I want to start by saying that my boyfriend and I have enjoyed visiting this establishment for years, appreciating both the ambiance and the food. Unfortunately, after our most recent experience, weve decided that it will be our last. Our waitress, Destiny L, was unexpectedly rude and seemed to focus solely on my boyfriend, neglecting me entirely. When we ordered drinks, she only brought his and ignored my request for water for about ten minutes. When our food arrived, his came out promptly, but mine was missing. When it finally did arrive, it was completely different from what I had ordered, and she made no effort to rectify the mistake. What truly baffled me was her overly friendly demeanor towards my boyfriend, even going so far as to ask him to tip her via Cash App so she could have his information. While I understand that everyone has to earn a living, this felt highly unprofessional. A restaurant should provide attentive service to all customers, regardless of gender. I was left astonished by the entire situation, especially by the comments she made to my boyfriend while I was in the restroom. Given this experience, neither of us will be returning.

I doordashed 18 boneless bites at 12:00am because they are open until 1am. I got the food on time but to my surprise the entire order of wings was burnt or overcooked. I couldn t eat any of it. I spent over $20 on this which isn t that big of a deal, the problem I have is that not a single one of these was edible. It felt like eating the extremely fried bits of chicken left at the bottom of a fryer. I work in food industry too and I would never give something like this to a customer. I doubt I ll get my money back but reviews are extremely important so I apologize for the one star but this is insane. It felt like it was on purpose for ordering at 12am.

Waitress took our order and an hour later still no food. I have a picture to show my family, and another couple were the only ones in the restaurant. Lexi (manager) finally came and said it would probably be another 4 minutes. At this point my family decided to leave, so I went to ask for Lexi to get a corporate number. I was standing by the door when she told the Waitress Ive already talked to them and she decided to keep running her mouth while I was standing there. The 2 Waitress even got embarrassed and shut the 2 stainless door. So Fred came out and said he was the district manager, I told we were leaving and that I heard what the manager was saying. He obviously heard it too cause he said he was sorry and if I wanted him to bring her out to apologize. I said no because with him being the district manager, I would hope that he would take care of it. This has got to be the worst treatment Ive ever received at a restaurant. Terrible, and unbelievable,

ABSOLUTELY the worst waitress ever(short Hispanic girl with some blonde highlights) she was rude; lazy, always on her phone & food was mediocre cold . Wings don t taste good when they re cold had to literally flag her down for another beer or ANYTHING. My family and I decided to try Wing Daddy s a couple days ago and will be back!!! Lily was our server and she always made sure we had everything we needed & more!! It was our first time so we asked what she recommended and her recommendations were spot on. Lily also informed us that servers make $2.13 an hour?? & just hope that people tip? After seeing all the work that lily did during our visit, I think she definitely deserves a raise!

Horrible ! I got take out and ordered bone in wings , got home and they were boneless. Very small pieces at that. They never answer the phone for take out . You have to sit at the bar and order take out which is very aggravating, we waited 15 minutes before the bartender took out order and then another 45 minutes on the food . I do not recommend this location . The service is horrible.

Went to the bar tonight to place a to go order. Placed a 20 wing, fries and fried pickles. Asked for everything to be extra crispy. On the ticket it said extra crispy. The wings were not extra crispy and we threw them in the air fryer. The fries were soggy and we had to throw them in the air fryer. We only live 10mins away. No reason it should be soggy and needing to be thrown in the air fryer. Oh and we were shorted a wing. We got 19 wings when placing a 20 piece order.

Trynadie was my server. She remembered me from my last visit and knew what I had. Since I was getting the same thing, she placed the order for me. Wings were smaller than usual so to make up for it they threw in the extra for same price. Overall, great experience. Ask for Trynadie when you go, she s great!

I eat here 2-3 times a week. It s inexpensive and it s quick ! I always get amazing service from summer! The ribs are great and so are the wings! Give the ghost rush sauce a try if you re a fire eater! Trinity is the best! Ask for her every time!

Venice did an outstanding job. We were some of the only ones on the patio with an infant and she did better than most places in Lubbock when you sit inside. Food was good like always and we enjoy the drinks. Really one of the only options in town for big, good wings. I can see where they can get super busy and it get tough on the staff to keep up but overall we have never had a bad experience here. Dang sure good food and the waitress we had was fantastic.

Great place to eat. My food was delicious and very quick. The atmosphere was very inviting they even changed a TV for me to watch a soccer game. But the service was amazing. Standard sports bar, loud music, a lot of TV s all around the walls showing various sports. I ordered the Lockjaw Burger which was good, the bbq sauce was different, the brisket bites that came on the burgers were pretty good but hard to keep on the burger itself. 6/10. Wife got 10 bone in wings; half Lemon pepper and half chipotle raspberry. The lemon pepper was top notch but the chipotle raspberry was more raspberry than anything, every sweet. Service was okay, waitress disappeared before we could our tickets. Had to ask for refills.

Worst service. We were told we couldn t order a frozen drink because the machine wasn t working, so we ordered Chilton s which the waitress didn t know how to make, then saw someone else get a frozen drink. Our waitress didn t turn in our order she realized it after 40 min or so, we finally left after 2 hours with no food. She really didn t even care. This place stinks right when you walk in. The whole place smells like a 2 weeks old wet mop. To make this review easy, the only thing they have going for them is their Hot Sauce. It is amazingly good. Other than that the beer is warm, the margaritas are weak and the food takes way too long to come out. We only had buffalo fries and it took them 36 minutes to serve us. Plus the waitress was a condescending little snob so don t bother to ask any questions or you get a smarta$$ look and response. I ve been the spots in El Paso and it is way different than this. Maybe bring some of the people for their to train your staff!

We were seated quickly which was nice and we appreciated that. However, the service was horrible. My drink was wrong and when I asked for a new one, it took the server almost 30 minutes to bring me my correct drink. Even when I had asked another server to get me another drink, I still did not get it until quite awhile afterwards. Everyone else s drinks were always low or empty and it took a long time for the server to even come back for refills. Some of the other drinks were wrong too. It also took almost two hours to get our food and while we were waiting we literally had to remind our server we still had not received our food. When we did finally receive the food, it was soaked in grease and it made a few of us nauseous. Most of the time we were there we saw the server just standing in the corner talking to the other employees.

i LOVE wing daddy s, the only downside is the service at times. The issue here, is they put some of the best sauces on the most lackluster wings. the meat is either burnt or chewy, or have extra lumps(tumor like) of meat growing on them weirdly. its like they pay for the grossest chicken meat and then put delicious sauce on them. god forbid you order their wings plain. its awful. idk if i can buy their sauce but i rather cook the wings myself with their sauce. not to mention i stopped going their because the place used to smell of sewage and the customer service was the most lackadaisical performance of effort or friendliness Ive seen in the industry. Alexis is amazing , absolutely LOVED her . The wings were top notch. I ve never been asked if I want flats or drums before . Worse experience ever ordered to go 20 wings which comes in a platter. Requested and paid for 5 ranch to go with the order. When I get there I do not see them so I ask the girl are they in there she answers yes they re inside the platter. Just to get home with 20 wings and NO ranch. I ve been going to wing daddy s since it open in Lubbock tx and never had a bad experience till now 2/16/24. I ordered 18 boneless wings (hellfire) and I never knew that they cross contamination but they do now , I found fried pickles with my boneless wings connected like if they were cooked together. I don t like fried pickles or wings if I know they are going to have cross contamination. I m sorry but I did not enjoy my night and me and my boyfriend are sick to our stomachs we couldn t finish our food.
