I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Our waiters, Shaun and Daisy, were phenomenal attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations. The General Manager, Jermaine, stopped by our table to check in, which added a wonderful personal touch to the evening. His professionalism and dedication to creating a great atmosphere for guests really stood out. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the overall ambiance made for a memorable evening. I can t recommend Saltgrass enough and will definitely be returning soon!

We had an amazing experience. We ordered the center cut fillet and the 16 oz rib eye. Both had amazing tender meat and were cooked to perfection. The waiter was very kind and got our order, drinks and condiments out perfectly on time. The waiter and the manager constantly checked to make sure not only that our food was good but that we were satisfied. The atmosphere was very nice and gave a texan feel. The table plates and silverware were all clean. There was a hostess up front who sat us immediately. I order from here on Uber eats all the time as well. This is one of the best steakhouses in the area and I will be a happy returning customer for as long as I can.

Customer service is a hit or a miss here. I try to go back every so often, but it doesnt seem to matter they are still lacking it. Food quality is so so. I ordered salmon. I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. I was told gravy would cost a few more dollars. I was like what Im spending 33.00 for a plate of food, and ur charging me a few more dollars for gravy, absolutely not!! So I settled for something else, the smoked Mac n cheese. Its definitely not good. They need to spend some more time adjusting it make it creamier its always dry. The one manager is super friendly. I am a perks card holder no one ever approached my table to say welcome back. I was here for a special occasion with someone. The experience was not good. The food was not the best! Hamburger over cooked fries a little over cooked. Lets get it together!! Team work makes the dream work! Just sad you spend 70.00 and wasnt the greatest

Saltgrass has always been a favorite, but tonight seals the deal that we will not be back to the Saltgrass in Bedford or Grapevine as we ve had horrible experiences at both. Tonight was supposed to be a birthday dinner, but one meal had to be taken back because the meat was so tough and had to wait over 15 minutes to get a replacement. In the meantime I had already completed my meal. The manager comped the first meal, and I said he should comp both since the other guest had to sit there and watch me eat my food! I m not out for a free meal, but this is just ridiculous! Horrible just horrible. Too many other places we could eat.

We mostly go here when my mother-in-law is in town so I appreciate the Texas Tea having a proper amount of alcohol. She makes ordering very difficult wherever she goes, so I consider it a test of the servers ability and experience. They usually do quite well here. The reason for the 5 star review though is that I finally ordered the porterhouse steak for the first time after eating here for five years. Oh, totally worth it! So delicious, I didnt add any sauce and barely touched the sides, which are okay.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. You just get a warm feeling as soon as you walk through the doors. The rustic ambience gives it a familiar feel and the staff is extremely chipper. You are very well taken care of. Our server was Gideon, and he was so wonderful. We had some nice discussions and he was very timely on getting us our food and drinks. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean and the food is fantastic. I had a steak which was cooked excellently. The steak here is so good that it does not even need steak sauce. The rest of the food was so flavorful and I can go but I won t. Highly highly highly recommended! Thank you Gideon and thank you staff!!!

Went here so my wife could use her birthday reward for her birthday. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We told the waitress Elisa about the reward and she let the manager(Jermaine I believe his name was) and he was gracious and greeted us and let us know the reward would be entered. Also, he let us know if there was anything to let him know. We got our food and it was delicious as always. The chicken fried steak was definitely worth the price. You get what you pay for with Saltgrass I guarantee you. Elisa was top notch as a waitress and was on top of stuff the whole time! Will definitely be back!

My Saturday was made sensational with the service I received by Jamia! She was very professional, knowledgeable and sweet as pie! I will ask to sit in her area going forward. All the wait staff were helpful another waiter just coming by our table saw the empty beer glass and asked if my date needed a refill as if he was a mind reader. LOL! He just finished the beer too. Our steaks were perfect to order. Jamia went out of her way to make sure our experience was awesome. We started our evening planning on dinner at Texas Roadhouse, but since I have a serious peanut allergy, that was out. We have not been to a Salthouse Steak location and decided to give it a go. What a delightful surprise. The decor was inviting, the menu offered a wide range of options at a reasonable price. We ordered two margaritas with a splash of Grand Mariner. Steaks with the fixings was cooked just right. Perhaps the surprise of the evening was Christie, our server. She was delightful, and gave us more insight into the special offerings off the menu. I almost thought we had gone to one of Dallas upscale steak (very expensive). If you go, be sure to ask for Christie. TJW

The foods pretty good - exactly what youd expect. And our servers were great, but the hostess had a ton of attitude. I arrived early and decided to use the restroom while I waited. I asked the hostess if she could point the way to the bathroom and she grilled me on whether or not I was eating there, what time I was meeting my party, the name my party was under, how many people were in my party, etc.. It was entirely unnecessary. But Im still giving it 4 stars because that was 4% of our visit.

Salt grass is a known quantity of decent food and A-ok service. Nothing too special about it. It was delivering on those marks but the crawfish included with my Urban Steak was extremely fishy. I knew it was a risk being out of season but I went for it anyway. The steak, shrimp and sauce was all good flavors. The steak is super thin, but nothing unexpected. It s just a middle of the road steakhouse chain at the end of the day. Not thing wrong with that, but just don t expect more.

Arrived at 6:20 pm and chose to sit in the bar area rather than wait 15 minutes for a table in the dining area. Looking back that was our first mistake. We sat and waited for someone to wait on us for 10 mins and finally got up and ask someone at the bar to wait on us. We ordered our drinks and waited. Drinks came and they ask if we would like bread, I said yes please. Bread came and then we waited another 20 mins before getting up and asking if someone would take our order. Another 5 mins goes by and the manager comes to take our order. Salad and a soup was brought (wrong soup was brought) and we finished those. 25 mins later i have to get up again and ask for the manager to find out why our food hasnt been delivered. She says shell check. after 1 hr of being at the restaurant and still not having our food we chase her down and ask for the check for drinks and salad/soup. i ask her at tgat time who our waiter/ waitress was and she said the bartender. litterally nobody waited on us the whole time. i had to find someone and ask for everything we received. Then tbe manager was rude a blew me off saying they were just busy with a large party in the back. Never again will i cross your doors. horrible experience!

disgusting service and food I don t recommend this establishment, I ordered breaded Angus beef, there wasn t really any meat, they brought my order and misled me by saying that it was chicken, I started saying that this was not my order and asked to bring the menu, the waiter Christy introduced her to me and led me behaved like a pig, threw the menu on the table and left, the owners of the establishment ask you to pay attention to your employees and fire the incompetent employee, this establishment is disgusting in comparison with others, if you want to eat deliciously and have a pleasant rest, then I recommend the Pangea restaurant, if it were possible give a rating below one, I would gladly do it

I pick up from this location on many occasions for Uber Eats. I don t know where the disconnect is, but I m always waiting 20+ minutes for the orders. I will stop accepting trips from here, but things have to change because my time is money as a delivery driver and it doesn t affect the restaurant the way it does me.

Have not been to Saltgrass in a while, this location is near me so I stopped in and had my favorite, the chopped sirloin with grilled onions, mushrooms and conac sauce, it was excellent, cooked a little more done than I like but the flavor was awesome, Hector our server was spot on, friendly and punctual. Nice atmosphere, all in all one of the best dining experiences I have had in sometime.

Absolutely S tier steakhouse. I ll take a steak from saltgrass any day! It s soooooo much better than Texas Roadhouse by a landslide. We went in on a Sunday evening and it wasn t terribly busy, possibly due to the cold weather. The service was phenomenal and the turn around time for our food was surprisingly very quick. My boyfriend got the Silver Star porterhouse and I got the Pat s ribeye. We both get our steaks medium rare and they most definitely delivered. The steak had a good sear and the perfect amount of fat. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water lmao. The potato soup was by far the best potato soup I ve had. The mash potatoes and Caesar salad were also good. The asparagus was okay. The only thing we didn t really like was the bread they serve, but everything else definitely made up for it. It is more expensive than roadhouse, but I can guarantee you it s worth it. Vegetarian options: They don t have specific vegetarian dishes, but they do have sides or salads. Dietary restrictions: I don t think they have gluten free bread. Parking: Lots of parking! It is a really big parking lot. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, but I would recommend bringing well behaved children as this is a quiet adult restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: They did have a ramp!

Some of the best steak I have ever had. Prices are reasonable with impeccable service. I think this a much better and flavorful steakhouse over more expensive options like Ruth Chris or Del Friscos. The waiter was awesome. The managers were also very nice. The steak was pretty bland but the manager brought me more of the spices to season it and it was much better. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp right in front of the handicap spots and very easy in and out of the restaurant. All one level once you get in so very easy access.

It seems I can not find food like the first time I ate at Saltgrass Steakhouse. The steak melted in your mouth. This was so thin I was not sure it was a steak or a ribeye. The service was great! Update: I spoke with the manager at Saltgrass Steakhouse, and they offered to make my meal right, the next time I am in town. Very appreciative! Parking: More than enough parking for the location.
