This morning I ordered flowers for my daughter, I specifically asked for daisies. She received a bouquet with not even one on it. They did apologies and offered to go to her school and pick the arrangement up to corrected error when I called to complain. But my daughter was not aware of the situation she was just grateful to have received them from us. My daughter is one to never complain about anything so I just felt she would be more embarrassed to have to return the arrangement for them to correct the error. I was not compensated for the error or did I ask to be, I just wish they would of put more attention to the quality of work they do before the items are delivered.

On April 6th 2024 I gave this flower shop a two star. I mention how disappointed I was with the flowers that had been sent. They werent what I had requested. April 7th the flower shop called and apologized and made a new arrangement of flowers and had them delivered. Im very happy with the flower arrangement and the prompt reach out from the flower shop. I will definitely use them again .they are aim to please. Ty for going the distance.

Ive always had a wonderful experience ordering from All Flowered Up Too. I live in Colorado and my parents live in Texas so I send flowers a few times a year. My mom has loved every single arrangement shes received so far. I even did a florist choice for her 70th birthday and she had nothing but great things to say about her flowers. Hector helped me today with an order over the phone and was extremely helpful! He was willing to text me photos of different plants to help me choose the perfect one! I m in midland and wanted to shop local at a small business and their customer service was top notch!! The plants are gorgeous and they offer a large selection! Highly recommend! My flowers weren t exactly what I ordered, so I emailed and let them know. The next day, they went out of their way to redo the flowers along with a new balloon and stuffed animal and delivered them to my door within an hour or so! They were very kind and apologetic. Everyone was very respectful and helpful it was a little expensive for my taste but I still grabbed a few things I wanted for my wife. I didnt get any flowers the only one available was a 12 rose bouquet for 100 but it was in a very nice vase which I assume is included i dont do much flower shopping. I bought a small stuffed animal, an insulated metal cup, and a candle which came out to 91 dollars and some change.

So, I ordered a lovely arrangement for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend online. I was several states over on a work trip. I wrote the message out with instructions to cross out a certain word. In the part of the order that asked more detailed instructions I reiterated that I wanted the word crossed out and to please do NOT write the message verbatim. And just to be certain I called and spoke to a lady to verify that the message would be written as instructed and she looked into it and confirmed that they wouldn t be. She claimed that she would even make a note on the order to write the correct message. I got home from my trip and the flowers were beautiful but UPDATE.. Mistakes were made on both sides of the transaction. To err is human. If you read these comments you ll find that they clearly care about the satisfaction of the customer as well as the reputation of their business. Like the others have stated, I received a call from them. They were very kind, apologetic and eager to resolve any dissatisfaction on my end. These things happen. No reason to besmirch a business. The flowers were beautiful and that s all that matters. Going back to 5 stars.

Edit** My mom received a new bouquet today, cookies and apology note. They went above and beyond to correct and I appreciate that! Updating my review from 2 to 5. Appreciate the response from the owner. Thank you! Paid $100 dollars + 30 for delivery and tax for a deluxe bouquet and specifically called and asked that they add in the notes for the order to please not add Lillies as substitutes if the flowers shown in the picture were not available. Yet for the second year in a row my mom received the flower bouquet with Lillies in it. Probably shame on me for using them twice? Either way the flowers looked nice enough, just not sure if they were deluxe or not, and really adding lilies frustrated me as I called and specifically asked for no lilies...

Very disappointed. Ordered a flower arrangement for same-day delivery to a hospital patient. I didnt get an email confirming the order so called to make sure the order was received. A woman answered the phone, Hello without the business name, etc. She said the order was received. I never got confirmation of delivery so called back and was told it was left at the information desk. Unfortunately, it was wasted effort because the intended recipient never got the arrangment and had to reorder through a different florist.

Flowers were beautiful, however, I am disappointed that they didnt deliver at the time requested when I knew my daughter would be home. The flowers were left on the ground in front of her door. Had she not gone home early, they would have sat there for a couple of hours. Owner called when she read review and claimed the driver was new and that hed called and my daughter said it was OK to leave at door....not true, the audacity...

Was left very unsatisfied with my experience. I asked for a certain set of flowers and was told both the flowers and the vase were unavailable but that something nice could be put together. I agreed, the arrangement was decent. But the price was completely off; I was told there was a 15 dollar delivery fee ( was delivering to the childrens hospital) and that the arrangement would cost 59.99 ( - Equivalent to the arrangement that I had originally requested - I did verbally confirm this). I had ask for a receipt be texted to me and and upon evaluation of the receipt I discovered that they charged me 95.22. which would mean there was a 26.98% charge for taxes and/or other fees that were not discussed. I would not recommend wasting money on subpar arrangements with hidden fees

Yesterday we (bf and i) Went last minute and bought some gifts for my mom, his mom, sister, and grandma. We were very impressed until his sister opened hers. It was filled with mold. He spent 80 dollars on 3 chocolate arrangements and after opening the first one we packed them all into the fridge to have proof i guess? Im just very disappointed in the fact that they were molded. Was super impressed until then. Didnt even open the second and third ones due to how bad molded the first was. I am amending my first review to reflect the highest rating i can give bc this place is awesome. Had am issue yes but who doesnt have issues at some point. I spoke with an employee and then with the owner this afternoon (they responded in a matter of a couple hours and were extremely kind and courteous). I have read reviews on them and felt bad posting the initial review bc as stated i was happy until discovering the problem and they have excellent reviews... Any issue had an amended review and i am here to do the same. Will definitely do business here again, and will recommend them as well. Thank you to all of the staff, and to the owners for all handling this so well. Thank you again and i will see yall soon! Review update( this place had a new vendor who had only had 1 prev. Order with them and were a fan fav ) it was an error with that vendor not all flowered up too.. yet all flowered up too made everything right with refund and went on to make new arrangement of candies and candles and our mothers and his sister were pleased. Mothers day saved lol really though they went above and beyond to correct issue. (I had posted better review just not on here I guess?) Still confused about that.

The owner and management is very unprofessional, if you re looking for a place to work I do not recommend unless you want the owner to talk ugly about her own employees in front of everyone, mocking customers/business partners that come in and complain, and just very unprofessional all together when it comes to paying you what you deserve. The arrangements are great however if you don t want the owner Stacey to say ugly remarks about your appearance when your not around to others, short you of your hours, or just be unprofessional altogether towards employees than I d suggest working literally anywhere else!!

Wow, exactly how you responded to my complaint and the tone you used is exactly my point. Also, please do not contact my personal phone. I CHOSE your florist out of ALL the florist within a Google search based on reviews. And this isnt the first time you heard of this. I called twice yesterday inquiring about the delivery, even conferencing in my sister. No one is bashing your business obviously plenty of customers will return and even new customers will come to you. But in all of this you didnt issue one apology. You didnt take the criticism constructively and reformat it. So since you didnt issue an apology, I will. I apologize to you and wish you the best with your business. Good Bless You and Yours! Im from another city and was the go between for my sister in Lubbock and her friend in Austin who wanted to send her flowers. I gave all the CORRECT information as far as address and location. Shelby was nice the first day when I was explaining the situation and giving information. I am VERY big on customer service, having my own business and working in the industry, so I know how you should treat people. Next time I need flowers in this city, they will not be on my list. I highly recommend this florist if you are looking for flowers in Lubbock Texas! The staff there are amazing. I had an online order today and accidentally put the wrong delivery date. Do not use this florist if you want flowers delivered on time for a funeral!! I ordered flowers for my Aunt s funeral on Sat. before my Aunt s funeral on Wed. I called to double check the morning of the funeral to make double sure they would be delivered that morning for a 2:00 funeral. The manager told me they would be delivered within the hour which would have been before noon and just fine. After the funeral, there were no flowers to be found! After several phone calls to the funeral home and the florist, I learned the flowers were delivered only 27 min. Before the graveside service. Needless to say they didn t make it . The manager was absolutely no help and refused any kind of refund. She had an attitude and just basically said she would talk to the driver. Terribly DISSAPPOINTED in their service, attitude and refusal to make things right. Will never use this florist again as my order was quite substantial!! PS. Since this post, I have spoken with the District Manger and he was willing to make things right for me. Apologies were sincere and actions taken so this never happens again. Sincerity goes a long way!

Really dissatisfied with this place. Ordered flowers and they looked nothing like what I payed for. They did not write anything on the card (the person they were for had no idea who sent them). They delivered them at the wrong time. There was mostly green grass and a couple of dried cheap flowers. They were the ugliest flowers and died within 2 days. I am very disappointed in this business. I requested delivery before noon today and placed the order Wednesday. My wife arrived home from work without her flowers and chocolates on our anniversary. Thanks for nothing! I even called around 3:00 today to confirm delivery and received call back around 3:37 and told that delivery would be shortly. Well it was never delivered! Again very disappointed and will tell everyone to shop somewhere else. UPDATE: I did speak with someone at the store. However I was upset and did not elaborate my frustrations. On Monday a new arrangement that was larger than I purchased and a gift card to Cheesecake Factory was sent to my wife s office. She was thrilled with the flower arrangement and the gift card was very generous and very unexpected. My initial experience was less than desirable, however this business went above and beyond to make it right. I can not express how much I appreciate the response. I never asked for anything in return for my initial dissatisfaction. All Flowered up too took it amongst themself to make a dissatisfied customer happy and they made my wife happy which makes me happy. I recently ordered flowers from All Flowered Up Too for Mothers Day. They were delivered Friday night around 8:00 P.M. and I have had no less than 2 dozen correspondences since their arrival, not to mention the thread of emails that have been spread across several states as she proudly shows the pictures. It is a stunning presentation. It is crystal clear that this arrangement was put together with love and a passion for awesome design. Its incredible to say the least. As this pandemic has swirled around us and constrained us socially, it has left a trail of lost lives and no semblance of balance in our lives. To see and hear my Mother so pleased and happy with this beautifully designed arrangement of Flowers it has left me with hope that we can turn the corner and see some normalcy in this world, sooner rather than later. My daughter bought a bouquet in a basket that showed blue and yellow and pink. It s a large bouquet that looks like spring. She knows I love blue and pink. I was heartbroken when she text me and sent me a picture of what she thought it would look like and what I actually look like and said she remembered I love blue and pink. I m sure she paid quite a lot for the arrangement as it was from all my children and grandchildren. Unfortunately she said she won t call and complain she just won t shop at all flowered up to again. My sisters from Michigan and Ohio sent me flowers when I was in the hospital in Lubbock, Texas. The flowers were beautiful. Everyone, changing my lower review up to a 5. Upgraded to premium floral, and what came just didnt look like it measured up, seemed to be very sparse compared to pic on the website. So I put in review, got a call immediately from Senayda, who went above and beyond after I sent a picture of what we got, to make it right. The customer service was above and beyond the call of duty, and I will highly recommend them for that fact alone, though the flowers were also beautiful. Goes a long way to make something right, and they went out of their way. Great job and I can agree now with everyone that they are the best florist in Lubbock. They lived up to the hype for sure!

Ordered flowers thru the website on Wednesday for delivery on Saturday and left instructions in their comments section to please deliver by 10AM for the memorial service. I recd a written confirmation by email of the order including those instructions. Found out flowers didnt get there until after the service. When I phoned to inquire as to what happened, the excuse was given that they dont see instructions on their printed orders. Really?? I have proof by email. There wasnt much eagerness to make this right or even check on the problem between their website and the printed orders. Update: Ive bumped up my rating by a star because I recd a phone call a bit later with a sincere apology and info that they are working with their IT to fix the problem.

Beautiful flower arrangement for a very dear friends funeral. I had wanted the Winter Radiance which were all white flowers with white roses included. They were not able to get the white roses BUT...they were very accommmadating and apologetic. I asked them to just add red roses instead of white. The arrangement turned out beautiful!! I was very pleased! This is the first time I have ordered from them and thought I would give them a try. I will definately order from them again, AND I see they have a little gift shop as well so I look forward to shopping with them.

Ordered an all white sympathy cross arrangement and they made a red one that look like a Christmas arrangement. Not at all like what I ordered. Did not inform me before hand they did not have the white flowers needed for the arrangement I ordered. They just made the red one I guess hoping I d want it. I did not but they would not cancel my order for a refund because THEY had already cut the flowers. This was not my fault at all but theirs. So I had to settle for a $100 peace lily. Peace lilies are not worth $100. At that point I was frustrated and stressed. Will never do business with them again. My order was fixed and the correct arrangement was sent out. I truly appreciate the attention given to this matter by the owner. Will use again.

I grew up in Lubbock and currently live in NEW JERSEY. This week, I wanted to surprise my lifelong best friend in Lubbock with a big bouquet of flowers for her birthday, but wasnt sure how to do that so far away on the east coast. And I was worried about randomly choosing a flower company online, as sometimes photos online dont match the real thing. But I did a google search and reviewed several websites in the Lubbock area including All Flowered Up Too - More than anything I liked the style of flower arrangements on their site and placed an order. And I am so glad I did! I connected with Senayda whose commitment to customer service was so professional and exceptional! I felt like I was the most important customer theyve ever had, even though they must work with hundreds of other customer each week! Its a nice feeling to feel so important. Original review:Had to be done while buying flowers: fresh flowers, great staff. Edit: after paying nearly 200 for two sets of flowers, both sets got delivered to the same place... I was supposed to go pick one up from your shop to be hand delivered by me... Thanks a lot..... Edit: manager called and offered multiple things to get me to remove the bad review. We settled on a partial refund. At the time the manager is trying to get me to change review before refund has even been issued. Says itll take up to 10 days to refund. Now after two weeks Ive yet to receive a refund and can no longer reach staff by phone. Not only did my Valentines day surprise not turn out the way I had hoped, I also got the run around from staff. I will never shop at your location again..... Edit: after owner reply my girlfriend didnt try to buy flowers from you lol. You didnt reach out. I didnt want a full refund you employee offered a partial refund and I agreed and it never happened. I dont need the money. I spent $200 that day on flowers. You seriously think $40 is going to break my bank? It was a test to see how good your customer service was and how well you kept your word. You utterly failed yet again. I wouldnt be refusing service to anyone with all the business youve been losing lately.

Ordered dozen roses for a special occasion for me and 5 friends to be delivered to our motel rooms before we all showed up to surprise our wife s. We arriving and seeing roses they were the most pathetic flowers I had ever seen. Very disappointing for me and very embarrassing for what I had ordered for my friends and theirs wife s. I ve bought lots of flowers for the people in my life and I ve never been more disappointed. And Valentine s Day to boot!!!! Update:The mark of a good business is not never having issues come up but how they deal with those issues when they arrive. After posting my review the manager reached out to me personally and asked if they could make it right. She offered to come and get the arrangement, take it back to their shop and bring it back as beautiful as they would have wanted it to be in the first place . . . on Valentine s Day, the busiest day of their year. True to her word they replaced it with a beautiful arrangement full of thriving flowers. My wife could not be happier and neither could I. Thank you! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry to say that I was very disappointed! I chose the florist choice option because I am a big believer in giving artists the freedom to create, instead I got an arrangement that was full of inexpensive flowers and filler, likely to make an extra profit. The worst part though is that the roses in the arrangement all had freezer damage, one died overnight and another is not far behind.

This was not the service that I expected. First of all, I called in 24 hours in advance to place an order, asking for an AM delivery. They said they could make this an AM delivery but I didn t get the flowers until 5pm. I would have rather picked them up and not paid for the 25$ delivery fee. Second, I ordered a bouquet of white Roses but I got a dozen red roses instead. I hope they try to make this one right.

I have used All Flowered Up Too since we moved to Lubbock in 2019. They have the best prices and the best service. I have called half a dozen other florists around Lubbock and their prices always 2x-3x what you should be paying for flowers. With All Flowered Up Too, they have great flowers at great prices. My niece had a beautiful baby boy on 12/19. I called a few places in Lubbock, but after I spoke with these folks I knew I had called the right place. They were very personable and at this very busy season delivered the flowers to the hospital almost immediately!
