Cook is Logan was very loud and argumentative when our server asked him to remake the grits. The grits and our 2 cheese omlets were very cold (the cheese would not melt). Our server, Teesha, was awesome!!! Logan, on the other hand, was a total jerk!! Food

This Waffle House is very clean. The service is great. Inexpensive with a quality. Unfortunately it s the dinning area is too small so expect a very long wait time during weekends breakfast. The is a ramp for wheelchair. I would definitely recommend it. Parking: In front of the restaurant with around 40 parking spots. The handicap parking has a ramp to the restaurant check my photos ) Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair.

Staff was amazing food was awesome and the people were great. We were trying to finish our meals and one of the staff started saying stop and shaking her finger to a person on a jacked up truck then she asked who owns that older model truck in the parking lot this customer who just left hit it and is pulling back in. It was our truck and my babygirl (11 month old puppy) was in the truck asleep, I jumped up and hollered my baby the waitress looked at me as if it was my human and I said no shes my furbaby. She said well aint that the same? And she sad its OK she is fine it wasnt a hard hit. But she helped me out the door and made sure she was fine with me. They wrapped up our leftovers for us the cook, 2 waitresses, and a couple other customers there all told us if we didnt get our truck fixed then to call them they know exactly who the gentleman is and he is a regular. EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL AND KIND INCLUDING THE GUY WHO HIT OUR TRUCK. He literally didnt see our truck under the brightest light in the parking lot with the huge A-frame wench built into the middle of the trailer frame in the middle top. But ok. Accidents happen when youve been up late dancing and drinking and filling up on the amazing food lol thank you to the staff all of you guys it wad amazing all the way around. Vegetarian options: Great for those who are high protein low carbs, zeo sugar. Parking: Fully lit parking lot, coffee and sweet tea was amazing. The grits were perfectly cooked. And hot my babygirl loved the bacon and friendly staff as well. This is by far the BEST Waffle House I have ever been too!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and very quick on their feet moving orders . Ms Tee was in OUTSTANDING SERVER!!! She got my order handled very quickly and my food to me what it seemed like even quicker!!! If I could recommend her for management I would , thank you for turning my experience around for Waffle House , this really made my Day!

every time I go to a waffle house, three things happen 1. I get to eat at my favorite breakfast spot, 2. from the moment I walk in the staff always makes me feel welcome, and 3 I always make a friend. My experience at this waffle house was no different. the staff was so friendly, my coffee was always hot, and the food was amazing. The best part was meeting Mr. Malcolm, who sat next to me at the counter. Had the best conversation while I was enjoying my breakfast. And being from the West Coast This is my absolute favorite thing about the south. Strangers will have conversation with you over a meal. The whole team works together and their interaction with their customers is a 10 out of 10. Now I may or may not have left with a souvenir coffee cup My apologies But as a foodie I needed something to remember this trip by .

We just tried to pay the bill at Waffle House. A gentleman came to the table while we were eating to thank me for my service. I shook his hand, For your family and mine, I would do it again. On the sly, I didnt notice him taking our bill with his other hand. There was a cheer from the attentive and speedy staff that seemed kind of odd. Unbeknownst to us, they were overjoyed at the kindness of the jovial Méxican man who had earlier requested more hot souse. My wife, a Nuyorican told me he was speaking very highly about my Retired Navy hat . We were coming from our nephews funeral, an Army Veteran, in San Antonio and stayed in Sugar Land as our first granddaughter was born on the day of Kyles Rosary. I joined the Submarine Force under Reagan to support my new family. And retired in the Surface Fleet under Obama as a Patriot. Never get weary in well doing. You may not get the opportunity to truly know the power and effect your genuine love and appreciation will bring. Thank you for being the kind of place that welcomes everyone to their home away from. A very kind welcome back to and fair well from Texas.

Unfortunately, this wasnt the best visit. Our server made it worth it . She was kind and helpful. My order had u cooked onions in the hashbrowns. She got it fixed. The waffle had u cooked batter . I didnt wanna create to much fuss. It appeared to be alot of training going on. Shouting the sales targets and using the words push biscuits and gravy to increase sales. Is very unpleasant. I almost feel forced as a guest to take the up-sale. The place wasnt nasty. Tables were clean. Restrooms were clean .

I eat at different waffle houses just about every day. I have to say this location is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a sweet tea and 2 scrambled eggs and a waffle. Pretty easy you would think. Wrong! I got my drink. Tea was good. Eggs came out undercooked but eat able. Waitress says just waiting on your waffle. I ate my slow thinking my waffle was coming. Im staring at my waitress to get her attention but she ignores me. Tea glass empty. Eggs cold and my waffle still is not here. At this point I just walked over to pay with no waffle. Like the only reason I go every day. Waitress asked me O you didnt want your waffle? I was like yeah 15 minuets ago. I will absolutely not ever return to this location. 9 dollars for 2 eggs and a tea. If the staff worried more about the customers as much as they do playing with each other.

Went on a Sunday Morning and the place was packed, but service was amazing! I ve been to other Waffle Houses around the state, but none were as organized and friendly as this location. All the wait staff wore shirts that said Attitude is Everything, and they truly lived up to this motto. Will definitely come back while I m staying in the Baytown area!

I have no complaints regarding the food or the people working at this establishment. Maybe this is old but new to me I had no idea that I was being charged a $1.95 for a service charge and a $1.95 for a to go fee. Absolutely ludicrous! Im not taking up space in your restaurant, you dont have to clean up behind me?? Im being told that other restaurants do charge a to go fee but to charge both is crazy. You are taking away chips from your employees by doing this. Everyone already has to deal with the increased prices Im just about everything now will get days, you already increase your food prices, and now this??? I guarantee you not a lot of people know this..

I love Waffle Houses. Watching the humanity come and go. The place is timeless this one was a little different. My waitress was very good at what she did. Order was in quick, coffee stayed full, never had to ask, When the cook told her it was ready it was in front of me seconds later! It was hot and delicious! I base my tips on service, I tipped her the price of the meal she was that good. I even told her You are really good at this She smiled I could tell it made a difference. Always tip and compliment the waiters and waitresses! When I go into one I know the omlet I order is the exact same one everywhere unless I make changes to it. Good food, good people, doing good jobs. You cant ask for more than that!

I love waffle house. But this one was remodeled recently and ever since (couple of months now) the ceiling leaks condensation from a bad A/C install. Drips on tables and into your FOOD. Can t they fix it? And today my cup was dirty.. not the end of the world and my server basically ignored me so another lady filled in and helped her with everything . I just want the dripping fixed.

Grits weren t that good, they were drowned with salt and butter. Omelette was the worst I ever tasted in my life. Drowned with oil and a really thick cheese base. The bacon was extra salty. Toast was drowned in butter. The waffles weren t good at all and they just added chocolate candy on top. The orange juice and time with my kids were about the only good thing about this breakfast stop. The waiter was very nice and considerate and apologized for the wait. All of our food came out at different times.

The manager was overlooking, guiding, possibly training, and possibly being trained by some of the seemingly senior (not in age, but in time on the job and command of their positions) staff. This made the could have been chaotic atmosphere run like a machine that was recently oiled and is steadily working out the kinks. We ordered to go from the parking lot because we were traveling with our dog and couldnt leave him in the heat. The food was on time, warm, and as delicious as greasy restaurant breakfast can be. And after a hellacious few days on the road, it was the best thing we had to eat on the trip!
