My husband and I came to eat at OutBack Steakhouse and it was very good. Courtney our waitress was awesome and very kind. She checked on us constantly and made sure we had everything we needed. There is no place quite like Outback, to the exquisitely cooked steak , to the beautifully cooked chicken, and of course you cannot forget The Bloomin onion. Customer service cannot be beat are server was at our table at all times pretty much it was definitely a very awesome dining experience period when they messed up my chicken order they quickly fixed it without complaints

We tried to order lunch on Saturday...bad idea. They said it was full menu only. So for $2 more I got waaay too much food. My 6 ounce sirloin was tough and my husband had a prime rib sandwich that was cut up steak. Again, its almost impossile to chew. The french onion soup was delish as was the chopped salad. This restaurant was virtually empty....while next door was packed. We were disappointed and the service was slow even though the restaurant was very slow. We were in there at about 1 pm.

Me and my son went to eat dinner a couple days ago and I believe the girls name was Chariti very nice girl she played around with my kiddo which made him very happy especially for the long time we had to wait for our food but she reassured us that when it came out, it would be perfect And the biggest thing is she never let our cups go empty, which is a huge thing in my book. If we go back again will definitely ask for her very nice young lady.

Dined in for my fathers birthday. I was already sick and in pain, just wanted a chicken fried steak. Theres not one on the menu to be had so I settled for a cold sprite to drink. Everyone else ate and enjoyed it. My parents got a chicken shrimp and rice thing, and my sister got a burger.

SO DELICIOUS!!! I am obsessed with Outback and visiting from New Jersey and the food here was so good!! My filet mignon was cooked PERFECTLY!! So juicy and tender I think I inhaled it instead of chewed! My scallops were deliciously cooked as well. Every single thing we ate came out cooked to perfection. Stephanie was our waitress and even though they were super busy she made us feel like we were the only people there. She was extremely attentive and so thoughtful. Cesar also checked in with us to make sure everything was up to par which it was. I absolutely will be coming back the next time I m in town. I ll be dreaming about that filet mignon for a while

UPDATING MY REVIEW FROM 2 STARS: the manager of this location reached out to me and was very generous in fixing the issue with our experience. We really appreciate it! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The blooming onion was in fact not blooming more like dying it was so small and burnt, our steaks had no flavor, lobster Mac and cheese had no flavor, kids fries could ve went a little longer, very disappointed with the food it was a waste of money for sure, not sure if this was a bad location or the cook was just having a bad day but we won t be back, only reason I m leaving two stars is because our server was 5 stars, very nice and fast.

Husband and I went for dinner around 930p on a Friday night. Yes, its late. But we drove in from an hour away and wanted a good meal after a long day of work. We shouldve known to leave when we pulled up to a mostly empty parking lot, while restaurants next door were packed. Walked in and a hostess+ waitress didnt even look at us. Just complained about their jobs and how they dont want anybody else to come in. One finally blurbed out this way and started walking away w menus. No eye contact. We assumed we were to follow. Stared at us and threw our stuff on the table by the bar these are menus and theres your silverware before stomping away. Server showed up 10+ minutes later even though there were about 4 servers, a bartender, & a manager we could see staring at us. She was curt and dry. I ordered Victorias round cut w steakhouse mac & house salad. Husband had Queensland chicken/shrimp pasta. Salad came out wilted, wet cheese, and soggy tomatos...I didnt have dressing. My steak was so over Seasoned you couldnt taste the meat & I suspect the cut wasnt what I paid for. The mac n cheese was some of the worst Ive ever had - over Seasoned and somehow zero flavor with overcooked noodles and undercooked cheese. It was like a science project gone terribly wrong. I dont understand how that even happened?? Husbands pasta had zero flavor and the shrimp still had tails on. Its an Alfredo saucy pasta dish - not shrimp cocktail finger food!! Digging through pasta to pick out shrimp and use fingers to pull off the tails...they were sat on the table since we werent given a side plate. We struggled to get refills. Check came - $75. This was a $20 meal at best. Will not be returning any time soon.

By far, this has been the best experience I ve had at a restaurant since before Covid!!! Our server, Renée, was the sweetest and fastest server I ve ever had!! Im just going to say, if it could go wrong it did. If I lived here, I still wouldnt come back Server was trying, but dear lord everything was wrong- dirty crusty plates, not getting correct items, mysterious thing on our plate. Asking for items not getting it. Being charged incorrectly. Mgr may have taken apps off but everything still wet wrong, even after. Man..... What a bad experience

Last night at Outback was amazing. The cozy atmosphere made the evening special, and the food was deliciously cooked. What really stood out was our server, Jose. He was incredibly attentive and knew the menu inside out. Joses recommendations made our meal even better, and his friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and cared for throughout the night. It was truly a memorable dining experience, thanks to Jose and the fantastic team at Outback Steakhouse.

We ordered an appetizer and waited a little bit before placing our entree order, we received our salads and then the appetizer arrived, by the time we git finished with our salad the appetizer was just warm enough to eat, then our entree came out to my surprise my wifes food was spot on, mine on the other had the baked potatoe didnt even melt the cheese that was placed on it, and the $38 steak was just barely warm so most of the ticket that I paid I feel that I shouldnt have

Usually Outback is excellent Mar 7 th at first was not. The wait staff was hostile, , there were 3 other customers around us and experienced the same thing. We waited on water and drinks for approx 20 minutes and waitress was absent fot he 20 minutes. 1 male staffer was rude aand we never saw him again. Then the waitress came back after that 20 minutes and ask us to order again. We reoredered and then the cook was notified. Now... suddenly the waitress was attentive, smiled and everything went smoothly. To be fair there was a problem, then suddenly changed. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere was a complete turnaround.
