Our family had a very complex buying scenario and we were rejected by a few realtors who didnt want to help us. However, we found Mrs. Keebaugh and she handled it with patience, encouragement, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to help us navigate one of the most difficult housing markets in decades. She didnt give up on us and we closed on our first home in nearly 15 years! She knows the area well and has a desire to help others. A 5 star interaction all around!

I was referred to Lori by another realtor who was retiring and am I glad! Lori helped me buy my house and then 5 years later sell it! She makes the process so much easier on you as her client! And she is always there to answer questions even when I am not quite ready to buy or sell!! I will never use a different realtor, as long as she is in the business!

Buying a home in 2021 was difficult because of the inflated market, but Charles and Jazilyn Maxwell made it the most pleasant and easiest experience it could be! All along the way they told me what to look for and educated me on many things in real estate to help me make more informed decisions while searching for and buying a home. I m thankful for their great patience in showing me so many homes. 100% recommend the Maxwell Team!

My husband and I contacted this real estate company and the person was rude and very short as if she didn t have time to answer just a few questions about a home they had listed. Very poor customer service. We moved on to another agency.

I am the activity director at haven care nursing home in Longview. They came out and donated birdfeeders and bird food to my nursing home. Right now my residents are confined to their rooms so it was a big blessing for them. Thank you for having heart

One of the things i have found is that if you don t jive with your realtor you re going to be in for a frustrating home buying experience. With that being said, Elaine Kohl y all is hands down the best. This was our first house buying experience and we had no idea where to start. She walked with us through the whole process and we all learned a lot through this experience. We were getting ready to settle for something we didn t really want but she found our home on a random search and within the hour we had our offer in, on a Sunday. She worked whether out of town on vacation or right down the road. Every question we had she either answered it or found the answer quickly. She was so patient when we doubted and had to put things on hold and checked in regularly just to see how we were doing. Not only was she our realtor but she quickly became part of our family and one of our favorite people. We couldn t be more pleased with her professionalism and quirky personality which made for a fun and relaxed experience. Keebaugh spoils their clients and from what I ve seen, teaches their realtors what really matters, people. I 100% recommend Keebaugh and Company and if we decide to sell or buy again we will not go anywhere else!
