There are much better options out there. Table and seats were wet when seated. Our waiter was missing most of the time; he never brought refills. Another waitress checked on our section more than him. Backyard blackberry lemonade had zero alcohol in it. Restroom floor is both sticky & slippery. Place was not crowded, yet our food took a long time to come out. Place was not crowded, yet they seated people in the same area so it felt uncomfortably packed, while Im looking at empty sections. The food was way too expensive for the experience of slow service, the tiny booth, & loud people seated around us. The most irritating part is my teenage son was doing the endless wings, etc. When they finally brought his first plate (a few little ribs), he immediately told them to get another ready. He was done eating the few pieces in minutes, & we waited 20 min before the second plate ever came out. He again told them hes going to have another, hes done with his plate in minutes (tiny portions to reduce waste - thats reasonable) and sitting and waiting close to 20 min for the next plate. This happened each time hed get another plate - lots of sitting & waiting with no food. By the time he got his 3rd plate, the rest of us were finished with our meals. I guess the plan is to have him waiting so hell start filling up on our food first lol. We had to stay at the restaurant waaaay longer than necessary, just because he had to wait so long between plates. And no, he didnt eat a ton - the amount he finally ate was the same as what youd get with a regular entree. Positives: Our food was fine, the 2 women taking over for our waiters tables were helpful, and the hostess was really nice. I hope management is aware of who is doing the work & appreciates them adequately.

Literally I m from the service industry and Kayla the bartender only pays attention to her friends and would not refill my drink nor pay me out even though she has been made aware we are celebrating my birthday. She has made me feel unwelcome multiple times and the last few times I came she wasn t here so I kept returning. I have never received worse service. She always wants to reuse my glass which I don t mind at all if she would actually refill it rather than me having to wait. I waited 14 minutes or more for a ticket and waiting 30 or more minutes for her to to pay me out I m still waiting. It s insane. She can socialize on her time. I m glad she has so many friends but paying customers here to celebrate are also important. I won t return if she is here because it was so unpleasant

Traveling and hungry stomachs lead us to Applebees. Food was good, service was fast, and atmosphere great. My daughter had a buffalo chicken sandwich. It was huge and she says delicious! I had the fish. It was flaky and thick. 8 out of 10 Id eat there again!

I understand this review is ridiculous. You re likely going or not going based on your history. It s not a hole in the wall so you re unlikely to even read this review or do anything based on this google review, but here goes. Generally, in the past I ve had great experiences at this chain. This one was the worst site ever. The food I ordered was late, it was gross, the staff didn t care, and the place smelled horrible. Feels like staff, and managers and cooks just doing less than bare minimum. I was overcharged on accident they didn t want to even fix that mistake. I ll happily never return, buyer beware.

Service was bad!!! We visited on our only night off when we could have chosen to go anywhere else. But I like the Fiesta Lime Chicken and he likes the wings. My husband and I visited, ordered 2 appetizers and drinks before dinner. The waiter told my husband that he had to wait 10 minutes to order another drink and when I asked for another drink, the waiter told me that he was too busy to get me a drink because he had all the tables in that area. So, by the time I got my 2nd drink the food had already came out. We had to show our ID as we ordered drinks and thats understandable. However, the table beside us didnt have to show their ID. THE WAITER TREATED THEM DIFFERENTLY!!! I was also told I couldnt go to the bar to purchase my 2nd drink. The waiter was acting like he was the drink police!!! This has never happened before!!! This was our 5th visit in the past 8 weeks and weve always been asked if we were ready for another drink and never had a problem until lastnight. Its very obvious that the customers at the bar and in the bar area get the absolute BEST service, but the rest of the restaurant is receiving bad service and getting ignored. Applebees PLEASE DO BETTER AND RAISE THE BAR!

Leaving 1 Star. Food was excellent so my gratitude goes to the kitchen staff. Atmosphere and service was horrible. Stay clear of Waiter Wes. This guy is must own the establishment or something. Me and my wife whom are both middle aged adults go to have a nice comfortable dinner with drinks and it was a horrible experience because of Wes. Honestly I dont see how this guy gets any tips.(keep in mind I have been there hundreds of times over the years.) It started out by us ordering 2 appetizers to which we then ordered a 2 for 35 that comes with a appetizer but instead of bringing us out a new one, we just wanted to fill in one for what we previous ordered which no one has ever had a issue doing. Mr. Wes said it wasnt allowed a we must pick a whole new appetizer to which we did. Next it came time for us to order drinks and this is where the irritation really set in. After finishing my first Dollarita $1 I asked for a second and Wes told me I had to wait 10-15 mins before ordering again. I have never heard of that in my life especially on a drink that costs a dollar. Meanwhile Im steadily seeing people at the bar getting drink after drink so this must be a Wes thing. Also he told me not to drink it too fast as if me a grown man needs to be told how to drink my cocktail. My wife proceeds to ask for a drink and got told that he was too busy at the moment and saying the words too busy costed you your tip Buddy. Maybe this waiter needs his manager to tell him to just take the orders and for him to stop having a opinion. Never in my life at any restaurant have I been told by any waiter/waitress on when I can order another drink especially after having just one 4 Oz drink. Its odd, considering he didnt treat other tables as such and believe me, I watched. My wife and I were just trying to have a nice quiet relaxing dinner too. I wont be eating there again if this guy is my waiter.

WARNING, DONT EAT HERE. Ordered Car Side To Go. Late coming out to the car. Got two sirloins and an appetizer combo. Steaks: Gristle and some strange meat knots. Extremely under cooked and portions were frozen. Without exception, the worst steaks either of us have ever had. Threw most of it away. Boneless Chicken Wings: Mystery meat. Wes was my waiter tonight, and my friend and I were not a big fan of him. He was rude with every encounter he had with us. There were 2 women across from us. As he s walking back up he s talking and making eye contact with them and throwing up 2 fingers to us. He stopped asked us a question and went right back talking to them. He never gave us water or asked if we wanted water the whole night. He wouldn t give us new plastic straws or let us keep our old ones. After 20 minutes of having our first $1 cocktail which wasn t strong at all he told us Oh no it s way to early for that to early to place another drink order you just placed that. We come to Applebees EVERY week and have NEVER, EVER been told that and so rudely at that. We watched him for 20 minutes talk with an another man and lady across the bar he made I contact with me several times and still didn t get the hint we needed him until 10 minutes later. I m pretty sure he talked so long that our food got cold, from the appetizer to the entree. He seen that I didn t eat my food and DID NOT question or ask anything at all. We ordered the pot of gold margarita that tasted straight like juice. He closed our tab without asking, he didn t even give us a chance to get half way through with them to ask if we wanted to order anything else. I normally start my tips out at $10 & up but everything from the service to the food was horrible.

My husband and I go here for our date nights and most of the time the waiters are friendly and check on us periodically as they are suppose to, but this last time we went our waitress came by the table maybe 3 times and would just go sit down at a table on the far end of the restaurant on her phone; She brought us our drinks and took our order then after our food was delivered to us by a different waitress to make sure we were still doing okay and then to drop off our check...we were super upset because my husband had to share my drink with me especially when we saw that we were paying almost $4 for a tea!

I would like to start off by saying have been going to apple bees for a while now and have never had any issues it has always been a great experience . Tonight was a different story though. Our waiter tonight is what made this such a bad experience. A - It took her 15 minutes to come and get our drink order. B- She walked off multiple times in the middle of taking our drink and dinner order. C - She forgot our order and came back and asked again and still came out wrong. D - After stating that the order was messed up she said she would fix it, but she never did and never checked with us until we flagged her after finishing the meal and had to wait another 10 minutes to get the rest of my order. After we left I called in and talked to the manger and all I he said is he will have a word with her.

Middle of the afternoon and the service was lousy. The bartender would not fix the drinks for the servers. She was too busy waiting on the customers at the bar. Waited forever to get my drink from the bar. I wanted a drink before my meal, but didn t get my drink until halfway thur my meal after it was already served at the table Our waitress was very non-attentive. . Food was subpar. Had the worst steak I have ever had. It was loaded with gristle and fat. A little fat is not bad, but this steak was nothing but gristle and fat. Just go somewhere else and avoid Applebee s. Place use to be great, but no more. By the way, my wife and I spent over $80.00 that day. We plan our budget to eat out once a month,(that s all we can afford), but this time it was a total waste and very, very disappointing. Wheelchair accessibility: Not very good, but does have a ramp in the back, but you need to navigate thur the bar to get to it. My wife is on a walker and I had to move chairs for her to get thur, not only going in, but leaving also. Will be difficult for a wheelchair!

We are a Large family, 5 children & 3 Adults. It took them a moment to get us all settled in at tables together but once they did, everything was OUTSTANDING!!! Highly recommend this restaurant. Food was fantastic and EVERYONE thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Cant wait to go back!

It was way too hot to enjoy anything. Most of the food wasnt any good. Couldnt keep drinks filled(had to ask everytime). Took most of the food home because it was to hot and we had to warm up the food. Not enough workers. Had to ask for the check three times. ( The thing on the table to pay wouldnt work) I will never go back!

I would give no stars if I could. We walked in at 1038pm and wasnt seated. Stood at the door for over 5 minutes and watched the hostess stand at the bar talking to a customer. Was seated by another server and was sat in a area where NO ONE else was sitting. Sat in a booth for almost 15 minutes before leaving and going to Chilis across the street and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and seated. There were 3 servers on their phones looking out the window watching us leave

Where do I start..had to use the restroom when I first got there..BIG MISTAKE. There was there smell of sewage and fragrance spay..gag worthy .. food was just ok...mashed potatoes was from a box..waitress sucked..not attentive at all.

I already love everything about my local applebees, but 2day I had loaded mashed potatoes with my entree, and when my fork split them, OMG! Way 2 go, Applebees! The sour cream filling fills it perfectly with flavor. I love it! Keep doin what youre doin!

I ordered from here last night on the app. DoorDash picked up and delivered my order. Something was wrong so I called the local store. The girl was so helpful and nice. She contacted DoorDash to have the missing items replaced. After a long time and having no one show up I called back. She said the replacement order was picked up a long time ago and should have been to me already. Then she took my address and said she had an employee that volunteered to deliver my meal to me this time due to all the trouble. I am so grateful and will continue to come here.

We were there not realizing it was Cinco de Mayo. Even tho was packed. We were able to get a sit right away. We got the appetizer trio that was 17.99 , we were expecting that the waitress would recommend us the specials. The appetizers were 5$ that night but, no offer. It was great tho. My husband liked the wingd so much he got more. I got the margarita which was 5 dollars that night was so good. Server wasnt at our table till 15mins later. Kinda frustrating but, we eventually got our order. We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and my husband the wings. Everything was hot when we got it. But over all it was good.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Dining area was empty and dirty. Ask to be seated and was told to wait. She returned about 5 minutes later and stated the wait for a table would be 45 minutes Will never return .

We love sitting at the bar, its always an A+ experience with Justin as our bartender! Hes awesome, attentive, and fun to talk to! We usually get the boneless honey BBQ wings and its always a good choice to have with our drinks

We ordered Fish and Chips for delivery, August 8th, 2022. We waited for over an hour. When it finally came all we got was Fish. $70.54 for Fish. I called the store and the manager blamed the driver. Right! No effort whatsoever to right the wrong. No Im sorry that happened, we are sending you a coupon or dinner on us, or discount, NOTHING! Never ate at Applebees again. Having run successful businesses for years I truly understand and never underestimate the power of great Customer Service.

It has been a long time since my last time here. Wife and I both had burgers. They were good. Service was okay. May have been a new waiter. Used a coupon that came with the newspaper. Will go back and try something else on the menu. Give them a try.

Ordered my dinner Riblet basket with fries and coleslaw only got a box of meat. My kids meal was chicken Alfredo with mozzarella sticks, no mozzarella sticks. I called she said we can fix it, would you like to come down and pick up the missing items. I said if I do so everything will get cold, you have to replace the whole order. She hung up on me.

Even though they were slightly understaffed, they took care of everyone with class and pride. They were all so kind. The manager was moving around helping her staff and checking on everyone. While we were there, we happen to be seated by a couple karens (no offense to anyone), and the staff handled their negativity, and lack of volume control gracefully, with patience and compassion. Another thing worth mentioning, for sure... that though Im sure the food orders were piling up, our food was still fresh, hot, and yummy! Kid-friendliness: Nice variety for the kids menu items, and our Waiter was super patient and accommodating.
