Justin was my main person. He made me feel very inviting and he was very knowledge. Did respond to my Emails as requested until he got his days off. Very nice gentleman. Then on Saturday I had pleasure to meet Ms Miyah and she too was very nice and very courteous. She took time to address some questions I had and she knew all the answers. Very pleasant young lady.

The maintenance manager Andrew @ Mason+Mill is the complete BEST I had an issue with my HVAC last night in Bldg 2 He came over and identified the problem and saved the night. Even though my yapping Yorkie was being EXTRA as usual lol Andrew is always knowledgeable and very professional; he s a valuable asset to this property

Since I moved in Andrew has been my hero. He came and made sure all my needs were addressed and that I was comfortable. I even had a smoke detector issue that would wake me up in the middle of the night and he came to switch it. He s a true MVP here and happy to have him working at my place of residence. 10/10

The apartment complex looks nice and uses modern technology like digital locks, etc. to draw people in but there is little to no care around keeping people here or keeping them happy. I have lived here since March of this year and in that time, the elevator has not worked consistently. It s down all the time and stays down for long periods of time (currently down and last time was a couple of weeks). The doors to the building are all controlled by the app. So when the internet messes up, they lock up and you are unable to access the property. The gated community is a joke as the gates have been malfunctioning and open 24/7 for well over a month now. The internet is inconsistent and continuously goes out. The ports in the unit that they claim allowing you to hardwire your devices are not all functional. The faulty outlets and Ethernet ports have fried my gaming devices. I was offered no compensation when this happened. The poor internet quality and unexpected (and prolonged) outages caused major issues for me at work (I work from home). Again, when this was explained, I saw not real effort to rectify any of these issues other than calling the internet company to come and fix it after the weekend (internet went out during the week). With the exception of the head maintenance guy, the people in the office are very nice. Even so, it is clear they couldnt care less about your living experience. I m moving out due to the MANY issues and again, no one has reached out or offered any kind of compensation, asked me to stay, etc. Do not come here looking for quality experience or amenities. All you will find are hidden fees and the same old inconveniences and costs as everywhere else (plus some new ones you didn t know were possible).

I was quickly greeted by staff when visiting and my leasing agent, Miyah was very sweet, answering my many, many questions with grace and top tier professionalism. The property is beautiful and its location couldn t be better. If you are a local, then you know how hectic the traffic can be on Broad Street. This complex is tucked away just off the exit from 287, allowing you quick access to the best entertainment, shopping and restaurants in Mansfield. I love the details and finishes in the apartment homes and the common areas as well. Everything was well thought out with the design of these homes. There is plenty of storage in the kitchens, with plenty of space to host family or friends. The workspaces in the common areas and the 24 hour gym is definitely something to look forward to. The balconies are tight. However, there is enough room to relax and place plenty of plants. I m sure a fur baby we just love hanging out getting fresh air and bird watching. I actually don t any icks.

Erica is AMAZING!! Has helped us so much we move in soon and love these apartments however the ONLY reason I am leaving 3 stars is because the other sales consultant is extremely rude and not helpful she told us we can t measure the apartment we are already approved for even though we have been allowed to see it again before. So if you make an appointment or have to deal with anything make sure it s with Erica not the other lady! Because Erica will get things done the other girl will only give you a smart attitude and act like she doesn t want to do her job:) personally I would hire someone else more like Erica!

I enjoy living in the Mason Mill community. It is a very new facility with roomy apartments, exercise room, and entertainment room. Because there is no carpeting in the living room/dining area, there are some noisy times with heavy footed neighbors walking overhead. (I know this is to be expected). The staff in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff are visible and work quickly to complete any concerns. It would be beneficial to have a list of all the necessary app needed for the community. I believe there is a need for improvement with the Stratis layout and permissions. I find it annoying to constantly add my daughter as a visitor as the app only allow a 7 day window.

I dont usually write reviews, but when I went in to inquire about perhaps leasing, I was met with a rude attitude and made to feel as though I didnt belong. You can tell when someone doesnt want to answer your inquiries and is just trying to get rid of you. And regrettably, I was really let down because its near my place of employment, but I would rather continuing driving the thirty-five minutes I do now to deal with such a crucial first encounter. I also felt a little bit prejudiced, so I would rather spend my money someplace else.

My husband and I moved in and all I can say is great things! This apartment complex offers Luxor lockers so you don t have to worry about your packages being stolen. They host community events often and do prize giveaways for the residents which is amazing! The gym is easily accessible and they have a pool table with arcade games. My husband lost his keys by the dumpster and Andrew the maintenance guy picked it up and turned it in for us. The staff is friendly and so welcoming to every resident. The area is quiet and the location is perfect. There s gas stations, grocery stores, hospital, dine-in restaurants, movies all within close proximity. Not to the mention the new HEB is right around the corner! Out of my 3 years of renting, this is by far the best apartment complex I ve lived in.

The apartments are very nice, with marble white finishes. The leasing office hosts fun events for its residents as well. Though there are issues with my unit due to it being a new build, the maintenance worker Andrew has always been there to help fix things in a timely manner. I appreciate him giving me updates and doing his best to fix any issues to the best of his ability. Thank you Andrew!

I ve been living here since August 25th and here are some things to be aware of. There is no sense of urgency at this apartment complex. This past week we ve had an issue with mice in our home. We contacted maintenance right away. Andrew, the maintenance lead, let me know the front office would call pest control but never got an answer till the next day late afternoon (1pm). They advertise 24/7 maintenance but that is not accurate whatsoever. Pest control does not show up that day, so maintenance came in at 5:30pm. Andrew sets up traps and within an hour a mice gets trapped. I contacted maintenance to come and dispose of it but got no answer. It is now day 3 of having mice in my apartment and pest control finally comes to resolve the issue but STILL left the dead mice in my apartment. Next issue is our facet making a loud vibrating noise every time it s turned on. Our living room has a rise from the floor, and our foundation is messed up. In short words, Maintenance response: it s constructions fault is the answer we got. No solution to the situation. I am rating this complex a 1 star for the lack of urgency, poor communication and notable building construction flaws. I m getting the impression that the staff in the office is unorganized and do not know what s going on.

I dont usually write reviews, but the staff here made my move an amazing experience. From the day I walked in for a tour to the day I moved in. The staff here are amazing!!! Everyone is so nice and they respond in a timely manner. I just moved in and my apartment had some imperfections from construction, but were all fixed the day of. The maintenance supervisor updated me on everything, and when he was done with the repairs. I also had no hot water, but the maintenance supervisor did everything he could to get the water heater company to come out the day of, but they couldnt come till the next day. In return I was allowed to use the vacant apartment next door to take a shower. If this doesnt make you wanna live here than I dont know what would. The customer service here is amazing! The apartments are very beautiful and spacious and dont forget the amazing amenities. Im very happy Ive chosen Mason + Mill as my new home.

The common area amenities look nice, but the buildings are cheaply made; You can hear everything your neighbors are doing upstairs, downstairs, and in the halls with no problem. Its disruptive, so good luck getting decent sleep. Ive overheard other tenants complaining about the same issues, so its a widespread concern. For the price, I wouldnt stay here again. The maintenance guy is solid, though. Always quick to answer and provide information on when something can be resolved.

Let me start by saying Mrs.D. Sanchez and Mrs.E. Faulkner are the true definition of 5 star service! If you come to this beautiful establish please request these AWESOME woman! Andrew is one AMAZING maintenance guys their facility has! This guy on October 11,2023 stopped what he was doing and assisted me to get my packages out of the holding room when we receive oversized items and opened the door for me at 6:30pm. Yes Im dropping time slots because this was the true example of 5 star service in every aspect of this building. These apartments are nothing less than AMAZING! They have pet friendly designated areas, the tenants are super friendly, the layout is really nice. If you come here you will feel like your staying at a resort. The owners were really thoughtful to the needs of their tenants. This is a hidden gem. Well done to the owners JLB you ROCK!!!! Thanks for simply sharing your vision with us. One week down many more to go :)

I moved in on August 5th but was not able to actually stay in my unit until a few days later because of mice. I didn t make a big deal out of this even though I had to pay for a hotel (was very late to bother any friends to stay over)the first night I saw the mice. Fast forward, two weeks later and I see more mice. I understand this is a new property and being that my building was pretty vacant at the time, perhaps the cooler temp inside my apt attracted them to my unit. I appreciate the sticky traps placed by maintenance but I also asked for them to check my unit for holes/possible entry ways which has no been done. My 1-star rating derives from the lack of communication from the office personnel especially the manager whom I addressed my email to and have yet to receive a phone call or any response. I never asked or any time of concessions or free stuff for my troubles but a simple apology would ve been sufficient. I regret moving here from Aura Watson Branch.

I have been working with Dinora before the complex was able to show units. She has been spectacular from day one. As the only person working in the office for such a long time she still made sure that all my questions were answered, she toured with me to make sure I picked the perfect unit, and she was just overall helpful and polite. The level of customer service I received from her was so wonderful that I talked my cousin into getting a place here. Thank you Dinora for such a wonderful experience.

Stopped by for a tour and the front desk staff was not friendly at all! Plus they lack diversity in gender, race/ethnicity, and obviously professionalism. All white staff in 2023 in such a diverse area is intentional and not an indication of a willingness to be inclusive. I spoke briefly to Erika F. and instead of asking how she can assist her first comment to me was Are you familiar with the area? which translates to me as You do not belong here . Their sign says they are open on Sunday which they are not. They don t seem eager to recruit new residents and come across as lazy. It s obvious they are relying on their location to fill their units versus genuine efforts to building a thriving, friendly community. This is not a place that I would recommend or take pride in being a part of the Mansfield community, which I BELONG to. First impressions matter and should not be taken lightly.
