family and I enjoyed some great fried chicken!! I can definitely recommend!

Pretty good, not even gonna lie however it was overpriced in my opinion. You are not allowed to mix and match which means you can only do one flavor per order. They also dont have meal options. For the price you would think an order of wings would include a side but alas that is not the case. Also, you only can choose between medium (9 wings) and large (18 wings). I wish they had more sizes available to order and allowed you to mix and match flavors. Tried the honey soy flavor and the galbi. The honey soy was my preferred as it was perfectly crunchy and just the right amount of sauce. The galbi was way too saucy which made the wings soggy. The flavor also wasnt my favorite. Heavy, sticky and sweet. Service was good! Quick and efficient. Not sure I would go back due to the price and lack of customizations allowed.

First time going to this location and me and my mom LOVED it. We went late at night and it wasn t busy. Great atmosphere and we appreciate the lady who served us, incredibly friendly and very kind to us. The food came out fresh and hot. We liked the Galbi chicken and the So Ddeok So Ddeok! Wow! I go here usually when I crave chicken in Arlington, but now that this location is open, I go here more often since its so close to me! I got the honey garlic boneless wings, and they hit the spot. I love Korean fried wings, they hit the spot of being crispy so well!!! The workers are astounding here as well. This one girl who looks like one of my Filipina titas provided me excellent customer service. my tita has always reminded me how love can make anything taste good... I think my food tasted better because of this reminder. All and all this is a new hidden gem right in my hometown...!

Chefs kiss... None should be disappointed eating here. The wings are as described on the website...Galbi wings & sweet potatoes fries was my choice. The Quality and the flavors are incomparable. I arrived at 5:42, wanted some Wings, was told they were out of Winds, only Boneless was available. I ordered a medium Boneless Wings, was told there was a 20 minutes wait. I waited 35 minutes, finally asked about my order, it was sitting under the counter, for I didn t know how many minutes??? The Winds taste fair, but are overpriced, service was poor, very poor

Everything about this location is amazing! The chicken was super crispy, hot, and fresh, it was the best chicken I have had in town! The side dishes were phenomenal, I loved how flavorful they all were. Nonetheless the food at this bbq chicken was top tier! Saw this place was opening nearby as i often dine in at the location in arlington and I m glad to say this location is on par if not even better then the one in arlington. bb.q Chicken offers delicious Korean fried chicken with a crispy outside and juicy inside, complemented by a variety of tasty sauces. I personally love the secret sauce. And dont forget about their amazing Ddeokbokki, their ddeokbokki is fantastic, with perfectly chewy rice cakes in a rich, spicy sauce thats bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and quick, ensuring you get your food hot and fresh. The cozy atmosphere, with modern decor, makes it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions. Will definitely be coming again. Highly recommended!

I LOVE THE CHEESELING!!! Took my parents and siblings to this location and it was the best bbq chicken experience ever! Love this place so much! They have just opened and I have already been numerous times. The chicken is so fresh and the side dishes are also up to par. The service is also extraordinary! All the servers are so so cute and kind and down to earth! Ive seen a couple customers that have been rude to the servers for no reason, and they are just so grumpy; the servers deserve better when dealing with customers like these! Like just get on somewhere! Nonetheless, such a cute spot to chill with family and friends with great food and service. COME TO THIS LOCATION!!

I paid for rose tteobokki but received the regular tteobokki. I understand the kitchen was backed up so I waited for my order about 30 minutes. When I received it, I noticed it was the regular tteobokki. I went back in to get it corrected and handed the previous order back to the servers. I waited an additional 30 minutes just to receive the same order back again (it was lukewarm.) and never got the one I ordered. Essentially I waited an hour just to receive the order I didnt order back to me again. When I left the shop one of the servers said sarcastically I hope it is the BBESST tteobokki ever. I get it they just open so hopefully they will improve in a couple of months bc this was just ridiculous. Also if I paid more for tteobokki I would have love to received the correct order instead of the mistake one that I gave back to them again.
