When I came in I was the only customer at the counter and a lady was wiping it down and chatting with a co worker. They went to the back and continued the conversation while she told me she d be with me in a moment. After 5 minutes of laughter she comes back and hastily makes my order. I ve noticed this place also undercooks their foods as the fajita peppers were still crunchy and raw tasting. I don t usually go to this chipotle I was just in the area but I think I ll stick with my home store on little road. Best employees and high quality food at that location. Something this Mansfields one seems to lack.

The place was very dirty, every single table was dirty and floors. Employees were just standing there instead of going and cleaning tables and restaurant. One employee was very loud and rude saying that the soda machine didn t work, which is fine, but she could have had a nicer tone or said it in a nicer way. She told me that I couldn t have a water cup because the soda machine didn t work, but I went to go try it out and the water did work. She should have just said that it was out of carbonation, which was the actual case. Food was good, service and cleanliness was not.

Recently went in to get a chicken bowl and a kids build your own. The line was long and I waited my turn it was a couple in front of me that ordered 3 separate items 1 barbacoa burrito 3 barbacoa tacos and a chicken bowl. The amount of meat that was put onto those items was lovely and NO they did not ask for EXTRA protein. Once he started making my chicken bowl he act like he was counting the chunks of chicken that was on the spoon. He literally scooped the meat shook the spoon and shook the spoon again THEN he put whatever was left on my bowl. Umm no like I told him I want the same amount that you put onto the other people s food. He had the audacity to laugh it s far from funny stop picking and choosing who gets what amount of protein we all paying customers and we all wait in the same line. The food is good but the portions suck.

We ordered a catering oder on7/17. We arrived to the store and they knew nothing about the order. They even questioned us on if we were at the right store. We had to show them the email confirmation. We then had to wait 1 hr for the meal. They gave us 10 kids meals in trays and told us thats how it comes. Which is untrue. We bought the build your own double for 10 individual. We left the store with the kids meal trays. We had to return because they did not give us rice. They then gave us rice in small containers. We never received the fajita vegetables. I spent $140 and food but get the right portions of any of the food. Very upsetting.

Your phone system sucks. My daughter Kali ordered a bowl with brown rice, double meat & extra veggies for me. I received a bowl of a large amount of white rice, one serving of meat and some beans. It was actually tasteless and dry. The meat was tasty but there was so little of it I was not able to mix it with the other food. Whoever prepare the food did a poor job. Filling the bowl with lots of rice was deceptive, does not mean that you have a lot of food plus I wanted brown rice. Plus this was my birthday dinner! Very disappointing!

Came here last night after my sons graduation at 9:30 pm , mind you closing is at 11 . Waited in line with one person ahead of us and then waited 15-20 minutes to finally order. The employees had terrible attitudes as if they were annoyed to see us. There was only one person serving the food while one guy was cleaning the grill and one lady checking people out. They were more concerned with taking care of the mobile orders and telling us to wait multiple times while a line was building up. Got to start ordering and the lady was rushing us to pick our items again running the whole thing by herself while the other two employees just watched her and decided to busy themselves with other tasks. I like Chipotle due to me being vegetarian however today the guy fixing my food never changed his gloves and his burrito folding skills were horrible. I had to request a second shell because of his failed attempt to properly fold. Then he wrapped the burritos leaving 3/4 exposed. I questioned it and he tried to reassure me that the only thing that touches the counter near the register was food. (ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???) As I continued to watch him prepare food for my mom and others still no change in gloves. Hes pushing his glasses up on his face. The counter is full of food and no one is cleaning. 7 out of 10 times when you comento get food at this location they are either out of chicken, veggies, rice, or steak. There have been times where I would be standing in line for 5-10 minutes without being greeted because the workers at the front focused on to go orders instead of the customer in front of them. There were multiple instances where there is trash everywhere. Lastly there was ine day my girlfriend and I dined in. There was only one trash can that was over flowing with trash (not sure where the other trash cans were). We had to go out to the Charleys subs restaurant next door to throw our trash away. It s getting tk the point where if I want to eat Chipotle that I have to plan to go to the location in Arlington because this location has let me down too many times.

The store was dirty. They brought the metal containers from the kitchen and placed them on the front counter next to the register, having unsightly spillage on the front counters. The overwhelming complaint is that the burrito machine wasn t working. They ran out of steak, brown and white rice so began filling orders from the back of the line and moving customers in front of waiting customers. After 20 minutes and several other customers requesting the chicken instead of steak. I was up-charged for chicken when steak had still not been cut. Just a huge amount of inefficiency and the restaurant was dirty.

I entered to order a bowl, but the young Hispanic lady provided no customer service. She ignored me as I waited to be served, didnt greet me when I walked in, just made slight eye contact and then walked to the back. It was OK. Im not saying that the food was bad, it wasnt. However, most of the flavor is in the meat that you choose. It may be because they were running low, or maybe they are cutting the amount of protein because of the rising prices of everything; but, the burrito contained only a very tiny amount of carnitas. So, the first 1/4 of the burrito was only rice and the last quarter was the same. $24 for two burritos and a coke. It was just slightly underwhelming.

They are supposed to be open at 10:45 am we got there before that and workers came in at 10:45 am. Every single time I come to this chipotle there is a heavy set pale skinned girl with fake eyelashes and long hair who is sooooooo rude. She is rude, disrespectful, and has no manners towards customers what so ever. Someone needs to teach her respect and some kind of positivity because she is a little brat. Food was great tho.

I did a online order to be able to pick up lunch quickly, When I got there I politely asked the lady at the cash register if my food almost ready, she said if its not up there its not ready, I could sense her negative attitude when I asked her if I could get my cup to make my drink while I waited ( at this time it was already past the time of pickup that was quoted to me. Hear me out, if you are not a peoples person, do not work customer service. She was so rude and others could tell as well. One lady ask her for her pickup order so she went to the back and there was my order as well, just sitting in the back. I am giving this review a one star because of the customer service not because the food was gross.

Order my food on the way to the store and was supposed to pick it up at. I arrived at 1:54 and found a seat. When nothing was put up on the shelves by 2:05 I got up and asked about my food (which showed in the app as ready). The lady on the register asked for a name but never went into the back to ask about the order. I was standing in front of the register for about 5 minutes mire before she finally went into the back to grab the orders (me and another gentleman) that were just sitting in the back of the store.

The young man Justin is the only reason I m giving this experience a 5 star review. While Justin was preparing my bowl I asked him if I could try the white rice. I told him it was a bit under done and he immediately looked for a solution; telling me he could get some from the back. He did this assuming it was made correctly but unfortunately it was under done as well. From there I told him not to worry about it, we can just finish the bowl. He made my entire bowl, with kindness, and apologized for the inconvenience of the rice. Thank you so much Justin for your kindness, patience, and great customer service! I really appreciate it.

A bit bummed my food said it was ready *pre ordered on doordash because I wanted to be in & out* and on top of that I arrived about 15mins AFTER it said it was ready and ended up waiting another 30-40minutes.. I ordered as soon as the store opened and didn t get my food until 11:20-11:35 since they couldn t even find my order Cashier was nice. Hopefully it was just an error but none the less, a bit upsetting.

I have tried to give this establishment chance after chance. However the last couple of times of visiting hasn t been so great. The rice isn t always fully cooked, its not as clean as it used to be, and today when ordering because my money is ripped they couldn t take it. Instead of just taking the money and taping it up. It wasn t ripped bad. I left the order since it was an inconvenience to me. I will no longer visit this location but go to the newer one on Broad street that has better customer service, cleaner, and better management!

Disappointed yet again. Yea it is my fault for going back. Last time was an online order though so this time we went in. Service was terrible. The employees were more interested in chatting than listening to our requests. The beans were almost empty and she was trying to scrape some out of the bottom but we didn t really even get a full spoonful each and then the chicken was almost empty also so I didn t get much but my husband who ordered the steak strips got a little more than me but not the same amount as the guy behind him that ordered the same thing. At the end I asked for a little extra lettuce and they looked at me like I was crazy. We should have just left. I wish there was another location kind of close I would go there because I love the food normally. Guess I will have to go to Q doba or Costa Vida. Ugh.

Horrible customer service!!! In line for almost 10 minutes while 3 people make online orders without anyone acknowledging the growing line inside of the store. You would have thought we were invisible but for the young lady at the register yelling at the people in line twice that one of the salsas was only available to online orders. I asked to speak with the Manager Rickey who was standing there at the grill but was totally ignored by him. How do you justify the entire front line not servicing the customers who are standing in front of you to fill online orders. Clearly this store needs training and better management.

I don t even know why I keep trying to give this location a chance! My husband ordered ahead via the mobile app and one, everything was cold even though we were there at the designated pick up time, and two, my husband ordered double chicken and rice in his bowl and when we got home to eat his bowl was literally only 5 slices of chicken and his bowl was only half full. We tried the mobile app because normally when we go in the associates are rude as heck no greeting and very bland and dry when ordering, but no no no this was no better! We will not be returning and making the extra drive to qdoba instead!
