The Willows did such an incredible job with our wedding! We loved every second of planning our day with Halle and her team, and never once felt stressed or overwhelmed by the process. They were so accommodating and really helped make our day feel like us . The facilities were gorgeous, the food was delicious, the planning was meticulous, and our day was so comfortable. Every guest commented on how beautiful the venue was and how seamless the day felt! I would recommend The Willows to every bride and would choose them all over again!!!

The staff at the Willows were so friendly and helpful on our wedding day. We received so many compliments on the staff from our wedding guests. Our event coordinator, Alli Cross, made sure we weren t stressed when we had bad weather, and keep the wedding organized when we had to move our wedding inside last minute. The venue is gorgeous all throughout the year and we loved how beautiful the garden and courtyard are. Even though we had to have an indoor wedding their large glass doors still let us get married with the view we hoped for!

We went to the Table for Two on Valentines Day. It was amazing, a couple times throughout the night, I commented that I couldnt believe we are in Lubbock, eating this DELICIOUS food. We would 100% go again.

The Willows is so beautiful and the staff is amazing. I DJ weddings here several times a month and every time I am amazed how professional the staff is and how much they care. Every part of the Willows is beautiful. It a must for all your events!

My department hosted our annual retreat in the Willows room and it was the perfect location. We had access to the courtyard from our room which was great for breaks. The catering was fantastic and the food tasted great. I worked with Alli to plan the event and she made the process so easy. She helped coordinate the event to fit all our needs and was so nice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this location for any event.

On 10.15.22 I got married to the love of my life at the Willows Event Center and I could not have asked for a more beautiful, amazing experience! From planning to the service and quality of the food my husband and I were blown away! The whole day was seamless and the willows team made me feel like everything would be taken care of! They blew past my expectations and made it a day I will never forget! I will forever be grateful to all of them for all their incredible hard work!

Alli Cross made the whole experience a breeze (for a wedding) haha. She was very friendly and super professional throughout the whole endeavor. I really appreciate her working with our crazy schedule and catering to our specific needs. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it! The staff was great and made sure to really take care of our guests.

My husband and I got married here 5-27-22! The Willows exceeded our expectations in every way possible!!! Everyone from the event staff, to our wedding coordinator, catering team, and last but not least the excellent people in charge of landscaping did an incredible job! A flask that was a gift to me was taken by staff out of my stuff without notifying me, and when we figured out where it went we were informed initially that we would not be able to get it back and that we were subject to a large fine. If there was a well advertised policy, such as a sign or security check I could understand, but the way it was actually handled was unacceptable. Other than that the grounds were lovely and the event was good. Side note, the flask was returned after a staff person agreed to walk it out to my vehicle. We were not allowed to simply put it away or dump the contents or anything that would have showed they respected and trusted us to follow the rules after we had been informed of them.

This place is breathtaking! We used The Willows for prom. The students took pictures in the gardens and finished the night by dancing under the stars. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped every step of the way.

The Atmosphere of the event Center is quite extravagant, Especially the Garden and waterfall outside areas. Be prepared to take lots of pictures. I Djed a prom there last night, the area where I was staged was outside but the Acoustics of the Surrounding Dance Floor was Crisp and Sound. I was greatly shocked on how good it sounded with no echo. I would say whoever was the Main designer or Architect outdid theirselves. Highly recommended. Great Venue, very friendly staff & 5 Star Recommended.

We had a business meeting here last minute when we were in a pinch for space, and we were thrilled with our experience. The technology was easy to use. The space was fun to be in and offered the perfect amenities. Best of all, the staff was super friendly! We will definitely be booking again.

I remember first touring the Willows and it was a dream. Alyssa was very easy to communicate with, kind, and had the best ideas for our weddings. Fast-forward to now, I couldn t imagine my wedding to be as beautiful as it did that day. Thanks to Camryn, the BEST wedding coordinator, and her team, we had the wedding of my dreams and I can t stop reliving our day. From planning to execution, everything was done with no stress. This place is one of the most beautiful places in Lubbock, but Alyssa, Camryn, and everyone at the Willows is what makes it so special and unique compared to anything else. I am more than grateful for everything they have done! We absolutely love the Willows!

It is a beautiful hidden gem in a very obscure place. It is a photographers dream event Center for any shoot. It is the premier event place in Lubbock Texas for a outdoor to indoor venue. Superb staff from beginning to end. Excellent services ! They will take care of your every need. God bless their business model and culture!

We love The Willows so much that we not only hosted our wedding here but went back a year later and celebrated our anniversary! The beautiful scenery of this venue creates the perfect atmosphere for any event. It truly is Lubbocks oasis. The staff is amazing and kind!! We were blessed to use the Willows Event Center for our staff retreat this past year and truly had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly gracious and responsive throughout the planning process and during our event. The facilities are beautiful and provided a great space for camaraderie and learning that we were seeking as a team. The food (catered via the Wishing Well) was delicious. As a wedding and portrait photographer, I absolutely LOVE The Willows Event Center! It is a beautiful location to shoot at, for nearly all times of day. The staff are so sweet and very easy to work with! I ve attended a couple of events here between weddings and a foster care event, and have been blown away by their customer service and attention to detail every time. If I were to do everything over again, I would have had my wedding here as well. Gorgeous place, precious staff!

I had the pleasure of photographing bridal portraits at The Willows Event Center in Lubbock, Texas. I was blown away how STUNNING this location is. There was so many different scenery options for my photoshoot. I was able to incorporate indoors, stairs, brick, rock, greenery, trees, windmill, water,...the list goes on and on. A definite one stop sho and everything you would ever need! The staff is so incredible. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. This is my all time favorite and my number one go to for all my photography sessions! I couldn t recommend this place enough!!!
