I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness,punctuality, and service from the Lubbock location. It is definitely well managed and maintained. I would highly recommend. Staff were so friendly too. I didn t catch the young girls name but she was awesome and danced and played with the kids also. 10/10

Went there today and was so disappointed. The pizza is very overpriced and nasty, about 25% of the games were broken and older kids are the only ones who seem that can play them, and the staff . Hella rude. Constant eye roles and short answers. Spending money here is a waste. I would never recommend this specific one. Ohhh and the Chuck E. Cheese only showed up twice in the 3-5 I was there.

Food was actually pretty good and the games were awesome for my kiddos. The only issue is the atmosphere. It used to be fun and full of joy but it was quiet, the music was so low and didn t match the environment. I wish it could go back to the Chuck E. Cheese mascot walking around and engaging with the kids with music blasting on the dance floor. My experience there was no mascot or music. If they could just work on that it d be perfect!

Meshas customer service was outstanding! You all have the right person greeting guests as they enter and taking orders. The kids had a great time playing the various games. I was actually impressed by the stuffed crust pizza. It was tasty. Great Saturday outing.

Didn t like y all worker with the mullet hair cut she was rude today we came to eat my husband paid and I was getting me salad and she had the nerves to tell me did I pay for the salad I gave her that look yes and didn t believe me my son was trying get carrot she was rude telling him nonono and my daughter was trying get some orange she was telling her nonono my kids are so upset even the look of my daughter face upset me the most that worker telling them no I got upset and sat on the tablet and told my kids we are never willing going back ever again the food is delicious but it s the worker with that horrible mullet hair style

We had my sons birthday party there and my complaint would be communication from the party host. After about an hour into my party we decided to do cake and presents. The party host then came up to us and said to wait about 10 more minutes to do the party singing with chucke. I didn t even know that was a thing because I wasn t given a breakdown of what would happen during the party so I asked if there was a chance chucke could come now since I had already gathered everyone and she said we could skip it. Obviously if it s included I didn t want to skip it. 30 minutes passed of my guests and I waited and he finally came out. Then we received the bill and there was charges for things my party had ordered which I had an issue with because the host never communicated to me or asked me if the guest were paying for the things they got. She just added it to the bill without my confirmation. So if someone wanted wings and beer she probably would ve added it without talking to the one paying. Our pass / watch thing wasn t working. $12 for a salad is a joke.

My granddaughter turned 7, and she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. We had a party pkg, food and cake included. It was moderately busy, 3 birthday parties. Ours started at 12:30. Staff was nice and efficient. Our birthday girl has 2 sisters, one younger and one older, they had lots of play time, and could play games, and get on rides easily. It was a fun day, all of us played games to earn lots of points for the girls! My only disappointment in the day was my gentle, calm youngest granddaughter, shes 5. She asked for Chuck E all the time we were there. We kept telling her to wait, he was coming. When he finally came out, escorted by a couple staff, he came to the middle of the dance floor. She lit up, huge smile, she kept saying Chuck E, waving non stop. She slowly walked over toward him, in awe of him. No one was near Chuck E, she shyly walked up to him, reached out gently, touched his hand, then tried to hold his hand. Chuck E pulled his hand away, held his hands up by his shoulders, like he got cooties. My granddaughter stood looking at him for another minute, not sure what to do next. Then she ran to play and didnt even come back for the dancing.

It was really hot inside, we had to ask for everything, spoons, forks, the soda machines were not even turned on and we were there at 11 am. Lots of games were not working but still taking points off the kids cards, and nobody was available to reimburse those. Not sure what was happening but wasnt really ideal for a fun place for kids.

If you re looking for a job definitely do not recommend working here. Heard to many bad things about the GM and some of the managers. Also not the best place to take your children. Would recommend Dave and busters down the street great place. Too over priced some of the games are disgusting and not that great of pizza. They need a wider variety and more deals at most.

My kids have never been. My daughter seen an ad and wanted to see the mouse I called the weekend before to ask when he comes out. I was told every 30 minutes. We went yesterday for 2 hours & paid alot of money. No mouse & there isnt many games the very few games we able to play my kids had to play over and over since we got 90 min game passes Alot of them were out of order or you needed tokens we were never offered tokens. The screen went off chuckecheese was coming out and never did. My kiddo came out crying she didnt understand why they lied on the TV at the pizza place. I went to ask and I was told by at worker they were in a meeting. I should of known when we intially walked in and no one was available to take our order we should of left. She worked so hard to see him and never got her reward. To top it off we went to get a prize after the games and they had a cotton candy sign but none available for the kids.

It is very clean, the food is delicious, the small pizza is $9. 3 small drinks $8 Tickets$19 They give you a number when you enter, if when you leave the child does not have the same number as you, they will not let them go with you, excellent for the safety of our children. This was my first time here, and it was a BLAST! The employees were awesome, super nie, and very attentive! The games were so fun for the babies, and the food was delicious, although it took Sooo long to come out. For it only being 3 pizzas, it took 1 hour after we had already had this party scheduled, and then they forgot 1 pizza, So that just took that much longer, so thats why service got only 3 stars. All in all, it was definitely fun.

It was my babies first time here, my mother came in to town for their birthday and wanted to take them somewhere fun. It was clean, there was only one other family that was here so it wasnt busy. It was during a weekday for lunch. The games are fun, theres something for everyone all ages. And they decorated for Halloween very nicely. The pizza was delicious and the crust/bread was soft. I wish they had more options for the salad bar, but it was yummy. Vegetarian options: They have Supreme pizzas and other options. The salad bar too, not many options for toppings. Wheelchair accessibility: It is leveled with the parking and double doors.

Kat Lopez is the GM manager and she been picking on my girls since they started there even to the point where she lied on me had to call HR let it go they have a who lien person representating Chucky cheese in Lubbock Texas but as soon as she needs someone to translate for the Hispanic there the first ones she goes and gets she is a liar and if you have teenagers working there check on them because my girls are not the first ones that have quit there because of her so maybe CORP needs to see whats really going on and CORP maybe needs to check on there employees more often and see what they say about her because nobody likes her so maybe she the problem and your restaurant would run better if you had better GM that cares

Overpriced, mediocre food and games, Chuck E. Cheese only came out once the 2 hpurs we were here and that was for 5 minutes for a birthday party. WISH MR. Place is not where it used to be. Changes have caused it to be a shadow of its heyday. Food was OK. Bathrooms were dirty. Most of the machines for cards are out of service. Some of the games are out of service. This is a problem considering games is all they do now. Sad day for our family.

We came here because my daughter begged. The cashier didnt listen to what we ordered, so I had to get back in line and reorder the second pizza that I ordered the first time but the cashier didnt charge us for. After an hour, we still have no pizza. We asked why and were told they were having problems with their oven. We asked for a refund and they offered us two free salads instead. About fifteen minutes later, the pizza came out. It was hot, but flavorless. Not a good experience.

Visited the Lubbock location Sunday Feb 20 at 740pm After waiting 20 minutes to Be attended to was told kitchen was closed an hour before closing time And would not be able to order any food so after some convincing finally agreed to make my 3yr old a personal pan which cost 8.99 and 4.99 choro cashier says total price was 31.00 after explaining to her several times that was in correct she then shows us the screen and my 18 yr old corrects for her after my daughter mentioned to cashier she had worked there few years back and was not Fond of the manager currently working the shift Few minutes later Lynn the manager approached my daughter accompanied by cashier chloe in the game are Unprofessionally with loud tones how she didn t care she wasn t liked That my daughter didn t mean anything to her how she was glad she was gone all in front of my 3 year old so which we canceled pan pizza due to not wanting it being tampered with my daughter was kicked out Doesn t even deserve my one star in my opinion the wrong pizza place was shut down SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Went to the one in Lubbock on Friday and ordered food and two, 60min all you can play cards. My kiddos were super excited to play games and played for about 5minutes before one card read out of time. I took it up to the manager and she told me she would need both cards. So I went and got the other card and waited for about 15minutes and she came out and gave them to us. She had put 45 minutes on each when we paid for 60minutes. I went to let her know and she took another 10minutes to bring me back a 60 min card and a 50min card that couldn t be paused for food (we spent all our game time before the pizza was ready waiting for the cards). So we ended up eating our food, losing another 10minutes because she didn t give us what we paid for. Needless to say we won t be returning. Highly disappointed in the customer service!

I love that you can buy a card for a certain amount of time, it is very convenient. However, I dont know what was happening but all 3 pizza we got were barely cut. Like they had a bad pizza cutter or something. Made things kind of messy.

Terrible experience. $70 for an hour wait on pizza and drinks. Our group arrived, two of us got to order while the others paid for game cards. After we ordered, the system went down not allowing anyone else to order food in our group. We offered to pay cash for food for the kids and they refused to take it. They also refused to refund the game cards that we no longer needed. They also said our food was nonrefundable. We ended up splitting the pizza between the kids and no adults got to eat. The coward of a manager kept sending teenagers to deal with their issues. These poor kids were petrified, I assured them it wasnt their problem to handle and their manager needed to come speak to us. When the manager arrived, she refused to let us pay cash for the remaining orders, issue a refund or offer any kind of assistance. I asked to call the GM, she refused saying Cary is off today. Cary, if you see this, I hope you can teach your team to handle this situation better in the future. They turned away lots of customers and eventually hid in the kitchen. The female manager was an absolute disgrace to customer service.
