Little Seouls hours are listed as 11am-9pm on the business door and online. After arriving to the store a handful of times between the hours of 8:30-8:45pm and it being closed, I felt it would be proper to write a review. On the first occurrence, an elderly and younger woman saw me approach the door and began ducking behind the counter. They peered over the counter periodically until I left. (Very strange) On another occasion, the same elderly woman but different younger female hid again and army crawled through the kitchen door as if I couldnt see them. This evening, again, two females ducked behind the counter and turned off the light. They hid until I got back into my car and drove away. (I assume they are no longer hiding.) How does a business conduct themselves in such an uncouth manner? Why would you be willing to indignify your person and dishonor the reputation of your entity for a half hour? As a loyal patron of Little Seoul who has spent hundreds of dollars over the years, I hope you hold more respect for my constructive critique than you have my patronage. In conclusion, I offer a resolution to this ethical dilemma... Please consider changing your hours of operation so that you can hold your business to a consistent, honorable standard.

Was disappointed I thought this was a traditional Korean restaurant and its like a bowl fusion place. Food was ok not great. Staff was wonderful. They were out of large cups so she gave me a small but also only charged me half price. The chairs are the little plastic chairs that bend when you sit in them. I probably wont go back.

This is a build your own Korean bowl type restaurant (think Chipotle). I got a beef bulgogi, on Korean (sweet potato) noodles, topped (5 included) w/ carrots, edamame, cabbage, cilantro and scallions- you get to pick 2 sauces so I did the Korean spich one and Ponzu (citrus soy sauce) and then topped w sesame seeds. $11.99 but I see why they offer half portions ($5.99) - that would have been more than enough. The beef was dry and had some grit. Most of the bowl was the noodles- not enough toppings to counter them really. The Korean sauce was my favorite part. All in all, underwhelming dinner. The person that waited on me was super sweet and helpful.

I appreciate a korean restaurant popping up anywhere near I live so ive given Little Seoul at least 10 times since it opened. Toppings are good, sauces: good, cold noodle bowl: good, portion size: great. My issue comes from their protein. Ive never had a good experience with any of their meat protein options, the kalbi is the only one I havent tried and probably wont ever. The texture of their bulgogi, spicy pork, chicken, all the same and feel like theyre boiled. It tastes like im eating soft beef-jerky, which as you can imagine isnt satisfying or what im looking for at all. Bulgolgi is supposed to be your home-run, its always the easy delicious choice at korean places yet somehow they manage to mess it up and make it bland. How has it not changed at all since opening? Theres potential but its completely wasted.

The service was great. The person behind the counter helped explain the menu to me and gave me a detailed explanation of each item. This was probably the best part of my experience here. Friendly and helpful service can make or break a restaurant. The ambiance was unique and fun. The walls were painted with bright colors and the space between seating was more than adequate. There were well placed bar stools in front of the windows also. The food is where the wheels started to come off. I ordered a custom bowl with rice and bulgogi. Among my choices, I had regular kimchee, their version of oi-sobagi (cucumber kim chee), and some odeng (fish cake). Both Kim chee dishes had mild heat and acid with just enough flavor to make it passable as a kim chee. The odeng, although the right sponginess, didnt have much flavor to it at all. Those items I could deal with. The real issue for me was that both the bulgogi and rice were both very cold and almost flavorless. Im unsure of the style of Korean inspired food but Im accustomed to warm/hot meats and rice with cold sides that have spicy heat. I finished my food because it wasnt terrible; it was just bland.

Came in to pick up a togo order for lunch, cute place! There was only one person there waiting for their order... I hope they get some business, or maybe it was a slower day. I had rice with cucumber salad, pork belly, scallions, fish cake, & a fried egg in top. It was delicious, Ive never had purple rice before but its pretty good. My friend had a beef bulgogi burrito, I did try it but I prefer the rice bowl, really just based on my taste preference. I will say there are generous amounts of protein in each one, they dont go overkill on the sides as make their portions look big. Portion size is great. For an online order we also appreciate they were able to accommodate our requests, putting the sour cream & poco in containers on the side. We actually got a free mandu as a promotion, those were good too with the ponzu sauce. The lady working was super nice, the place was clean, & they have fast service. Definitely drop by & give them a try.

Came in order 2 bowls and some how it come out to be $41 with tax for a small portions. The girl in the front told me that I couldn t use this coupon and she has to give me a gift card to use next time, when no where on the advertisement they said you have to use it on your next order. Asked and she couldn t even give us an explanation, mind you she never give us a gift card. Foods portion was little for $20 a bowl, like 3 pieces of meat and some veggies. Meats are very unseasoned and taste like nothing. Will never coming back here. Was hoping for something better and supporting small business but this is a total rip off.

Kind of a Korean Chipotle; manage expectations similarly. It was pretty good for a quick meal, although the noodles were a little dense and I regretted those carbs. Bulgogi was okay, although parts were thick and overcooked. I tried the Yum Yum sauce which just kind of over powered everything. Kimchi fries looked good and I may try those next time. I don t regret going, but also not clamoring to return. Cute place, though.

Friendly, clean, colorful. Mix and match bowls with a base of purple rice or noodles - or yes - half and half. They did not look at me all funny when I asked the to go light on the rice and noodles. Even at that it was plenty of food. Food comes in a box that you can take with you and, unless you ask for light portions or stuff yourself, you ll have enough to take with you. I had Gochujang and Doenjang sauces. The former is a bit on the spicy side and the latter a bit salty, but both were good. Vegetarian options: I had the Soy meat substitute, not quite the same thing as tofu (tofu is not on the menu) Parking: Loads of parking and grocery shopping nearby. Kid-friendliness: Bright colorful interior. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and resturant both accessable.

Little Seoul is a Korean take on BYOB restaurants like Chipotle, Cava etc. It was my first time here, and the girl behind the counter was really sweet and helpful. I ended up getting the purple rice as my base and the bulgogi as my protein. You can choose 5 toppings; I went with the edamame, green onions, corn, radish, and cucumbers. Some of the ingredients didnt look the freshest, but thats a typical downside of BYOB places in lieu of convenience. (Everything still tasted good though). For sauces, I went with the employees recommendation of yum yum sauce and gochujang. Aside from the BYOB bar, they also have menu items to pick from. I decided to try the Budae Jjigae (Army Stew). I ordered it to go and was impressed by how neatly everything was packed. The noodles and cheese were put in a separate container from the soup to prevent them from getting over cooked and soggy. The aroma from both items I ordered smelled so good and tempting as I was driving home. It was delicious and comforting!

I m so disappointed with this place. First off I m not even going to say why they initially made me upset but what tipped the scale was the fact that I paid online, sent my husband to pick it up and they charge him AGAIN! I will NEVER EVER come back here again. **literally almost 10 minutes after I leave, almost home they call me and tell me they didn t give me my entire order. Go figure. I tell them I cannot drive back because I m almost home and just refund that portion back. They refuse! They state they will give me CREDIT. Like I would return to somewhere who really tried to double charge me. I told her I would never return and she still refused until after I got real upset she said FINE She will refund my money. That s the way it should be! If you don t give the person their food and forgot, then it needs to be refunded.

Ordered via Uber Eats, it was nicely packed & very clean. The box has very large portions of food, enough to feed 2 ppl with the box. Dumplings were soft and warm, the kimchi didn t have a lot of spice in it but I was okay. The portions are big & it s a very healthy option food wise. I will be ordering again, love it!

Bowls and drinks for 2 people are $28; but you get a very large amount of food. If your dont mind sharing, 1 bowl can easily feed 2 people. Great fast service. Excellent place for a quick meal or snack. Would be 5 if they served dessert.

So, I don t live in Mansfield. I ve been okay with this fact up until I ate here. I m going to be spending extra money on gas driving here once a week atleast. All of their meats are insanely good! The pork and short rib were my absolute favorite. Lots of toppings to choose from! I got the purple rice bowl. The owner gave a little sampling of two different meats on top of the short rib that I chose for my bowl. I got their yum yum sauce and gojuchang bibimbap (sp?) sauce. Both were clearly home made and delicious. I ve also never been a huge fan of kimchi but I got some on the side and it was surprisingly really good!! Their fried dumplings had such a good texture and were served with a garlicky kind of soy sauce maybe, SO good. Fast and casual with 5 star food. Great addition to the area!
