Terrible place would never recommend. The staff was rude and unprofessional all day. And not to mention they tried to cancel our wedding and made the bride cry the day of the wedding. They constantly made up rules after we paid as a way to get more money out of us.

Stop looking for venues! You found the perfect gem for your event with SOHO. Ashley and her staff are the most wonderful people ever. I can go on and on about how accommodating they are! Ashley went above and beyond making my wedding special and less stressful. She and her staff treated us and my guests so well. Everyone during the event and after, constantly telling me how great everyone was. A day that is supposed to be chaotic and worrisome, went smoothly all because of SOHO. The best people ever! I will forever be grateful! In regards to the venue itself, its beautiful! Very unique and modern. I love the space and how big it is. We especially loved the bridal rooms! 10 stars

They did an amazing job with my wedding! Every time we needed to meet with them, they were ready and available! We were in a panic about our wedding arch and they had a beautiful archway for us to use! Highly recommend for the amazing and professional customer service! You will be taken care of here!

Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made our wedding day reception special and helped past what we could have ever expected. She gave sound advice from her experience for the event. She was flexible in coordination to set up and plan. She was a phone call away to make it happen. Highly recommend Social House Venues!

Social House is an absolute gem here in Lubbock! I hosted a bridal shower and it was absolutely beautiful. Ashley couldn t have been easier to work with and she even helped me with my grumpy 5 month old. I met with her before without much of an idea of how to layout the room and she made suggestions and she even helped me come up with a plan for a kids section. The room itself is so beautiful any decorating you do is just icing on an already perfectly done cake. I literally couldn t have imagined how beautiful it would be and how great Ashley would be to work with. I will absolutely use SoHo again.

I can not say enough amazing things about this place. Ashley allowed us to come look at the venue the day we called about it. We fell in love with it immediately! Ashley was amazing and was so helpful. The day of our event she was so kind and jumped in to help us set things up. We had a bartender that she provided for us, who was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this place for any event. The kindness, love and support that Ashley and her staff showed was beyond our expectations. It made our wedding reception perfect! Thank you SOHO for helping us make memories for a lifetime!!

I was under the impression that alcohol would be served by them for what I paid. I had to get a caterer and everything else and they said I needed to get my own dj, but they didnt want my dj to dj, they wouldnt leave the dj area. They were not very professional after all the money they charged. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Social House and Ashley! I originally chose Social House because I wanted something more modern and different for our wedding but we got so much more than that! The venue is absolutely perfect but Ashley just went above and beyond! We had our wedding there in December and as you can imagine, we had to make quite a few changes because of covid. Ashley was so quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the day and on the wedding day she was there all day long helping out in any way she could, which I did not expect, but it was a huge blessing. We went from 150 to 20 guest last min and they were so accommodating to any changes we needed to make. The bridal room was perfect for us all to get ready in and the grooms room was great for the guys to hangout and get dressed. We had originally planned to use the larger room for our ceremony and reception while using the smaller room with the fire place as a cocktail hour for our guests. When we downsized to 20 guests, we decided to use the smaller room for the ceremony and flip it for the reception. The smaller room was so perfect, it was very intimate and worked so well! All of these decisions were made very last min and Ashley was so helpful and took so much stress off of me. I am so sure that making changes, the week of, is not ideal for a venue owner, but I would have never known because she just handled it so gracefully. Planning a wedding is stressful, but add a pandemic and its not exactly the joyful time you had expected. But Social House just rolled with the punches, and it was more than I could have asked for! I cannot recommend them enough for any large, or small, event!

Honestly cant imagine a better venue staff! My best friends wedding was beautiful and ran so smoothly thanks to this venue. Being a covid bride, she went from a guest list of 150 to just 20 and the venue was more than accommodating for all changes necessary for the day. There was staff available there for us all day long while getting ready, they were willing to answer any questions and make any changes we requested. There were several rooms we were able to utilizer while getting our hair and make up done and they let us change the music and make ourselves at home. Overall the venue provided us amazing and friendly service while hosting us! Highly recommend to all brides!

This is an excellent place with beautiful interiors and exteriors and amazing owners. They were super responsive and had answers to all of my questions. They were also straight forward with their policies so there were never any what ifs. They just want your event to go according to your vision and will help along the way. Best decision I made with my wedding!

We chose this venue for my sisters wedding this past October, and everything was phenomenal!! The staff was extremely helpful and did all they could to make sure the day went exactly as planned. And I wont even go into detail on how beautiful the venue itself is! Id HIGHLY recommend Social House to anyone! We LOVED it!!

There are no words to describe how AMAZINGLY helpful, kind, wonderful, and considerate the staff at SOHO are. We had a very difficult time finding a venue for our wedding. I called SOHO about a month after looking at other venues and they were willing to show me the venue within hours of my phone call. They only became more helpful from there! They helped us create the layout for our ceremony and reception and gave us complete design control! When it came to wedding day, there were there for every tiny thing we could ask for. They even ran out and bought my sister chips and salsa to eat while getting ready because they over heard her say she wanted some. An absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue run by WONDERFUL people!

Was a wonderful place to have my nieces memorial. Friendly & extremely helpful owners are hands-on. Really appreciate the way they treated my sister & family. Would recommend them for any event.
