My husband and I recently had our dream wedding at The Grand Lady, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we first stepped foot on the property we knew we had to get married there! The house on the property is STUNNING and the reception hall was perfect! The whole property is elegant, spacious, and beautiful, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wedding. Everyone was obsessed with its beauty!! Beyond the stunning location, the staff at The Grand Lady stood out as incredibly kind and personable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making us and our guests feel truly welcome. I genuinely cant think of a single complaint about our experience. I got married at The Grand Lady in May and could not have been happier with my experience! Picking a venue for you + your husbands big day is such a huge decision and we were not disappointed. We booked with them before we had even seen the venue (we arent local to ATX) but they did everything they could to help provide us with the information we needed to make a decision! The staff was fabulous to work with & made our day seamless! The venue is a stunning combination of vintage and modern and is such a gem in the Austin area!

My husband and I were married at Grand Lady on a Sunday in May, 2024. We had the most amazing experience! The space is so beautiful and set the most lovely atmosphere for our day. They have great rain options (an outdoor area with an awning and an indoor hall). It rained during our ceremony (which had been fully set up to be outside), and we quick pivoted to do it under the awning. All the guests stood (we brought a few chairs for the older folks), which surprisingly made for a really special and intimate ceremony. The on site representative for the venue was so sweet and went and got towels to pass around to guests! The team was great in the lead up. Typically very responsive. Their inventory of included and rental items is excellent.

As soon as I toured The Grand Lady I knew I had to have my wedding there. The whole team was responsive, sweet and great to work with from the beginning. The venue is clearly beautiful and does not need a lot of decor. I had sooo many guests telling me how beautiful the venue is - we all loved it. Having our wedding in late June, we knew it was going to be a hot one, so having the reception hall was very important to us. Unfortunately, one of the A/C units went out for the whole reception, but with it being completely unforeseen conditions, we were able to bring fans inside and the owner herself went and bought cooling units to help. The heat was rough but people still had a blast. The owner was soooo understanding and graciously worked with us after the wedding on the A/C unit breaking. I HIGHLY recommend The Grand Lady and really loved working with their team. The venue is just gorgeous and the team truly wants the best for their clients!!

Located just outside Austin, The Grand Lady benefits from proximity to the city while offering a serene and picturesque setting away from the urban hustle. While being about 30 minutes from downtown the accessibility by our private bus or car were convenient for our guests traveling from Austin or nearby areas. The combination of a southern mansion and a modern reception building offered us a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary amenities These 2 areas were separated by a meandering garden was just beautiful. The availability of both indoor and outdoor spaces gave us flexibility regardless of the weather, which is crucial for Texas s unpredictable climate. Ample room for our 80 guests gave us spacious yet intimate feeling setting, accommodating both the wedding ceremony and reception seamlessly. The staff worked with us and our wedding planner to anticipate our needs and collaborated smoothly with our vendors such as caterers and musicians etc. They were very professional and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable day. Many of our guests told us that it was one of their favorite weddings to attend and I m sure it was partly due to the Grand Lady s professionalism, ambiance and overall enjoyment of the day. The Grand Lady provided a wonderful and memorable wedding day for our daughter and her husband, which was ultimately the most important thing for us all. The Grand Lady delivered on all fronts, making it a highly recommended choice for couples seeking an amazing wedding venue near Austin, Texas. In conclusion, The Grand Lady was a superb choice for couples looking for a wedding venue that blends historic Texas charm with modern amenities, offers flexible spaces, excellent service, and contributed to a memorable and enjoyable wedding day experience for us all. We loved working with the Grand Lady for our wedding in May! They created a very personalized experience which was unique compared to some of the other venues we toured. The entire staff/ management team is professional and responsive. They are invested in transforming the venue to your vision, and work seamlessly with other vendors to make sure your day runs smoothly. Went for a private event and my-oh-my what a place! Absolutely beautiful vintage estate with a sleek event venue next door. It s the kind of place you bring a friend and they wouldn t believe it exists. But guess what? It does!! And you can host your wedding here and flex on your weird cousin who thinks you don t have swag!! Blessing!! I also heard if you ask nice you can peep the floral garden on-site. A bed of live dahlias, in this economy?!?? MUST SEE TV!

The venue really speaks for itself it is absolutely beautiful! Once we toured The Grand Lady, we knew we wanted to get married there! They definitely book up quickly, so dont go in tied to a specific date (unless it is years in advance). We didnt get our first choice for a date, but as long as you are flexible, it is worth it! Their preferred vendor lists are super helpful & Christy is absolutely amazing to work with. She was always so quick at responding to emails, and made sure the entire day was perfect!

This venue is a dream! Honestly, I would say it s a hidden gem nestling on the outskirts of Austin. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were welcomed with such a warm love from the owners to the general manager to the staff, and even their own dog! They were an answer to prayer because once we stepped foot on the property, we knew this is where we had to get married and we felt that peace. The venue is such a beautiful place because it has a mix of a historic mansion, a modern reception hall and a beautiful garden for so much opportunities to do things in your wedding. BEST. VENUE. EVER. Wow I just got choked up thinking back to my special day. This venue is the PERFECT mix of vintage, timeless, stunning antique with a splash of modern, clean perfection. And the fact that we ( me and my HUBBY) were given the opportunity to stay in the home the night of the wedding, just us two, was absolute magic. The experience from start the finish was so wonderful and I cant thank the staff at The Grand Lady enough. When I walked onto the property, I just knew and the beautiful, personable tour sealed the deal. I cant thank them enough for communicating with, not just me, but my amazing planner as well and for providing such a magical location for me and my husband to celebrate with all of our favorite people. We got married at The Grand Lady in September. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would book again there in a heartbeat! Every single thing about the Grand Lady is perfect. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and a hidden gem in that part of town. So many people have complimented us on our venue choice. The mansion was great for getting ready in and provided some really cool pictures (drink a bottle of champagne in the tub, trust me) The reception hall was classy, clean, good acoustics, and set a great vibe. Christy was a dream to work with and was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we are so so happy that we got married at The Grand Lady and wouldn t change a thing. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for this venue. I got married there a couple weeks ago. Throughout my 15 month planning process, the Grand Lady team was the definition of Southern Hospitality. They felt like family by the end of it. Christy went above and beyond with her kindness and communication leading up to the wedding to make sure we had everything taken care of. Karly was there the night of the wedding and worked SO hard to make sure everything turned out beautifully and it paid off. I also went through them for my florals and they were absolutely gorgeous. Shannon and Sean treated me with flowers grown from the garden anytime I came to visit the venue - it felt so special! The grounds are beautiful and I couldn t have asked for a better place to spend the most magical day of my life. We got SO many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous the venue was. This venue is so so gorgeous! We took our engagement photos here and the whole property is stunning! And on top of that the crew and staff are so kind! We worked with Christy to book a 2 hour session, which we paid for up front. However, when we got there she told us to take our time and not worry about rushing to wrap up in 2 hours. They let you have the property to yourselves and provide you with codes to lock up the place at the end. We were so grateful for the wiggle room and the option to take a few more photos. Truly wonderful service!!! If we had not already booked our wedding venue when we found them, we definitely would have chosen them for our wedding as well! I highly recommend this place and the its crew for your wedding needs or your photoshoot needs!!!!

As a wedding photographer for over 9 years, I cant recommend the Grand Lady enough! I got married here July 2022 and it was the perfect venue for our summer, colorful wedding. I LOVE the mix of the beautiful home, with an outdoor ceremony and the more modern reception space. The Grand Lady is a photographers dream. (Some venues are hard to photograph, but TGL gives you so many photo ops all over the home and property.) It was truly a dream and the staff is amazing.

A venue can be SO gorgeous, but who you work with during your wedding is just as important. The owner and manager of this venue are some of the best people youll meet, and are doing business RIGHT! The Grand Lady is such a gem in the Austin area, its hard to find a venue thats better! The main house is so thoughtfully put together and truly feels like home. The grounds are maintained year round and the modern hall was a life saver during my clients wedding due to a full day of rain. The Grand Lady was just simply perfect. We drove down from Dallas because we weren t loving anything around our area. The Grand Lady was our last visit of the day and as soon as we turned into the drive it was perfect. Easy to get to from downtown and the airport. We loved that we could do everything in one place and that it was easy for our vendors to get to. We worked with Christy leading up to it and then worked with Kacie on the day of. They were both the sweetest and I enjoyed working with them both. The minimalism and just simple beauty of the property is what drew me in. I wanted somewhere we didn t have to do too much to. The day went perfect and nothing went wrong. I will recommend The Grand Lady forever and always and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My husband and our families had an exceptional time working with The Grand Lady for our wedding this spring. From the moment my in-laws and I stepped foot on the property we were swept away in the magic of the location. Christy, the venue manager, made us feel so welcome and showed such genuine interest in us and our story. After touring many properties this felt unique- her authenticity is so moving. We knew right away that this was the place for us to start our journey into marriage. Working with Christy every step of the way was a breeze- she worked closely with us and went above and beyond our expectations, helping us to negotiate some fine details regarding timing and specific ceremony details (we had a traditional Indian wedding). On the day, we felt supported, excited, and right at home in the space. Our vendor team thoroughly enjoyed the space and the event went off without a hitch. The location is pure magic. Driving through the rural surroundings you cant quite fathom what the property will feel like, and when you arrive it is like time traveling to a remote woodland fantasy. The home and grounds are simply stunning. The new modern reception space is bright and open and the lighting is perfection. We had the best day of our lives, and cant find enough praise for the team and the beautiful space the Grand Lady provides. Thank you!

Simply put, The Grand Lady is the best wedding venue in Austin, hands down. We booked them about a month after getting engaged and immediately fell in love with the venue upon touring it. We accidentally discovered this magnificent, almost magical venue one night on our way home. The illuminance drew us in during one of the ongoing receptions. We kept our distance as not to interrupt the festivities but just couldnt help ourselves from taking a peek. This place is a dream come true! Thats exactly how we felt when we drove up to the Grand Lady - which is funny because it was raining and at that point in time the Victorian house was still going through cosmetic changes (the house was green/blue!) and the reception hall didnt yet exist. But after meeting Katie, we knew that her and Sean were going to create magic. And did they create magic. It was our perfect venue and we feel so lucky we got to bring our community there to celebrate our love. We were able to customize bits and pieces and the whole day truly felt like us. Thank you to Christy for working with us and being so accommodating and so awesome! The whole property is beautiful - from the classic Victorian bones to the modern design touches, to the new reception hall, all surrounded by nature. We were originally planning to have our wedding in MI but once we discovered The Grand Lady we moved the whole thing down here to Texas. The mansion is set on 20 acres of beautiful Texas country where you are surrounded by classic charm, tall oak trees, & an abundant of wildflowers. Katie, Sean, & the whole Grand Lady team went above a beyond to make our wedding dreams a reality - you will not find a more sincere staff to work with leading up to your big day. The Grand Lady felt like home to us & we couldnt imagine having our wedding anywhere else. It offered us the perfect Texas-country experience we were looking for while still being close to the downtown Austin entertainment. We fell in love with the Grand Lady the moment we toured for the first time. Since the brand new Event Hall is so versatile, we had an indoor ceremony which was flipped to reception space with the help of our amazing wedding planner and caterer! My husband and I were able to host 150 of our friends and family seamlessly. With the Grand Lady s 24 hour rental period, we were able to actually enjoy our time at the Victorian mansion, never feeling rushed since we were already on site. The Victorian home is a charming balance between vintage and modern accents with all of the amenities of a typical home, truly a spacious place to get ready with the upstairs bridal suite. Our guests loved the outdoor courtyard space, which was perfect for lawn games, seating, and an outdoor bar. We worked closely with Christy (manager) as well as Katie and Sean (owners), who were so kind, attentive, and responsive to our needs. We are SO grateful for the entire team at The Grand Lady, and our wedding would not have been the same without them!

Katie and Sean are an absolute delight to work with. My husband and I were the first large wedding to be held at the Grand Lady, and Katie and Sean worked tirelessly to make sure the venue was in top form for our day. We chose the Grand Lady because of its unique history, beautiful scenery, and ability to customize what our day could look like. Everyone had a phenomenal time, and the day was even better than what we could have imagined. Katie and Seans work ethic, kindness, and generosity set them apart from other venues, and we cannot recommend the Grand Lady more highly.

I needed a last-minute location for indoor bridal photos and I was able to contact Katie who responded immediately and we were able to book a slot for that same day. It was PERFECT! Gorgeous and spacious indoor area with beautiful natural light, wonderfully furnished, and a great wrap around porch and lawn for outdoor photos. Will definitely use this location again.

I booked the Grand Lady recently for my bridal portraits, and I couldnt be happier with the final product!! Katie was super helpful in the booking process and made sure we had plenty of time in the space when the lighting was just right! The stained glass windows throughout the house are AMAZING, and the grounds were very pretty and secluded as well. I highly recommend this venue for any event or photo session!!

We loved our stay at The Grand Lady of Austin! We stayed here and also hosted an event and it was perfect! As my husband says, it s an awesome house. The home is beautiful. At the time of our stay and event in February the renovations and grounds were not completed but we knew that when they were the home was going to be even more beautiful. Sean and Katie were great hosts and were super responsive. When we arrived we were welcomed by a few extra touches of thoughtfulness, which was appreciated.

We originally booked The Grand Lady for a couple nights but it was such a peaceful space that we ended up extending our stay. The property is secluded with plenty of privacy and is beautifully decorated which allowed us to enjoy the history of the home with modern comforts. Katie is very responsive and was so flexible with our plan adjustments. Highly recommended for a place to unplug and relax!

I was able to work with Katie for a project back in February. Leading up to the event she was always quick to respond and make sure I had whatever we needed to successfully plan the event. The day of the event she was available for any questions and made sure we had everything we needed! All of the designs and renovations of the home are done so with thoughtfulness and care. We are excited to work with The Grand Lady again in the future and cant wait to be back!

The Grand Lady is one of the most incredible venues in Austin! It has so much charm and is nestled into a gorgeous, secluded piece of property surrounded by beautiful lush trees. Being a photographer, I was in photo heaven! There are so many amazing places to take photos inside and outside, which is such an important thing to consider when choosing a venue. There is so much intention behind its design and all of its little details. After learning about the history of the mansion, it made me fall in love with it even more! We worked with Katie and she is seriously a dream to work with. We could tell how passionate she is about The Grand Lady and how much she truly cares about the couples and vendors that she works with. If youre looking for a venue in the Austin area, I cant recommend it enough!

The Grandlady is definitely going to the be the place to party soon! Tucked right outside of East Austin, it sits on 20 acres surrounded by oak trees and it is just breathtaking. I was here for a photoshoot and there were so many hidden nuggets to shoot. Ill definitely be sharing this place to all my brides, bachelorettes, special events, & photographers. You can just tell there are so many stories to be told from this place. Absolutely breathtaking.

I honestly can t say enough good things about this space... it was absolutely STUNNING! This home has been expertly restored to provide a unique and beautiful experience for any event.
