Right as we walked in the roof was leaking in the check in area and no one had put any buckets down. Its not a very big roller rink and you cant use quarters in the arcade. My kid had an alright time, and it wasnt expensive.

I recently visited this rink for my childs birthday and was highly disappointed. I called ahead at 6:30 to confirm if trainers were available, and was assured they were free for use. However, upon arrival, I was informed that trainers arent provided on Fridays. With four kids who depend on trainers, they struggled to skate and only managed to make one lap around the rink in an hour. Paying an admission fee just to watch my children struggle, because my husband and I were not skating, was unacceptable. Well be going back to the rink in Kilgore, where they actually seem to care about the experience rather than just making money.

My kids love this place! We have done the 11-1 summer skate camp two weeks in-a-row. If you do the math it comes up to 2 bucks an hour! Thats the cheapest entertainment that I can find for my kids. The staff is awesome to say the least. I had 2 kids that needed the kiddie walkers when they started and 2 that stumbled around on the 4 wheel skates. 2 weeks later I have the two little ones racing each other around the rink and the oldest one teaching the next oldest how to do spins on Rollerblade. BEST MONEY IVE EVER SPENT ON KIDS ENTERTAINMENT

As a more advanced skater this is not where I would want to spend my time or money. If you are learning or want an open rink to yourself I recommend this place. But I must say that the floors are Terible and the music sucks. The vibe is very poor.

This is the worst skating rink I ve ever been to. We got some food there, frito pie and slice of pizza. She gave me the pizza and it was cold not warm at all so I told her it was cold even asked if they had a microwave, she told me no and that it was under the heat lamp it s not cold. The whole place was dirty especially the bathrooms that didn t have toilet paper or anything.

This place is TRASH!!! Snack bar didnt have anything that they had listed on their menu. Not to mention the snack bar workers are clueless and will just help random people at the back of the line while youve been standing there for 5 minutes. Alot of the good arcade games are broken. The claw machines are a total ripoff. They dont even try to hide it, the claws dont even close on several of them. The whole building is old and outdated. The skating surface is cracked and warping. Will never be back to this dump. Since I cant respond to yalls reply, Ill just edit my review. Theres several reviews about yalls uneven and bumpy skating surface. Busy does not give your employees an excuse to be rude and unprofessional. The whole place is a DUMP. $90 for play cards and nothing to show for it. No tickets for winning anything and no prizes from claw machines since theyre all set up for you to fail. Any other arcade, my kids would walk away with arm fulls of prizes. Not to mention our party ended at 3, and yall were over there moving all our stuff and cleaning 15 minutes before it was over because you dont know how to schedule and scheduled another party as soon as ours was over. So members of the next party were just standing there by our table while you cleaned and basically kicked us out. Trash trash trash.... hows that for perspective. This rink is smaller than Kilgores rink but has options like arcade games, birthday parties, and a restaurant. The restaurant is open to the public. They used to have live entertainment but i am not sure if they still have that or not. Definitely a place to bring your kids to burn off that extra energy!

They randomly made a $120 charge to our credit card a month after we had a birthday party there. A few of our guests had the same issue. When we called they said it wasn t their fault. It was the credit card machine they used but it said Reo on the statement. Never refunded after multiple attempts. Correction: We still have not been refunded after 18 months after multiple attempts.

This place was not as great as the reviews claim. Uneven flooring, skates get caught up and you fall. The skate mates wheels are all messed up and cause children to fall. The rental quads laces aren t so great either. Marbles and beads on the floor big hazard. The service was just as bad. We walked in and the attendant wouldn t put down her phone. This place definitely shouldn t be a go-to, do not recommend at all.

Great place to skate. We went on a Tuesday night (family night) and had a blast. The pizza was delicious and came out hot and fresh. They have lots of arcade games and very clean bathrooms. If your looking for a place to go skate, check em out.

When we came in it seemed like only one person was running the front. We waited a while before getting help for our skates but the girl was busy trying to do everything herself. Let me start by saying, I m a huge fan of a good ole fashion skating rink. I m in my early 30 s and spent a good portion of my Friday and Saturday nights at my hometown skating rink! It wasn t a particularly nice location as it wasn t really climate controlled( chain link fence walls around the rink) and it had a very wore and wrapped floor in places. However, the only two people that worked there made up for it in organized fun and personality! One high school student ran the concessions, and the owner handled payment, skate rentals, and keeping eyes on the rink. He always had a great way of getting on the microphone to playful keep people moving with the flow and ensure that nobody was one the rink without skates. My expectations are certainly not unreasonable. So Sunday my six year old son asked to go skating, I was so excited! After a quick search we found Longview had a rink that would open at 1:00pm, we drove the 40mins to check it out! As soon as we tripped in( I say tripped because the entrance mat caught my foot) it was a nostalgic dream! Pricing was great and we were directed to pickup skates with Maddie . That s when thing got a little iffy. Probably a sweet young lady, but she absolutely needs some direction for customer service or potential a non customer facing role. She honestly seemed so put that we existed. Whatever, we got our skates. Skates seems to be in really great condition, but all the shoe laces were undone and missing plastic ends. It took us a very long time to fuss with getting them laced. We arrive shortly after opening so it was pretty empty, we were having a blast. My son was using a pvc trainer and really starting to crush it, it was a special time. However, once people started to arrive it quickly went downhill. All of the parents that had smaller kids were not just walking around helping kids skate, they were there in the middle of traffic taking selfies and chatting it up while toddlers also not in skates waddled all over the rink. My inexperienced skating son kept falling to avoid hitting these crowds. It was a nuisance and so unnecessary because of the seating and walkways surrounding the rink. I read the rules and understood parents could help their kids, but this wasn t that. I will give it another shot just in the event this was a fluke. It became impossible to navigate and we just left. As we went to turn in our skates, Maddie was again less than enthusiastic to see anyone. The counter was haphazardly filled with skates that she obviously had no interest in spraying lysol. Out of curiosity I asked Maddie who was the manager that day, and she said she wasn t sure what I was asking. I then asked who was currently in charge, and she said Miranda . If it wasn t such a complete cluster I would have stayed to ask Miranda if this had been that standard operating procedure so that I could determine giving it another shot would be worth it. Long story short, a little direction from management would be a welcome addition here. Also, bathrooms bad. Like portable restroom bad.

My kids love having their parties here! They have very affordable and gracious party packages. The most affordable and fun place for a party or a great day out! They have trainers to help those who are newer to skating for $5. (Worth it) they help a lot for them to learn. Never have had any issues. They have yummy pizza too, doesn t taste like cardboard. I think her name is Kristina (I m not great with names) she does my kids parties and is top notch at her job! She is so helpful and on top of things. Their staff is polite and nice to the kids too.

We went to a birthday party. It was nice that they had a section for parties, but the way that it was run was chaotic. Save yourself the money and have your party somewhere else. Renting the walkers was a mess, the skates were extremely difficult to get on and off, the space to get skates on and off was limited, and the experience overall I vowed not to take my children skating there ever again.

I had a party for my daughter and will NEVER do it again. Anytime someone ask me I tell them NO DONT DO IT. They changed the room we were supposed to be in and put us in a little bitty room and said they had spoke with me and told me about the change but they didn t. We also spent a great amount of money on this so called GLOW PARTY for them to cut our party short because they double booked and someone else bout the rink out for the rest of the evening. They didn t bother to call me ahead of time to tell me that bc I would I just rescheduled bc of the amount of money spent that little bit of time was NOT worth the money. On top of that the pizza was BEYOND DISGUSTING. The entire experience was horrible and I will never spend another dime in that place.

The skating rink in our town was booked, and my daughter really wanted a skating rink party for her birthday, so I looked into the REO. For the same price as the other location our party was in a large and spacious room with plenty of table space, it decorated for us (in the colors we chose,) and we got 3 large pizzas and 3 pitchers of soda. All of the staff was super friendly, and they communicated with me professionally and promptly several days before the party to make sure everything was how we wanted it, and it was. Our party was perfect, and as a mom of 2 small ones, this was probably our best party yet, and the most fun. My baby had the best time, as did everyone that came. The pizza also got a lot of compliments because it was so good, too. Our host, Krystal, was also on top of things and very kind. I loved her. I couldn t have asked for a better birthday party for my favorite girl.

All I can say is wow...Ive NEVER seen a worse floor to skate on (or even walk on) than this place. It was a mix of a water-warped lacquered bumpy dance floor surrounded by slick painted concrete. We went on Saturday morning after Thanksgiving, paid $60 for 7 skaters (6 that brought our own skates) and spent the whole time trying to dodge people without skates running across the floor coming from birthday parties at the restaurant next door. I cant think of a worse place Ive been that puts so many people at risk for injury. Toddlers running across the floor were in danger onf being run over by people skating, and skaters were at risk of breaking a hip or ankle dodging people who werent even on skates. What a mess. I hope they get their act together soon, or this place wont be in business very long..

Ok. The cost. $42. For 2 -14 year olds and one adult? We had our skates. ?!? Paid. The floor was not smooth. Some water damage on the floor made for obstacle course on south east side of rink. The floor transitions from paint to hard wood not smooth. Left after 20 minutes and went to Kilgore rink $10. For all 3 of us. Had a smooth floor. Had a better time. Kilgore was the deal.

I came here for the first time ever and It was honestly an awful experience. As soon we walked the girl at the window basically did not want to let us in because the skating ring closed at 10pm and it was 8:50pm when we arrived. The closing hours on google said 10:30. After we purchased our tickets to get in we waited over 10 minutes to get skates but no one was at the window to help us. We did not get to even skate.

Im glad skating is coming back as people really needed this activity it was a big part of growing up for me however this rink really need some work the surface is very uneven makes it very difficult to skate. That wont stop me from coming though because we need skating more than we need a pristine rink!

We will not be going back there again. The floor is uneven and is 2 different surfaces. It was very difficult to skate with our skates catching onto every wooden board on the floor. It would help if they epoxy the floor so that its even, but it seems like whoever owns it doesnt really care. I wish it was a better skate rink.

Way overpriced! And the rink is 1/2 the size of a normal rink and they let any amount of people in so you cant even skate without knocking someone down or someone knocking you down. They need a cap of how many kids they can let in. Its not safe for the kids who are skating!

Spent a lot of money here for my children to have fun but only for the employees to not watch the floor letting bigger teenagers knock over my 7 year old plenty of times and didn t nothing about it. I addressed the issue to an employee working on the floor and still continued so we left. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

The skating floor was warped and bumpy. The employees didnt seem to watch the skate floor or enforce any rules. Children were going in the opposite direction and people threw rubber balls out on to the floor where people were skating. There was also candy wrappers on the floor. It felt unsafe to skate on

Celebrated my daughters birthday there. Their party package prices were extremely reasonable. Service was great. I supplied the cake. They supplied everything else. Pizza, sodas, plates cups and utensils. They even do the clean up. It made her party so easy as well as convienint. Many many, pros. I only saw one con, the skateing rink itself is not the perfect glassy smooth.

ive been going to this rink since it opened and it was such a great place at the beginning but these past few months have been terrible. i still go here about twice a week and most of the time i just let myself in because none of the workers pay any attention no matter how long i stand there so ive saved a pretty penny on skating. i dont mean to sound like a karen but i am very disappointed with the staff and how well they take care of the place and/or enforce rules. every single time i come here there are little kids with no parents to be seen skating the opposite direction of everyone else, skating back and forth from the wall to rail on the other side, tripping other skaters up. i dont think i will be going here any longer and im sad to say it. other than that this rink is in very good shape and has a good floor to skate on. its just the atmosphere and people that have caused me to not want to come back.
