Whiskey selection is decent and prices are somewhat competitive (depending on product). You will be hit or miss with good customer service. The store always smells like marijuana. I used to go frequently, but have since stopped.

Love this store, I have been in the store now 3 times but I mostly order for delivery, but the store is clean and well organized with the personnel willing to help. If they do not have exactly what I want they do their best to accommodate me and I appreciate that. They can be trusted! Will keep using them since they respect their customers. Delivery is fast.

My friend was hosting our book club and had a recipe that called for caramel vodka. She had searched 3 other stores in town and was about to give up when I searched online and found it in stock at Ollie s! Sooo .. my first impression of this business was that their goal was to make a much needed product easily accessible to adults. They have delivery (for a nominal fee, similar to any other food delivery service), drive through, and inside pickup options, and provide a large number of products: pretty much anything you re looking for as far as alcohol is concerned. Prices are great, and they seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Near perfect first visit. I m hoping my second trip to Ollie s was an anomaly, as I ordered and arrived at the drive-through a good 7 or 8 minutes before closing on the night before New Year s Eve. The drive up window was already closed, and we were yelled at rudely by a young employee that we would have to come inside. We did, and we were again yelled at inside the store. However, on my 3rd visit, things were calm and employees were gracious again, so I want to give the store the benefit of the doubt. After all, it s probably stressful to work in a college town during the holidays, especially at a liquor store. I ve already gone back, and I ll continue to do so!

They created a raffle in which certain bottles/amount spend gets entries for a chance to purchase bourbons. They canceled the raffle due to not enough entries but there was easily a whole page full. I purchased some of the barrel picks to have a chance to win a rare bourbon but by canceling the raffle, I feel like a wasted my money and was deceived. Then, those bourbons show up on the shelves marked up 4x their price. Doesn t matter how many people enter, stick to your promise and do the raffle. Don t deceive your customers.

This is a museum. I have bought several bottles from them in the past but recently I noted they have to decided to join the secondary nonsense pricing. I respect their right to operate their business as they see fit and I will exercise my right as a consumer to not shop there anymore.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Big variety of alcohol brands. That even stock Ketel One vodka which is hard to find. But if it doesnt sell well, they dont get more. If you have a favorite liquor, make them your regular stop.

I came to this store for my first time yesterday. The staff was very welcoming and it was apparent that this store took its selection seriously and was determined to provide excellent customer service. I found two bottles of Balcones rum finish that I have been looking for. In addition, there were a handful of other bottles that I am seriously considering, but going to wait until their next lottery opens. Overall, I was very pleased with my first trip to Ollies and will be returning without a doubt. They not only have quality but they have fair prices and fun staff who are determined to ensure you leave a happy customer. This store is certainly the best selection in this part of Lubbock.

Going all over town to get the vodka we liked, Ollies was the only one that had it in stock. Looking around, they have a lot of unique brands, specific bottles, and the like. New Years Eve.....Great deals on champagne, and a Top Shelf Polish Vodka --- LVOV-- A Potato Vodka from Poland in a Large Glass Bottle, that impressed everyone as if were a Trophy itself. The service great, and the store was very clean. I recommend Ollies for Liquor...and party supplies.

Drive thru is very nice option. The man who came to us was maked, very polite and brought us a dog biscuit! One caveat there online ordering through the app is very convenient but expect substitutions, they will call you about substitutions so thats good. A great little store, all in all. The guy behind the counter chopped it up with my boyfriend and me like we were old friends, and there was a very pleasant woman handing out samples of a locally made rum. Down to Earth staff, a decent selection of liquors, and average prices rounded out the uber-clean, almost sterile atmosphere. Not near as many choices as, say, Docs, but I still found what I was looking for, and found some really interesting top shelf tequilas with crazy cool bottles. Im definitely going back to buy one or two, just for the glassware!

I will never shop here again. A female worker followed me and my sister around the store, watching us but never offering assistance, and after a few minutes a male employee asked to hold our six packs. When we went to check out he asked if we even wanted to purchase all the items we had picked out. We both felt as if we were treated like suspected thieves.
