Venue owner constantly told the people we hired how they were supposed to the job we hired them for. Yard was not done until a few hours before the event. So outdoor decorations could not be done until an hour before our event. Flowerbeds unkempt. Nothing was cleaned indoors the day before, so decorations also had to wait until very close to the start of our party. Nothing about our experience was easy or carefree. Many things were offered to our party. The minute we declined the venue owners planning services, nothing was available for us anymore. More than one racial remark was made toward our group. Your money would be better spent at a venue that doesnt constantly try to interject their ideas after clearly being told no. Worst experince and a very judgmental staff.

Peggy and the entire Nantucket staff were super helpful from the moment we viewed the venue through the night of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding Peggy was great with recommendations for food, cake, flowers, and more. A few weeks before the wedding we had a handful of conversations to work through details of how we wanted the interior of the reception to look, where the food would be, where the arbor would be, etc. Day of the wedding Peggy and her team made sure the venue was perfect per all our conversations and I didn t have a worry in the world! The new bridal suite they have is very nice to get ready in. We did a first look and Peggy even texted me when my husband-to-be arrived so we made sure we didn t see each other too early. You can tell Peggy and her staff do this because they truly enjoy it and that shows through the entire process. They are a well-oiled machine out there and if you choose Nantucket for your wedding venue I guarantee it will go off without any issues!

We used this venue for a Corporate party. The location is beautiful, the food was good, but the venue was pretty cramped for 200 guests. If you have 150 guests or less, you should be good! We still had a great time. The DJ was awesome!

Had a Christmas party there...the place was very nice, but the planners of the event obviously didnt take into consideration the number of people who RSVPd to tell them they were coming...

Beautiful event center in Longview. Beautiful pond, rolling hills, manicured grounds. I did not take pictures because I was attending a private ceremony. However, I will return and get some soon. This place is absolutely worth considering for your next event!

Zero thought about people who have disabilities. We had to walk through a Wet filled to stand beside a lake because they didnt have enough chairs.

I attended a gender reveal party at Nantucket. The venue has a great outdoor pavilion overlooking a beautiful pond. This gem is a tucked away piece of paradise, with gorgeous gardens and a dock over the water. It offers several great locations for outdoor photos!
