Hey! So I was there last night. Floor is sticky so don t bother to wear heels. The music choice is poor it seems like it only targets a certain audience MOST of the evening, which is cool but I wouldn t recommend it for an entire evening of fun. The best part of my evening was Kay she was super bubbly and attentive.

Nothing Country about this place at all. Except maybe the fact, that theres a lot of country wanna bes in there. The only friendly staff is security lol. I would NOT recommend if youre wanting to actually go to a Country and Western bar/ club. Plus, if your over 30 years old. Please dont waste your time. They truly will not play Country music at all.

THE DRINKS ARE WAY OVERPRICED! it s literally insane & they play literally the same 20 songs on repeat every single weekend, nothing switches up the music is in no way diversifying. its great i guess for the preteen, teens & 20 year olds filling up the place & uneraged drinking. not to mention the freaking DJ doesn t even take request, unless its from one of the 20 songs on the pre-downloaded playlists. they suck in my opinion. but im from louisiana & we party different.

This establishment is unprofessional, do NOT use your credit cards at this place because the bartender stole money from my card. She used the tip section to steal extra money in the form of a tip and whenever I called to correct the situation the manager gave me a hard time. She started yelling at me and lied and said I got loud with her associate which is absolutely 100% false I never once raised my voice at any of them and the fact that they lied on me then hung up in my face felt extremely racist, The management team seem to be extremely racist and I will never go there again.

Worst club I ever been too. Not sure how my review got removed but I m adding it again. I use to attend this club like every Friday until one day I got into a heated argument with some random guy here. Instead of kicking us both out they grabbed me very forcefully by the arm and threw me out. I wasn t resisting at all. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful especially because it was 2 grown man putting their hands on a small women that barely weighed 100 pounds. This bar is not where you should go to have a good time. Try Memphis or any other place. This place DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

Great place to go if you enjoy fighting. Place needs to be shut down. People go here to get stupid drunk and fight. Once removed from the club the fight is taken to a different location where more lives are put in danger. Thats why security was at wafflehouse for a while. This establishment is a drain on Longview and a risk to public safety.

Went in while on a roadtrip vacation and could never honestly reccomend this place to anyone. Long line for one bartender but the other bartender wasnt taking anyone. After chatting with the bartender, I found out that the bartenders arent allowed to take customers if theyre lined up behind another bartenders section because its stealing. They also told me that they had to bring their own bar tools and that if they were seen leaning on basically anything that they would be fined $100. I dont know why these bartenders would have a reason to lie to me, but obviously this business is mismanaged and treats their employees like trash. Please, if you value your time and money, find somewhere else to spend it.

I have been on optima since they came out in our community and purchased the old Internet and cable service that I had. I have never had any issues if I have a cable issue on Internet is she theyve always sent a technician out to my home immediately as soon as possible. All the technicians that I have invited into my home have been so polite and professional. If I have any other issues, I contact my local Optima company and speak to a local associate who always seems to rectify my problem.

I ve been going here every week for the past 3 weeks and it s been amazing, but last night was a complete game changer. Usually when I ve gone, one specific machine will scan my license and flag it as fake when it is indeed real. They normally would have to use the OTHER machine and it would scan perfectly fine. (This was the same occurrence everytime I went)I tried to explain this to the manager (who i had never seen until last night) and she would barely let me talk. I also couldn t get in because she kept trying to say it was fake when it wasn t and I shouldn t have even been able to get in the previous times after the machine flagged it for being fake Im 20 years old and well within my right to be in the club. The bouncers have seen us regularly and I was able to be let in at the other door. The manager wasnt being very rational and was kind of rude. My ID isnt fake, and it ruined the rest of my night when she didn t give me any other options. Probably wont be coming there if she is Anyone in that club could look at my ID and tell you it s real. It was an out of state license, but it shouldn t have been a problem considering she said she had multiple peoples out of state licenses that night. For someone in that type of high authority, you d think theyd be able to tell a real ID from a fake. Go get your certification girl. It s not the first time Ive heard of this manager giving people unnecessary problems.

If I could put a zero on here I would ! Extremely disappointed in this club. The new DJ is a complete idiot! Let s go back to the old ways here. I feel sorry for all the regulars that were completely confused thinking they were at the wrong bar. Bartender is always amazing though. I d give her 10 stars alone. Glad to know I didn t waste money being first responder and military. Won t be back and neither will anyone that was with me. Good luck to ya. Looks like Biden walked up in here changing the scene

Need to update hours of operation. Drove 45 minutes while we were vacationing in on Caddo Lake, to find out Electric Cowboy was closed. The hours of operation said they would open at 8:00 along with a review left by another customer, led us to believe they were currently open during the pandemic. No voicemail when you call giving an update with hours of operation either. Very frustrating and waste of gas money.

Went for the first time on Friday, and probably the last. Place was big, lots of line dancing music. My issue was I ordered a diet drink, it was flat, I complained that it was flat. Bartender says, $2.13. What is going on these days that no one has pride in their jobs anymore, what has happened to quality control? My friends drink, long island, was weak, $6.00 for her. Im sure we wont be missed by this establishment, but they lost our business over $10. Off to RMC next weekend !

This place takes up the drivers license of its customers. Sometimes giving the wrong ones back to people. Then when they tell you its been mailed to you they go ahead and keep in a few more weeks. If you call and ask the mng gets rude fast.
