Pick another Dennys. Were out of alot of items. Hasbrowns were a ¼ of normal serving and looked and tasted as if they sat under the warmer for 20 min. Our waitress was very nice and very embarrassed about cook telling her they were out of items on the menu.

I stopped by Dennys today with my son and daughter. The food was delicious Anthony did a fantastic job of preparing our food. Our waitress Esther was beyond kind and so attentive making sure our every need was met. The restraunt itself was clean and ready for business. I would definitely return again.

As a truck driver I stopped by to get some lunch at this location. I was greeted by the kind staff when I walked in. My server Nicole was friendly, not only to me but to everyone around me. I will be stopping by often to continue to lunch. My food was out quickly and hot, coffee was always hot as well.

As for the waitress, we have no complaints. She did the best she could, with what she had. This is about the cook staff and management: The hash browns were burnt, some of the food was not warm, took to long to be served, missing alot of menu inventory. Whose job is it to inventory and order? No involvement with the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. I hope the franchise owner sees this post, feel free to contact me. This will be the last time me family and I will eat there.

Our waitress was Kathlyn and even though the place was full she was sure to check back with us on how things were and if we needed anything. She also did not take long in getting whatever we requested. She was Very Courteous. She made us feel comfortable. Thank you. Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian omelette is delicious. I ate a chicken fried steak this time but I ve had the veggie omelette before. Wheelchair accessibility: I like that the handicap ramp is right at the front door.

Barely got there when they said the order was going to be ready at 11:45, get to store at 11:45, they say they are short handed on cooks and were ten tickets behind. Its been four hours and we still havent got our food yet. Im sorry but this Dennys definitely sucks and went down hill. Save your money and go to IHOP, got our food from IHOP within 30 minutes and they were busy.

The food is pretty good. But the hard cooks behind the out window should not be verbally offensive to the wait staff. All the women are so nice and friendly and good at what they do. If the cook has a problem or question he shouldnt Yell at them and be a smart butt. Plus is was not their fault there was limitations to what they had on the menu verses in invitory. Im not for sure but the waitresses dont do the food ordering. Ive been going to this location and midlands for the past 8 years with my son on special occasions but always on his birthday. Its a tradition. The loud Caucasian older gentelman cook is the only bad review. The food the facility the wait staff and managers are all on point and amazing.

I have been to many of the Dennys locations,and this one by far is the best in all of the categories ,food, atmosphere. Especially the service our server who was named Felicia is all about her job and gives everything she has to give to her customers!!!Five stars and beyond!! The food was absolutely disgusting. The pancakes and crepes tasted like 3 day old batter was used to make them. The syrup dispenser was so clogged and caked up from not being properly cleaned we had to remove the pourer lid to pour any out. Honestly at that point our appetites were pretty gone. As bad as that was ..the hash burns were completely inedible. Literally it looked as if these were old potatoes refried from days before. There was a rancid smell to them so we did not eat them at all. Just save your self the wasted time and money.

Took my family to have breakfast. Got seated got our drinks, waiter was very courteous. He was very attentive he took our order and 1 hour later still no food. Cooks looked like they didn t care about their job, looked as if their thoughts were food will come when it comes. No since of urgency. We asked our server if he knew if they had started on our ticket? He asked the cooks they said they were starting on it 1 hr 20mins in they hadn t started on it when he asked. We decided almost two hours was too long when it wasn t even busy. We walked out with one of my sons crying cuz he wanted Dennys breakfast. The non urgency from the cooks was just ridiculous. The servers were on the ball but the cooks were another story.

First time here, and we had a fantastic meal. Food is standard breakfast fare, but came out fast. Our waiter, Juan, was amazing. Very attentive and pleasant. Even my pre-teen kids were saying, make sure to tip him well! Our only complaint would be the restrooms. You could smell them from the front counter. Thankfully, we didnt get that whiff until after the meal. Otherwise, we probably wouldnt have eaten there. Hoping it was a one off thing.

Starting from the top. The ownership must not care and knows Dennys is going under soon. This building is in terrible shape. Baseboards pulling away from the wall held on by drywall screws, ceiling tiles caving in or missing due to a leaky roof, disgusting kitchen and bathrooms. Service was ok I suppose. We were originally sat at a booth with a spilled drink under it because the buss boys hadn t noticed it. When they did notice it they both complained loudly about their job duties. Drinks were half filled each time we got a refill. Food was the best of the 3 but still downhill from years ago. Sausage was slimy and bitter, hash browns were flavorless and thin, utensils were also dirty.

This is one of the worst experiences ever and to top it s Mother s Day. Our server and another had an argument as we were walking in. Our server now had an idgaf attitude and that sucks! The way she talks to customers, the way she huffs and puffs around just throws everyone into a bad mood. She had to ask tables if it was their food, when she took our order. Definitely not the Mother s Day experience I wanted. The only one taking charge was an amazing server/chef who took charge in the kitchen and you can hear them loud and clear. They kept the kitchen running smooth but no one on the floor to control the situation and/or send people home.

I had a small cheeseburger with onion rings. It was delicious. 0 order the chocolate shake it was a little bit runny but it did taste okay. The young man that served us was very good and is kind courteous and help I dont recall his name but thank you Dennis for a great dinner. Ate at 1040 am. One plate was a slam which was awful, all of it was cold pancakes were doughy white on one side and normal on the other. Tasted like it looked awful. The other plate was a regular cheeseburger with a patty that barely fit 1/2 of one bun. Tasted ok but was thick on one end and skinny on the other end. While we were there a server got into it with a customer who said she was rude and another random customer jumped in. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Very rude servers and a cook that does not know what she is doing. We will never go back to the Denny s on Slide in Lubbock Tx.

Food was alright, service was meh, it was a very long wait, but they appear to have only one cook so its understandable. Theres gnats everywhere and they were dive bombing us while we ate. Employees were fighting the whole time on and off about who was getting what table to the point the manager had to step in and scold them like children. Employees were bad mouthing each other whenever other employees were out of earshot. Made for an extremely unwelcoming atmosphere. If we ever go to Dennys again after this, it definitely wont be this location.
