Love the ladies that work here! They are always so helpful and friendly. Forgot my loyalty car and couldnt remember the phone number ... they not only helped me look up my account but changed the number for me so if I ever forgot the card again I could use my new phone number! Even offered to give me a new card!

Last time I was here this new humidor wasnt here. I was blown away at the remodeled look. They have cigars everywhere. VERY GOOD SELECTION. I consider myself a real cigar smoker. I smoke everyday & twice on Sunday. They have something for everyone. Customer service was top notch & the young gentlemen knew his stuff. His cigar knowledge was top notch. Come check them out sometime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you moke premium good quality cigars.

Tobacco junction, specifically Heather from their corporate office, helped me out with accommodations for my disability. Life is hell sometimes, and small acts kind of kindness can make the world of difference. Good company with good management. However Robert, the manager for their Longview location, I felt was a little ignorant when he made the choice to argue with me about what is and isnt considered disability discrimination to someone with a debilitating disability. Poor management move, but also poor common sense move. I was not accusing him, he just decided to use his management position as a platform to display his lack of education and disability knowledge, as well as his poor people skills. Still recommend them. I dont for see him having a strong future in management, and I dont consider him to be a representation of Tobacco Junction.

I am so glad I visited this Members Only lounge. The ventilation system is amazing!! Each section has its own unit so you dont smell like an ashtray at all. Convenient day pass allows you to enjoy the lounge. Shelia was a wonderful host. Hospitality from the staff and members was great. The humidor...WOW! Great choices and its been updated to cedarwood lining. When you walk in, the aroma is so pleasant. Ill definitely be back. Dont forget to sign up for purchase points. They add up quick. BYOB. No food inside the lounge.

Excellent customer service and great selection of pipes, cigars and tobacco blends. Had an excellent experience with a staff member named Brent I believe it was who took the time to explain some differences in some cigars and recommended some really great pipe tobacco s. He even was very patient with me while I was having a hard time deciding which pipe I wanted to buy, and wound up not buying one as the exact model I really wanted wasn t in stock at the moment. It was an absolute no pressure environment. Thank you Brent for your help and the knowledge you shared with me! I will be coming back soon and wish you and your staff a great new year!

An incredible experience as the new Lounge has opened and the Humidor has been extended. The smell of cedar greats you at the door of the Humidor. The selection is amazing. The Lounge is brand new with TVs and upgraded chairs. It is very comfortable and setup beautifully.
