I had a great time at copper with my friends and family. The service was a 10/10 and the food came out great. No errors or mistakes were made thanks to our great server RiAnn. She was kind, on her toes, and made sure we did not go without. We ate out sometime last week and most definitely will be making a return!

The food was beyond mediocre and entrees shown on the menu weren t even available. A live bug crawled from one of my friends plates and the manager Tim was so so rude and disrespectful in handling the situation. We weren t asking for a refund or anything just acknowledgement of that nasty thing . But he came out with the worst manners and customer service I ve ever seen in Lubbock - Life even.

Went for lunch today with my sister and we asked to be sat in a booth rather than the table we had been sat at and then it turned into a whole thing and once in new booth no one ever came to wait on us, stopped our previous waiter (helping the table right next to us but couldn t wait on us anymore) and he again went to the host stand instead of trying to help us so we promptly left. very upsetting that moving into a booth in the same section left us having to leave the restaurant entirely. will not be back anytime soon.

We had my daughters 31st birthday party here 9/20/24. The party host is great to orders fast got drinks fast when it came down to the food other people got their food first we got ours last I didnt like that when we got our food everybody was already done eating had to wait for us to eat it was a hot mess and I noticed the menu had changed for the party rooms there was no fajitas on there I was not happy with the menu didnt really like anything on there

We went for dinner tonight, 9/13/24, and it was not a good experience. Everyone got their order but 2 of us. I ended up canceling mine because it took way to long. They finally brought my daughters burger way after everyone else was finished eating. We were told that they ran out of fries. We were not offered anything to replace the fries. The waitress, Ava, was great. She kept drinks full and chips refilled. The manager gave a discount since we didnt get fries with my daughters burger.

I don t write a lot of reviews but today was pretty awful. We met a group of about 15 people for a birthday party and we were so disappointed with the service. We had to wait for a while (10 mins!) before we even got acknowledged and our drink order taken it took even longer to order food. We had to tell our waiter Patrick that we were ready to order after waiting for quite a while and he said YEAH, I bet you are When he got to our two person order he said we were ordering too rapidfire and we need to slow down..I can t write that fast so we did..we slowed down and repeated everything and he wrote it down and he still didn t bring us the right order. UGH. When our food started coming out 7 of us sat around the table for 15 minutes without any sort of drink in front of us at all. Not even waters. When we asked for things he would roll his eyes and walk away quickly he also told us I don t know what you want me to do..I only have two hands The fact he snapped at us made it so we didn t want to ask him for anything for fear of his attitude. I was so taken aback and I was a waitress for 15 years. I know it s a hard job but this was absurd so absurd we won t be back.

I m extremely disappointed with how I was just served. Our waiter barely paid any attention to us but was waiting on the table in front of us more frequently. We got an appetizer to share, wings, and a kids meal for my son. I didnt Realize it was so small so we brought it up when it came out. Mind you we paid $46 for those 3 items plus the styrofoam cup my son s sprite came in!!! When we didn t order a bunch of food the man got irritated. When we went to leave we were upset because the nachos we got had maybe 10 chips total on them. He then proceeded to tell another waitress something about us and so I turned around and said you didn t wait on us and you didn t care about our experience. This is when he proceeded to say all you ordered was a chicken basket. He proceeded to get loud and be disrespectful. My friend then went to talk to a manager where they then proceeded to not care about their employee being disrespectful and did not try to fix a single thing. Said they had to review cameras and speak to other customers. Did not care about what we just experienced. They were not friendly by any means. All this happened in front of my 6 years old son. Safe to safe i will Not go back and you shouldn t either.

It s a new story every time for this place. In order food one day for a special and it s fine I can get it to go. Then later on in the week I go to order the same thing and get told they can t do the special on to go orders. Get really bothersome especially when I call things in ahead and I get to the place to pick up my food and it s not even ready for pick up. Had high expectations but unfortunately they were not met. I ordered a sweet tea, waitress brought an unsweetened, which was okay. Switched the tea out but the waitress did not take ownership. She blamed someone else for not putting sugar in the tea. Which I did not care who was at fault. We ordered, the food came. We ordered an Appetizer beef queso dip. I ordered a cheese enchilada, crunchy beef taco, and a queso enchilada. I received a chicken queso enchilada. I have never ordered a chicken enchilada from any restaurant! The Crunchy beef taco had not taste. Queso dip with beef appetizer had no taste. After letting the waitress know the mix up on the chicken enchilada, the waitress left our table and got the menu stating I told her the # of the chicken queso. I did not argue. Plus first time I have ever seen a waitress not write down my order and wrote down my husbands order on her hand. I guess this waitress, in her mind! , had to be right! I always tip good due to knowing how things are. She still received a good tip but her tip could have been a lot better. We loaded up to goes, no I did not pack up the chicken enchilada. All went in the trash after getting home. We usually have a good experience with wait staff and food, not today!! Disappointed in while trying to pay with scanner, I was going to be charged $1.91 for helping myself!! Extremely disappointed!!!

If you like Piña Coladas!! Although we werent caught in the rain, it was pretty cold. Very cool place! Almost like a Dave n busters w Tex mex food! Everything was good, game room was awesome and the prizes are worth the tickets earned actually! Was worth stopping on our road trip home! Kid-friendliness: Wonderful place to let the kids have a good time while enjoying dinner too!

I haven t been here since I was a child. The atmosphere was phenomenal and the food was great! But the one thing that stood out was the service they provided. Specifically kenny whom was very quick and easy to talk to. Overall a great family experience.
