Tint Tech was very helpful with all my questions and did the tinting exactly how I wanted! On the more expensive side, but I think it s well worth since tinting is generally a one time experience for me and it has lifetime warranty to touch it up. Would definitely recommend if you want quality work, very nice staff.

BUYER BEWARE. I will share my experience and you decide. 30 days ago, I paid eleven hundred dollars for a ceramic tint job that was supposed to block the most heat to keep the interior of my brand-new Honda Accord cool. After trying out the film locally and out-of-state, I decided that the film was NOT performing like previous ceramic tint jobs. I contacted James to resolve this expensive issue which prompted him to order a solar meter from China. While he waited on that device, I had my girlfriend s brand-new Honda Accord tinted at another shop with ceramic also. This shop had an AMERICAN made solar meter that measured their own installed film and Tint Tech s film on my car. With this AMERICAN solar meter, their film beat Tint Tech s film. Today, Tint Tech s owner, James, tested his own film on my car with his Chinese solar meter and it failed. We both agreed. He didn t like those results, so he walked inside to test some demo and walked outside and says the film on my car is fine. After only four hours, on a ninety-nine-degree day, the film on my girlfriend s car is performing like I expected my eleven-hundred-dollar tint job to perform. The ceramic tint job on my girlfriend s car cost half that. Now I have to start all over somewhere else. Shop around is my advice to the public. SEMPER FI.

I recently had my new Ram 1500 Limited tint done by them, and I couldn t be happier! I did quite a bit of research before deciding on them and getting the top of the line Xpel nano-ceramic tint with a front brow. I did ask for a straight brow, not curved, but I doesn t bother me that much. With the weird hot winter we ve had so far (and my truck being black in and out), I m definitely glad I got the top of the line Xpel tint as it has helped reflect the UV heat much more than any other tint I ve tried on any of my other vehicles, even though the cost can be fairly expensive, it s definitely worth it they re the only one in town that uses Xpel. I am considering having them do a Paint Refinement job on my C5 to bring back the luster of the beautiful Sebring Silver especially after seeing the results done on a friends Corvette in person.

So my wife and I decided to go for it and get our R1S protected with Xpel PPF, ceramic coating, and windows tinted with infrared blocking. This is the first vehicle we have ever splurged on. We came from a Subaru Ascent and we felt that we truly wanted to protect our Rivian for years to come. After doing our research we choose a place 2 hours from us rather than a local shop. Customer reviews and recommendations came in highly for Tint Tech out of Lubbock Texas. So we called and talked to James and he was super helpful and answered all our questions. To say the least, James was excited to get his hands on his first Rivian. We were super nervous since it was his first Rivian, but when we took it in and dropped it off to him he walked me in to see a job he was currently working on and (WOAH) was it amazing to see. James indeed is an artist and master at what he does. He was working on a Cadillac Escalade with stealth PPF and boy was it gorgeous. I was super tempted to switch to stealth rather than gloss, but I still went with the glossy look. I love the looks of a shiny new vehicle glistening in the sun. James, Strong work. Update 6/19/23 I initially had an issue but James the owner is a really good guy and he made things right. He s the real deal so give him a chance. Aside from stellar work you re getting an honest business man who isn t going to screw you over. Most places don t offer the same professionalism and level of quality of work that you will receive here. I got my windows tinted here on 4/25/2022 and they did great work. Very fast service and amazing material! I was going to just go with the ceramic until I saw how well the ceramic plus works. If you want your interior to stay as cool as possible I suggest the ceramic plus. They have a cube where you can feel the difference and it is really amazing the heat reduction. Go in and see for yourself you won t be disappointed.

Tint tech is excellent. They use the highest quality tint available and even the 5% shade is easy to see OUT of (still incredibly hard to see IN). I brought my 4Runner in for a full tint and I am very pleased with the outcome. The only thing that I am not fully satisfied with was the final total, which came out to be almost $100 higher than what I was quoted because the tint removal fee and 3.5% card fee (this is actually stated on their counter I was just too unaware to see it before I dropped the car off) were not mentioned til after the job was done. I had no issue with paying for those fees but I just wish I had been informed before hand so I knew exactly how much I was spending. Overall these guys are awesome and I would definitely recommend them!

I recently got front windows 9f my large SUV tinted 7/13/2022 and so far they are amazing. Service was fast, affordable and efficient! Definitely helps block the hot Texas uv rays/heat and keeps my cars interior a lot cooler. The girls up front in the office were amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable! I had my car done 3 weeks ago at Tint Tech and wanted to wait out the potential for hazy windows and bubbles they advised me to watch for in the first 3 weeks. I am extremely happy with the tint they did on my car. I have experienced zero bubbling or haziness, and can already tell the difference the tint makes with the heat. The whole process was a great experience. From the consultation to my actual appointment, I encountered efficient, professional staff. We only have 1 car, so I planned to wait at the shop on the day of my appointment. The staff got me in and out in much less time than was estimated. I had a scheduled appointment for Saturday 7/21 weeks in advance. I was going to have Tint Tech do a paint protective film on my vette rocker panels. However, my car is having some warranty repairs done and wouldn t be ready by Saturday. I called Tint Tech on Friday to confirm my appointment and notify them about my car, and that I would instead get my windows tinted on my Jeep. The Rep I spoke with asked me to arrive early, since he was the only one doing window tint on Saturdays. I arrived early around 9:20 and waited until 10:15 and nobody arrived. I called a few times and I finally received a call from a Tint Tech Rep, saying I had been taking off the schedule since he thought I had cancelled. The Rep did offer to do the tint but wanted me to wait until 11. Since I had been there waiting since 9:20 and wanted me to wait another 45 minutes, I decided not to wait. They have done tint work on two of my other vehicles, and did awesome work and was treated with the utmost respect. Not sure what happen since the last time I did business with them. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on both of us. However, they are still one of the best shops in Lubbock and do quality work.

I leased a new 2022 EQS on 1/13/2022 from Mercedes-Benz of Lubbock and they contracted with Tint Tech to tint the windows. Sadly its 2/11/2022 and I still dont have my vehicle because Tint Tech caused $1862.43 worth of damage to my brand new vehicle and its been a nightmare trying to get it repaired. Im told the owner of Tint Tech first denied responsibility but later agreed to discuss the issue. All I can confirm is that my vehicle was damaged during the tinting process and I still dont have my car. I would gladly share pictures of their work including the damages and estimate for repairs but it looks like I dont have the option here.

2nd time Ive used Tint Tech! Back in 2016 and this week. Both times were due to my vehicle failing inspection for window tint. Bummer! Took to Tint Tech and all is good. Had a 10am Monday morning appointment, and less than an hour n a half I was outta there! Will not hesitate to use again!

After another place in town forgot that I had an appointment after driving 35 miles to get there, I found Tint Tech and Im sure glad now that the other place failed me. TT had a better price, got me right in on my appointment time and had it done right away. Not only changed the look of the car but much cooler now in the hot Texas summer sun! They are my go to place the next time I need tint done.

I just got my Toyota Corolla done here on 05/21/2020 and I am thrilled w/ the new tint on my car!! I was lucky to call and have service same day as memorial weekend was this weekend and so many were busy and he fitted me in today thx to some1 else canceling, I suggest anyone to get their car done here and make sure to use the ceramic tint bc it s better. Thank you for the tint job and will be referring all my college buddies to come here going forward!!!

Before you even drop your vehicle off for service you will be blown away by Tint Tech. The customer service I received from James is what all customer service should be modeled after. This is a family owned business they greet you with open arms when you walk in. They are very professional, great pricing, offer military discounts, and the quality of the work they did is outstanding. I was in and out of there within an hour. I had a 2020 Subaru forester sports windows tinted. What an awesome company!!

They kept my appointment time and moved other vehicles out to get me in... It took about 10 mins two get all the details ordered up. I added a windshield. It was a cold and cloudy day. Was told that after three weeks dose not work it self out to go back. It took 3 days! I wanted to give them a 4.5 only because pricing was a little high. BUT I got what I paid for and then some. Going back for some additional work.

Showed up 10 mins after open, waited 10 mins at the front desk to even not even see anyone but a man on the side of the building who was on the phone. Much too busy to even bother to say I ll be right with you . I was ignored. Customer service 0 out of 10. Anytime you call the store you re also greeted with Tint Tech and nothing else, no name, no friendly response or anything.

I had a situation and stopped by here to see if they could help me out. The lady upfront explained it to a guy in the back and even though they were busy they were able to work me in. Stoped in for a quote. Found them cheaper than my normal place. He also sounded more knowledgeable and seemed like he enjoyed talking with me more than my normal guy. I enjoyed the short visit. The office was clean and had interesting items on the wall. I recomend this place and suggest you at least stop by for a quote. I like to find one place to do business with and stick with it but I have to say Im pleased I decided to shop around today.
