MKG Homes was born from the desire to provide affordable, high quality homes in the DFW market, and was started in 2018 by two partners. Though the journey has only just begun, it’s safe to say it is something that they’ve both dreamed about and prayed over for many years. We believe in relationships. We see both employees and subcontractors as part of one big team. They are our partners - a close knit team with a single purpose, striving together. A house is just sticks and bricks. Family is what makes a home.

Thank you, MKG for a beautiful product! I am very pleased with the entire process working with onsite builder, Bryan. He spent over 2 hours during the walkthrough and it was greatly appreciated, WHOA! Additionally, Bryan always makes himself available to respond to any issues without delay and I sincerely appreciate him.

If you truly want a custom home, then MKG Homes is who you are looking for in DFW. It was such a fun experience designing and creating a home with this team. The plan was an eight month build, but we were moving in after four months. We stayed under budget :-) I always felt I was the decision-maker. I highly recommend Kelly Pollard. He was very active in checking the details to verify we received what we were expecting. The crews were respectful and professional throughout the build. I couldn t be happier with my forever home.

We had a great experience using Mkg Homes when making some changes to our property. Kelly is very quick to respond and always goes above and beyond concerning customer service. We appreciate everything he did for us and how professional he was through it all. Kelly was always communicative, 5 minutes early, and on top of all of his contractors to get things done quickly, but more importantly, done right. He sees the small details and cares if it gets done correctly. Thanks Kelly!

My wife and I spent years designing our dream retirement home, and MKG brought that dream to life. Kelley and his team treated us like royalty. He listened closely to us, paid extreme attention to every detail, made himself available to us at all hours, and just made the experience a joy. There are a lot of companies who will give you 4 or 5 predetermined options and bill themselves selling custom homes. We looked into a few of them and were very disappointed. MKG is the real deal, an old school builder who does things right. We recommend MKG HOMES to anyone who is serious about building a home that is truly made for them.

My company works with MKG Homes, Inc. and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of the home they build. In addition, the selection process of materials was very simple and streamlined, they only billed for what had been completed to date, they completed the house in a timely manner, and their staff is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build.

The level of customer service that they provide to their customers is exceptional. Their level of integrity is honorable. Make sure you do not get Brian as the foreman of the build! My neighbors and my self have had nothing but problems all year long. These properties were brand new. When we moved in we had water damage that started from the roof then proceeded to our second floor. Pretty much they have been making repairs to brand new properties all year long. Every single house on my block had water damage. My ring cam shows how many visits we have had on property from mistake after mistake. They are definitely doing bad business.
