Baynetta and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable in their profession. Baynetta stayed the course for over 2 years on my behalf. I tried applying on my own for 1 year and was turned down. When I contacted Baynetta it was online at around 4:30 pm in 2022. She called me back at 6pm that same day and took me on as a client after hearing my story. Be aware that applying for SSDI Disability is a very long process. Listen to her instructions and you will have a good chance of getting approved for SSDI Disability. Baynetta is really good at what she does. Thank You for everything.

Nonsense.......commercial on TV says she helps west Texans....but nope.....I was told cant help you because cant prove I became disabled back in 2012. So ill go it alone. Make sure you have everything in order to make it an easy case.

I was referred to this law firm by a friend said she had sent two of her friends to her and got the disability. So I went cause I had heard really good things about her, at first they seemed really interested.. the receptionist must think she s the lawyer and the expert in disabilities because she just flat out tells you your not going to get approved so discouraging. She doesn t know what one goes through in life, she doesn t know the struggles one goes through to apply.. I have never met Baynetta.. I m sure she s kind and friendly like everyone says.. but her receptionist makes the whole law firm look bad, she s rude an has no empathy for suffering clients . If 0 was an option I would give it that.

Baynetta and her team are hands down the best disability attorney in Texas. My husband and I didnt know where to turn after his heart attack and COPD left him unable to work. We went months struggling and stressed about money and what next steps to take. We were lost on where to even begin! We called her office and by the end of the call felt so relieved that someone with extensive knowledge was not only going to help us, but would answer all of our questions, and see us through the process until the end. They dont even get paid unless they win your case. That says a lot to us about their expertise in this field. We highly recommend her firm. They are down to earth, hard working, and straight forward just like Texans expect and want! It doesnt matter who youve talked to about your disability case, it matters who you sign on the line with so make sure its Bayonetta and her team or youll waste precious time! Ive heard nothing but wonderful things about this law firm and thought Id give them a chance since Ive really been down on my luck. First, I visited their website and was greeted by a virtual assistant who was prompt, listened and seemed to care. She typed out all my info and told me she would make this urgent as a am dealing with homelessness on top of my health issues this time around. Covid, has made everything that much harder. I was suppose to receive a phone call within 24-hours which I did not. I waited another day or two and nothing so I took it upon myself to reach out again and fill a form out. Same thing...I had to wait 24 hours. No phone call. No voice mail. No email. Nothing. This right here is not only discouraging but it makes the people really trying to fight for themselves not want to fight at all and just give up. I am continuing to suffer in silence. Now, is it the assistants fault for not relaying the message or is it yours for not checking up on the reviews as it is pertains to the law firm and the persons situation.

The SSA office will tell you dont need a lawyer, thats what was told to me when I first called about disability. DONT YOU BELIEVE THAT! The SSA has a team of professionals working for them, why not have a team of professionals working for you. Baynetta Jordan, and her team of top notch compassionate professionals are up to date on current laws on getting you your benefits. I had a tough case and not once did she give up. I was denied after what we thought was an open and shut case. I was discouraged to say the least but her team informed me of the SSA standard replys. Was Baynetta and her team discouraged, was she about to say Oh well, we tried. No! What she did was her team rolled up their sleeves and got ready for round two. They didnt give up and encouraged me not to give up either. After all, this is the government. With Covid delays, and layoffs, SSA offices closed or difficult to see because of the crisis. It was a very tough time. But they kept at it. I remember where I was when the offices of Baynetta Jordan called me and said to me Guess what? Of course I was expecting bad news or worse. Looks like you ll be getting a call from SSA. I thought for what, to let me know how wonderful it is to be between a rock and another bigger rock! But Donna/Olivia, Baynetta Jordans team of super soldiers informed me that SSA doesnt called up people for info unless its to tell them that I was...(Wait for it)... APPROVED!! The load of stress slowly eased up slowly. I thought was this a mistake? But they had legitimate joy in their voices for my approval. Telling the team of Baynetta Jordan thank you falls relatively short of the relief I have felt. So I can say thank you to the nth degree, it still wont express my gratitude for sticking with me, thru all this adversity. So, I will say thank you to the law offices of Baynetta Jordan because when things were at their darkest they shined a light to show me not to give up! Sooo...I repeat get a lawyer. The SSA has their team of top notch pros why not have yours! PS. sorry about writing this small novel. Lol.

Dont waste your time! You will never get to speak to the Attorney. Will never get past the paralegal. When I asked if she was the attorney she seemed petured. False advertisment no free evaluation with an attorney. NOT TRUE!!!! If I could give a zero I would.

I went to her a few years ago for help with disability. I have several health issues that qualify but hard to get to doing it because of my young age. She said exactly that, that I was young so it might not be approved. She claims to have respect for all and help all but after I met her I never heard from her again. I am now on my 3rd time applying and have a lawyer that is not going to charge me anything to push it forward. I find it amazing how she can get disability for people who are drug addicts and alcoholics but not for people who actually have real medical issues and disabilities. I thought she was great when I first sought her help but now I see she is not all what she claims to be. Good luck people! I suggest just going to or calling your local Social Security Office and asking for help from them, they do a way better job at pushing it AND at NO CHARGE even if you win! Know all your options before trusting a lawyer that does not hold up to what they advertise!

I did an online form, some lady called the next day and was very rude. I wanted information on applying for disability and she basically told me Im to young to have a disability and refused to give me information...told me to go apply on the website and see what happens. Awful and sad...the world we live in.

Yes they did win our case, however this review isnt just based on the win. As people may know it does take a while to get through a rough patch in a persons life. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Always kind and always answered any questions we had. As some people may be some what apprehensive to speak to an attorney or their staff everyone put us at ease and always felt they treated us as more than a client. Her and all her staff helped us understand everything.

I fought what I thought was a open/close case for disability but was denied 4 times. Baynetta Jordan looked at my case, gave me her feedback and agreed to work with me.
