Terrible service. Terrible line moves slower than a snail s pace. Gracie informed me that apparently the Store Manager Antoine as well as the District Manager Melvin are very strict about allowing customers to put ice in their Nitro Cold Brew even when they specifically request it. That is ridiculously poor customer service, especially for a place that literally specializes in custom drink orders. I understand Nitro doesn t come with ice, but i enjoy ice in mine. Ice makes the drink considerable more enjoyable for me? Yet I was repeatedly denied and then was given a cup of ice to modify the drink that I paid people to make for me. You can ask for the most absurd, sugary topping loaded, cold foam topped, shaken then stirred, made hot then put on ice frappe or ridiculously customized drink - but apparently they draw the line at a few ice cubes in your Nitro? Do you realize how ridiculous that is? Never in my life at any Starbucks any the entire world have they refused my request for light ice in my Nitro except at Antoine and Melvin s store. Not only is it just utterly ridiculous and frankly insulting to refuse such a simple customer request, but it wastes double the plastic resources and uses way more ice than I asked for. Absurdly poor management and poor customer service practice. No wonder their drive thru line hardly moves. District Manager Melvin, and Store Manager Antoine should really revise their policy. I mean seriously what a joke. Go to literally any other Starbucks for better, faster, and kinder customer service, even if it s out of your way - it will be worth it.

I ordered this morning in advance. When I got there, my order was not ready. I waited for several minutes (over 10), which made me run late for work. When I finally received my order (which I was told it was sitting in a different area even though I told the barista my name 3 times), it was not what I ordered. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha; I was given a hot drink, but I couldnt wait even longer for them to fix it, so I just took it, thinking itll be fine as long as its a white chocolate mocha. As I was on my commute, I tasted the hot coffee, and it was disgusting. It tasted like old coffee water; there wasnt a hint of any flavor at all. I had to throw it away. I couldve made better coffee at home or even at a 7/11. Its disappointing to pay so much for a drink only to be utterly let down (such a waste of money and time). I wont be returning to this location in the future. That was unacceptable.

The only thing they serve here is ATTITUDE. They clearly do not care about customers. Too busy bullying other employees. Hi! Normally this location seems pretty good. But you need to change your hours online to reflect your actual hours. Super annoying! Came in Sunday. Says you open at 5:30am. So I came back again at 6am. They told me they didn t open till 6am. Get with it. Everyone else can & does. Wouldn t expect anything less from Starbucks.

Just started coming here in the morning I love how the staff greats me as walk in and wished me a great day as I leave . I mostly online order and give it ten minutes and it never fails my drink is ready as soon as I arrive . Also huge fan of the Egg Pesto a barista recommended it as well as to extra toast it with cream cheese literally the best 2,000 calories of all time . Love how clean it is and the outdoor patio is nice 10/10 recommended for the vibes alone :)

Manager Lesley made what has always been an excellent service with Starbucks into a poor negative and argumentative experience. I have never had such a terrible experience. It was a BOGO and all he had to do was honor it. No willingness to accommodate, instead someone in the back made another drink. Thank you very much. Im so sorry I forgot your name (Faith?) Lesley, should not whatsoever be a manager nor the front window his whole persona is of a angry bitter man.. sorry to leave such a negative review but Ive never experienced such bad service from Starbucks.

Came off pretty snobby to me. Walked in and was given a look of disgust. When I left this location, they also didn t say anything either. Not professional nor friendly. I had plastic pieces in my bacon gouta sandwich, AND the bread was hard on the corners, and a corner of the egg was hard. Theeen the drink had SOOOO much ice. I had to pour some out because the lid kept popping off. Definitely not coming back to this location. Had taken a long break from Starbucks in general because of so much ice that its difficult to even insert your straw. Talk about ridiculous. Why exaggerate like that. Smh. Looks like Ill keep my business at DutchBros even though its less convenient. Ill make the drive over to them instead.

Im not sure the correct spelling of her name but lacey, the barista, always greets me with a smile. She remembers me by name and tries to remember my drink lol. I go there almost every morning and her smile makes me day. Her customer service is is top notch and shes definitely made my morning routine worthwhile. She definitely has a heart of gold.

Starbucks is located off E Broad in Mansfield in The Shops at Broad shopping center, serving great coffee and seasonal drinks throughout the year. I have been here multiple times and always had a pleasant experience with the staff and service. There is parking along the establishment, but it can get crowded and congested due to the many businesses surrounding it. Inside is very spacious and clean with many chairs and tables to sit at. The staff does a wonderful job in preparing your drinks and provides excellent customer service. They offer breakfast pastrys such as coffee cake, breakfast sandwhiches, and my all-time favorite cake pops! There is wifi provided along with a clean restroom to use. Overall, this Starbucks is great and knows how to please their guest. They offer a drive-through for fast service for quick and easy drinks to go. I highly recommend downloading the APP for awesome rewards and perks to get the best bang for your buck.

I mobile ordered a drink. The app said pickup at 12:31. I got there at 12:25. It s literally 12:38, no drink and no communication from the staff. There are literally 2 other customers in the store; both clearly already had their drinks and are sitting around. I had to head to an appointment so I asked them for a refund. I paid in stars. One of favorite places to complete a blind order. Today, we went in I ordered a nitro sweet they made me some drink that was amazing ! I have no idea what they put in the drink but it made my day. My sister ordered something hot easy on the sweet she got an amazing hot coffee. If you just let them make your order this crew comes up with amazing totally satisfying drinks. I ve given multiple chances to this location. Actually the last visit here before this one, making me leave a review, had gotten a lot better from previous ones. But today they were back at it again with their terrible attitude. I literally had to ask what my total was to reload my card, my napkins where given to me crumbled up, seriously looked like they grabbed them from the trash can, coffee was spilling down the side of my cup (also didn t taste great), the lady at the window was just so annoyed and unpleasant. Look I know they get busy but they should take that as a good thing and have the best staff possible, or hire more if the ones they have are just overwhelmed by the traffic. Treat your staff right and they will treat your clients right. The more clients the more business. Just saying. I m one to give multiple chances but this was the last straw for me. Even though it s a great location commute wise I will either go to the one on E.Broad and 360 or the one further up on 287 and Matlock-ish, heck, I will even get off and go into the one inside Target all those location have always been a lot nicer and patient then this one. They deserve my $$.

While finishing up my masters degree I chose to attend this Starbucks to complete my course work after working my daily 8-4pm and have been pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff is and how well they coordinate with each other to create a great experience for their customers! Their outdoor & indoor sitting areas are well kept, and I have seen many mentors & business owners come in to work with students/mentees and clients, respectively. Lastly, Alicia [a hero without a cap :)] is one of the many baristas that I have had the opportunity to interact with here and she has always greeted others and myself with a warm Welcome-In whenever anyone comes in the door for that daily cup of coffee! Sending thanks to this location and group for their daily hard work and dedication to their customers.

As the previous reviewers stated this location is going downhill. Now, this location lost a whole staff awhile back and they had to close down for a month. They hired new people, which 10% are competent and know what they re doing. The others are winging the heck out of it! I come here because my kids are in therapy in the area and I prefer my sublet and 287 location! Way better!!! This location will mess your drinks up even after repeating the order. Which my order is a mocha frappe with mocha drizzle in the cup. Simple right?! Nope! lol they Jack it up 90% of the time. Now my other experience was with a shift lead who didn t acknowledge my presence. Made a snide remark about not needing my name for my order . Also, just gave off real bad vibes and the staff even said she does it to them . Well I took my concerns to corporate. Please call corporate. Do not even ask them to fix it! They will send you a gift card for the mishap and just go down by 360, sublet or Debbie/157. This location is a joke! Oh and today I went and the guy was confused when I said around the cup! Same terminology the baristas use.

I have worked in customer service for over 33 yrs... I have NEVER BEEN SERVICED LIKE THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE!! I purchased a refresher at this location. When I got home, I realized it was not the right one. Came back through the drive thru to express it to them what had happened; with hopes to get the drink I paid for. Keep in mind, I was at the drive thru for over 10 minutes at 6:57 until 6:10...then went to the front door. Once I got at the door, realized it was locked. I knocked, hoping someone would see me with the starbucks cup and would come at least to the door and hear what I have to say. I literally stood their as they went back and forth for over 20 minutes. Do you think they didnt noticed me.... Oh no they literally looked at me turned around and began doing other distracted things other than tell me they are closed... systems are down or something. I stood at the door in the cold as they watched me knocking at the door. ALL I wanted was the drink I paid for. Instead I was ignored to the fullest. One guy that had an orange shirt on peeked between the back door to see if I would leave. He finally came out but ignored me sitting there. No one approached the door to expressed that they were closed or that the machines were down. All they did was ignore me in the cold. This is very disrespectful and lack of customer service. I have NEVER felt so disrespectful. As I walked to my car with disbelief that a major cooperation would hire such lacking service people... I sat in the car to write this and noticed a sign that said they closed at 6. It is very understandable why they werent interested in assisting me. However... just a walk to the door would have been the right thing to do. This is ridiculous.

I went to this location yesterday, 18 Feb 22 and ordered my usual. The guy at the drive thru really questioned my order. His behavior was totally unacceptable. Mid order, a lady takes over to verify my order and I asked her was it okay for me to order what I did and the guys attitude was horrible. She told me he was in training. I get to the window and he s there still somewhat questioning my order stating all the sugar could cause damage or some nonsense. I clearly told him he was inappropriate and had no business questioning my order! I told him I m sure his behavior wasn t taught in training and he needs to mind his own vs what someone orders. Totally unacceptable. I ll never visit this location again!

Unfortunately, this Starbucks is quickly going downhill. I ordered a drink for drive Thur pickup. I saw how long the drive thru was so I opted to go inside. I got inside and wasn t greeted by anyone. I waited for a long time and decided to just try the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru 17 minutes. I get to the speaker and the lady rudely tells me I need to come inside because the drive thru is moving at a slow speed. Then I tell her I can t get out of line because there is concrete all around me. It s another 5 minutes before the cars ahead me move and I get to a spot where there is an opening to get out of line. Next time I m going to Mansfield, I will just drive to the little road Starbucks first. Thankfully, the little road location is one of the few Starbucks left in the area that is not incredibly slow.

When this location 1st opened I preferred it to the Coopet Location. Last night my drink tasted like hot water and cocoa powder and tad bit of peppermint oil. Got home and all these dark brown dots were floating around and there wasnt much milk added it was watery. Went to return it the next day( because the person in front of me that Sunday, had to have 4 drinks remade and was already there for 20 mins before getting my coffee it was hot so didnt drinking till almost home) Well went back Monday Morning and they were closed. This isnt the 1st mistake, usually I let stuff slide ...this is 1 of more than 10, This location is struggling and maybe need to get more experienced staff before opening doors again. I understand short staffing and supplies. Believe me. This is nothing Major in the scheme of life. However, would warn against this location to get the joy of drinking a hot coffee or tea you will not be satisfied or get your moneys worth.

I come to this Starbucks every weekday on my commute. So much that they know me by name. It s a shame that lately the experience has been so inconsistent and it seems like you guys can t keep a staff there in the morning. I just want my coffee and either the store is closed or there s a max of two incompetent people there. It shouldn t take me 15 minutes to go through the drive thru when there s 3 people in line. Get it together!

It is usually good all the time but sometimes the servers are extra slow, or they get all of the order wrong but that is normal. But other than that it is a really nice place

Updated review: again on September 23, 2021, we visit this same location because it s the closest to home. We ordered two brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso lattes and this is what was served. WORST Starbucks I ve ever been to in the USA. Photos below, you can see no oatmilk but they still served them this way. Ridiculous and unprofessional behavior. Generally, Starbucks has great efficient customer service. This is the location closest to me so I frequent this specific location. They are slow and do not fill the drinks all the way. Photo for proof. When you re paying more than the average price for coffee, the least they can do is serve properly. Disappointed and will no longer go to this location.

When this location first opened, the customer service was great! Now its just a fast coffee shop. My coffee order was wrong and when I took it back, the guy goes, I cant take it back in a nonchalant tone. Of course you cant! He had me to go over to the trash and throw it away when he should have taken it and thrown it away. Back up a few minutes. The guy who took my money didnt say thank you, bye or anything. If these people are not morning people then they should find evening jobs!!! Ugh!!!!
