Im overjoyed to have chosen Ashelynn Manor for my wedding on August 31, 2024. From the moment I met Pam at the Bridal Extravaganza, I knew Id found the perfect venue. The stunning pictures and warm welcome sealed the deal. We pulled off our dream wedding in less than a year! If youre on a tight timeline and planning a wedding in six months or less, Ashelynn Manor is definitely worth considering. We started looking at the venue in March and had the wedding in August. Pam and Gazis down-to-earth, personable approach made me feel at ease. Their exceptional customer service and all-inclusive package sold me. With top-rated vendors and seamless planning, I could focus on enjoying my special day. Ashelynn Manors beauty and amenities exceeded expectations. The venues decorations were perfect, and I loved the photo booth, 360, and fireworks our guests raved about them! Pams outgoing personality, family-oriented approach, and availability for questions made planning stress-free. I highly recommend Ashelynn Manor for an unforgettable wedding experience. Pam and Gazi worked with our family to create a magical day and evening for our daughter and her fiancé. Pam was everywhere and took care of so many small details that helped make everything flow beautifully. After someone made the mistake of inviting Hurricane Beryl to July weddings, Pam and Gazi worked tirelessly to make sure the grounds and property were ready for our familys wedding. We are so happy we chose Ashelynn Manor for our wedding! The price, venue, and staff were excellent! We live out of state, but Pam and Gazi and their entire crew were so accommodating as we planned our long-distance wedding. They answered countless questions from us we needed a lot of guidance, and they were there every step of the way. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue. It was all very classy. We can t thank Ashelynn Manor enough for everything they did to make the day perfect for us. They made us feel like everyone should feel on their wedding day like the most important people in the world. We are forever grateful!

I own a small micro school and we held our graduation here! It was breathtaking and every detail was perfect. The staff was so helpful. They thought of all of the things to help take the stress from me and our day turned out amazing!! We will be back next year.

Ashelynn Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Even though the venue can hold way more than our 70 guests, they did a gr4eat job helping setup the Carriage House to hold the cocktail hour and reception which made the room feel fuller and more intimate. The property is absolutely gorgeous and allows for so many wonderful photo opportunities. It rained right after our ceremony, so we werent able to take many photos outdoor immediately, but the indoor photo opportunities in the chapel and mansion was nothing short of spectacular. However, when the reception died down a little later in the evening as did the rain, we were able to take advantage of the beauty of the property outdoors in the glowing lights. Gazi was exceptional in helping us plan and accommodating our needs and really helped pull it all together for an amazing memory I will never forget.

I am shocked that you reopened after you told me and my wife a month away from our wedding that you were closing your doors. Yes you gave us all our money back but still how can you say one thing and then turn around and just reopen the venue like nothing ever happened. The best part was you never announced it to your customers, we found out through our photographer and Facebook. Now if that doesnt make you go hmmm something doesnt feel right then I dont know what to tell you. The pros of this place are; Pretty venue and nice trees. The cons are the people that I would not trust with my money and the places to get ready are below class of a wedding venue. The ladies have a nice big house to get ready in but its soo outdated that it feel like you are getting ready in Grandmas house, now if that is your thing then good for you. For us guys it was a shack that looked close to being full of bugs or rats. The kind of place you go yuck and dont want to be in. Do not fall for the deal of everything being an all in one price, we wanted to bring in our own cake by a professional baker that was making our cakes and the people here were not on board for letting our baker store the cake overnight there and did really nothing to make it feel like our big day was special. For the price you are getting an okay wedding venue but look around more and you will find some amazing wedding venues that are to die for and not much more than this place that is by run by a lady that wants to show off her nick nacks instead of it being in her own house. All in all I am beyond glad we did not have our wedding here, we went to a place that was perfect and up to date and gave us more than these people ever did. We got to chose our own catering, the coordinator was super helpful, they were willing to help us and work with the date we planned on when Ashelynn Manor supposedly was closing, they constantly kept up with us and were willing to accommodate anything we needed nut I think the best part was they were the exact same price and ten times better. All in all if this is where you have your hearts desire to get married go for it but I can name several other amazing places that are far nicer and better at being a wedding venue not a place to store all your nick nacks and call it a wedding venue!!

1st: a special shout out to Daniel! He went above and beyond on my VERY rainy day wedding to ensure it was perfection. 2nd: Tessi, if you know her you know. She was my own fairy godmother! She turned my simply anxious wedding idea into a night beyond my husband and I s wildest dreams! She worked with my whole family to ensure everyone was perfect and comfortable and breath taking. 3rd: The waitstaff was incredible the entire night. I can t thank Kirian enough for serving us all night and making sure neither of use were without a drink. 4: THE GROUNDS!!!! See photos.

My husband and I were biased, we knew we wanted to use Ashelynn Manor from the moment we got engaged because of the sentimental value it had. But let me say Tessi and her team blew us away! They are great with communicating leading up to the big day, anytime I had a question I d just shoot an email and I d have my answer. On the day of, we showed up at 8 am to start hair and makeup we were greeted so warmly. My husband was able to completely decorate the bridal suite. We were able to use the kitchen and my mother in law made us all breakfast sandwiches. The girls were given a radio to communicate with the staff incase we needed anything. Which was a huge time saver! The staff is so personable. At one point we were all just hanging out and everything was ready to go and a couple of my girls, my self and Tessi just took a breather together and chatted for a few minutes. When I say they have their stuff together I MEAN IT, my husband and I were doing after ceremony pictures and we mentioned TO EACH OTHER that it was hot and they brought us both a Dr Pepper (this is the drink we told them we would like on our sweetheart table for dinner, at the final meeting)! She came out of nowhere with them! If anything at all went wrong, I had no idea and I still don t! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I don t think I could ve done it without the Ashelynn team! We used exquisite reflections, their preferred hair and makeup team. We haven t gotten our professional pictures yet so these are the best pictures I have.

My daughter s wedding was at this gorgeous wedding venue last week and I couldn t have been happier. They took care of everything for us and helped set this nervous mother s mind at rest. We had so many near disasters due to Covid and my Son-in-law almost not getting leave from the Army and Tessie was so gracious and helpful in making this wedding go off without a hitch. I highly recommend this beautiful wedding venue to everyone.

I dont even know where to begin with this review. Nearly everything about my experience with Ashelynn Manor was flawlessly perfect! My fiancé (now husband) and I fell in love with the venue from the moment we drove up. The chapel is so charming and the barn is beautifully decorated. The staff quickly and easily handled our COVID rescheduling and were eager to work with us to find a new date. While the date change fee was not ideal, we understood. Most importantly, our wedding day went off without a hitch! I was less than thrilled when I learned that another wedding was going to be rehearsing while my bridesmaids and I were getting hair and makeup done, but the staff was nice and accommodating to everyone involved. All of this was overshadowed by what an amazing day-of coordinator Tessie is! She made sure everything was perfect - from handling all of the reception decorations we brought, to helping us accommodate dinner for our vegan guests. I was amazed that everything she set up was exactly the way I envisioned it. She went above and beyond and added extra flowers we had left over to various tables all over the reception! She was also super accommodating when I wanted to switch up the wedding day schedule from their typical timeline. I cant thank Ashelynn Manor enough for making my wedding day perfect!

Best attention to service. Not just they paying client but also to the vendors. As a vendor Ive never been treated so nice. Would recommend them time and time again JUST based off how they treated us vendors. As for their client they were going above and beyond for them and to include us, who never get included, says so much of the culture/motto they execute with.

I was a guest...and thought everything was awesome and well organised. The chapel floor and seats were a little loud so plan for it... Also the bride slightly slipped on the top step so might want to have a nice carpet or shoe grips for all the dress shoes, beautiful floors and seating though.

Everyone has been affected by COVID-19 in someway or another. It is a time of stress and uncertainty. While many businesses are going above and beyond for their customers, Ashelynn Manor failed to do so. We decided to cancel our wedding because of fear for our guests. We expected for the company to be more considerate on the situation that NO ONE saw coming. What did they do, they kept all of our money and simply said if we don t make a payment we lose our date. We understand it is a business, but where is the sympathy and compassion in this company? At the end of the day, we are happy with our decision of celebrating our love away from a place that does not have love for what they do.

To begin this review I ll just start off by saying that this venue is one to book! It can have a heavy cost that can fluctuate depending on what you want and what your guest count is, but that s guaranteed with any all-inclusive venue. I will say that it was all worth it! From the beginning we were greeted with such a wonderful woman, Nikki. She was so sweet, understanding and organized throughout the entire planning process! My family was amazed by her efforts to make sure the bride and groom have everything they need. Once the wedding day comes, there s no need to worry because they also have coordinators to help throughout the entire wedding day! The day was kind of a blur for me because everything was moving so quickly, so I don t remember seeing 2 coordinators like was planned but I do remember Jackie and she was very organized and on top of everything. She made sure we had everything we needed and kept everyone on a schedule to make everything work out perfectly. I also want to note that the wait staff and DJ were perfect! Everyone was professional and helped add to our special day. The wait staff served some good food and all dressed and acted professionally. The DJ we had, Dale, really set the scene of the wedding and created such a good time for everyone! He was on schedule with the dances and cake cutting as well as keeping an up beat personality all throughout our wedding. In the end we both can say that this was the best wedding we could have ever asked for! Everything was beautifully done and stress free for many of us. Thank you Ashelynn Manor!

DJ Johnny rocks! Lisa Barcelona made the best cake ever. Minister Law kept everyone laughing during the ceremony. Jackie (Coordinator) was a dream and I will forever be grateful for her organization, calming smile and on point scheduling! Nikki (Office and prompt Questions Answerer X10000) made us realize we chose the best Wedding Venue in Texas! Both of my daughters married here one in 2011 and one in 2019. Both had the same coordinator and both had an absolutely beautiful stress free day! I wish I had more daughters as this is the perfect place for a lovely wedding day. The staff was kind and helpful throughout every step. I had my dream wedding here. Couldn t have asked for better service/staff. My wedding was during the Memorial Day flood in 2016. We were so worried it would impact our special day, but it went off without a hitch! If there were any problems, I never knew of them. I was so well taken care of. Jackie and Tessie were my coordinators and helped ensure my ceremony and reception ran beautifully. The grounds are well kept and landscaped. We have tons of gorgeous pictures. You can tell that this venue has plenty of experience and know how to run a wedding efficiently from start to finish. That was such a relief on our part, as it is a very busy day. I couldn t be happier with my choice of venue. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The Grounds are exceptionally beautiful and the vendors that come with the all inclusive package were all great to work with. I am giving Ashlynn Manor 3 stars due to the day of coordinator. She seemed very unhappy to be there and like she didnt like her job. I know people have weddings there all the time and it can come repetitive but for the bride, groom and family its a special day for us. This is also not a good place to have a wedding if you really want to have all the girls get ready together on site. There really isnt a good place to have hair and make-up done that you can be comfortable in with all the rules you have to follow. When it gets close to the ceremony time they search the house to make sure you havent taken anything or messed anything up and you have to have everything out. It doesnt seem like a big deal but it can be a lot on your big day. I wished the staff would have been more welcoming and helped a bit more the day of.

The team at Ashly Manor on our wedding day were truly above the standard their were one of a kind , accommodating, friendly and professional We were so thankful for your time and attention to every little detail. You and your AMAZING TEAM went above and beyond to make our day so special . Loved the beautiful facility, the chapel and the well kept garden. t was perfect!. It was everything we had dreamed of and a little more. Since day one Nicky was well informed, patient and always available with my many questions during our planning. I was a bridesmaid at this venue this past weekend and unfortunately had a horrible experience. The venue allows tours to potential brides (and their family/friends) while you are getting ready. This was very intrusive and inappropriate to have while changing, getting makeup done, etc. The venue locked up the house we got ready in an hour before the ceremony. We had to remove everything right when everything is moving really fast. The staff was unprofessional and impolite during the reception on numerous occasions. The venue is pretty but the staff and how it is ran is a joke. I would not choose this venue if you paid me!

Beautiful venue, especially the reception hall. DJ and bar were fantastic. The food was not as good as expected for a venue that looked so nice. We were not impressed with how much time was spent waiting. The groomsmen were asked to be there by 12:30 (for a 4pm wedding) and didnt even take a photo until 3pm. Staff finally brought us water around 3. Then following wedding the wedding party was told to wait in the chapel until the bride and groom photos were done. The wedding planner made sure we didnt waste her time though. The houses had to be emptied of all of our clothes and supplies by time the ceremony started. We were rushed to every location only to get there and wait even more.

This was a very beautiful wedding venue. The ceremony area was beautiful and the reception area was amazing as well. The food was really good. We had fried chicken, corn, biscuits and gravy. It was delicious. They had good tea and lemonade. They chose a short time frame and got everything done within the timeframe.

Ashelynn Manor was great! This wedding venue offers so much and did not disappoint us. We were pleased with every last detail. I m the mother of the bride and was not in on all of the little details because my daughter did all of the planning. But the day of went without a hitch. The staff was so helpful beyond words. They were there for us in every way we could ever think of. The manor, chapel, barn for reception, and grooms cottage were all beautiful and everything was handy. We were all comfortable the whole day and it was a long but enjoyable day. The wedding planner that was a part of the package was very helpful and covered every detail at the rehearsal so the day of the wedding went smooth. And we were all excited and she helped us to remain calm. I cannot say enough great things about Ashelynn Manor. It was a lovely and happy experience made better by the venue and staff.

Horrible place. Do not risk your wedding day here. I am the grooms mother. After paying approx 40k the venue lost power the day of the wedding. They did NOT have a generator. So after 4 hours of the afternoon being lost, everyone had less than 2 hours to get dressed. They rushed and pushed the bride to tears and upset the groom terribly. Then still demanded all items be out of the dressing rooms prior to the ceremony. They were very good with me and my disabilities. But they were not nice at all with the bride or groom.

I had my wedding at this amazing venue last weekend. My wedding was on April 8, 2017 and it was wonderful. Everything was perfect. This venue is gorgeous and the staff is out of this world. Everything turned out perfect, and I did not worry the day of because the wonderful team at Ashelynn Manor did everything under the sun for me. Jackie was my coordinator the day of, and she had everything run as smooth as possible. Their professionalism is outstanding and I was more then pleased with how my wedding came out. I have many many members of my family and friends that keep gushing over the venue and the people that work there. The family has agreed I have had the best wedding out of everyone, and what is funny is I spent less then all of them. Money is not the definition of a wonderful wedding, the venue and the people that work it are. I just want to say how thankful I am to this staff for making my husband and Is perfect day everything it should be. I will be recommending this venue to anyone who is wanting to get married forever.

Lovely venue with phenomenal staff, one of the best Ive seen! As a professional wedding photographer, Ive seen many weddings as a worker, though less often have the chance to attend as a guest. This venue is beautiful, spacious, laid out in an adaptable manner, and is hard to beat for the combination of indoor and outdoor space. Keep in mind that it can be hard to find (by no fault of Googles), and is especially confusing to access using Apple Maps (which route guests a full 20-30 miles further East).

I got engaged in January, and booked for a wedding in May at Ashelynn Manor... I ALMOST wish I had prolonged the long/stressful process of planning a wedding just so I could hang out with these ladies more. Katie was professional and a joy to be around. Tessie understood how weddings can be --- on a budget or extravagant. I appreciated that fact while planning. My father also found the process extremely easy as the billing/coordination was concerned. On the day of my wedding, my hairdresser of 16 years decided to triple book me. Katie, after hearing the news, called me immediately, and had their own hairdresser on the way to do my hair. The weather was also not in our favor, pouring rain and they made accommodations for us and our ceremony... both Katie AND Tessie -- I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make my day special. During the whole wedding, they had every thing done behind the scenes, they had anything we needed to take home, ready and set in plastic tubs so we could easily identify the items, they had everything organized when I needed it without me even knowing i needed it. Its these little details, that you dont realize, until you are either going through it or just went through it. It was easy!!! Thank you so much to the women that give up their evenings and weekends to make our days special - It was a joy to do business with you!!

My daughter and I absolutely loved Ashelynn Manor as the wedding venue for her July wedding. The chapel is charming, and being able to have her own pastor marry her in the church while enjoying the beauty and convenience of the manor house to get ready, the outdoor setting for photography and the reception hall at the same location was priceless. The staff was pleasant, professional, efficient, thorough and helpful. Throughout the entire planning process, and especially at the rehearsal and on the wedding day, it was extremely assuring to know we were in capable hands. We were both able to relax and enjoy the event! The fact that their packages include catering, the cake, the DJ, tables, linens and coordination services increases Ashelynn Manors value as a top wedding venue! I have two more daughters who will marry in the future, and at least one of them has already determined she will get married at Ashelynn Manor. Im all for it!

I am so incredibly happy that I used Ashelynn Manor for my wedding venue! Everything on my wedding day was absolutely perfect and the staff at Ashelynn Manor were amazing to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly and they were there for me every step of the way. They also have a great selection of preferred vendors which is how I found all of my vendors. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and I received so many compliments on finding such a beautiful place to get married. I wanted a country but also elegant wedding and that is definitely what I got at Ashelynn Manor. Im so glad I got married here! Everything was perfect and my coordinator, Jackie, was so attentive! I unfortunately had about 7 weeks to plan my wedding because my husband was going to be deployed (Surprise!!) for 12+ months and we wanted to get married before his deployment. I was so upset because the Army wouldnt allow him any leave, so we had to get married on his R&R before his deployment. Of course, Im thinking that this is going to be a train wreck...but it was the exact opposite! It was everything I could have hoped for and then some! This venue has everything down to a science! I used all of their preferred vendors from the cake, to the photographers/videographers, to the invitations.... all perfect! I went with their guidance and didnt deviate from what they said would work... and it was PERFECT!!Everyone was so sweet and went over and beyond to put (and keep) me at ease. Nothing looked thrown together, everything was so eloquently placed and everything went so smoothly. I wouldnt have changed a thing, these people know exactly what there doing!
