I always get the same thing. Lol. Sweet and spicy chicken with fried rice, and picked radishes. I tried egg drop soup for the first time and it was delicious! Everything is yummy and fresh! The cashier was friendly and acknowledged me when I came in the door. Always great customer service and food!

Went thru with a friend and had to get the food to go. Cute place, super friendly staff, and we had to drive about 45 minutes before we could eat and the food STILL was absolutely phenomenal even after reheating. I had ordered the sweet and spicy chicken and the classic k dog but unfortunately, my card was declined (I had checked it before I left and there was credit on it, but when I got there, I checked my card again and there was an issue). I went inside and let them know, I apologized for the inconvenience and was about to leave, but the cashier said to take the food anyways. I told her no, you guys keep it, eat it in the back or take it home to your family, and she said it was okay, so I accepted and I just wanted to say thank you very much and Im sorry for the trouble :) The food was amazing by the way, I wil definitely tell my coworkers and invite my friend to dine in next time!! <3

I rarely rate anywhere, but this place was amazing. I moved from Dallas pretty recently and I have been missing quality Korean food. This place delivers on taste, speed, and price. I honestly cant believe how blown away I was. The K-dogs are better than anything I got in Dallas, and the fried rice was exceptional. Myself and my coworkers have decided this is going to be a regular lunch spot, looking forward to trying the whole menu! Also, the matcha was excellent. I was worried it would be too sweet based on some other reviews, but I felt it was well balanced. Maybe the other drinks arent, but the matcha definitely was.

Damn, this place is awesome. The food selection is amazing and everything we have ordered the last 2 times we have been here has been amazing as well. The Bulgogi, both beef and spicy pork were outstanding and the Ahi Tower today was exceptional. The staff here too is just great. really really good food, and cute atmosphere, but we were put outside because we arrived 20 minutes before closing even though there was another family sitting inside (they left at the same time we did.) couldn t enjoy the food because we were bombarded by flies. never had this kind of service from a sit-down restaurant ever no matter what time of arrival. not a good first impression.. edit: came back 2 years later. customer service was fast and great! i think they expanded their menu with more options! everything was delicious. I recommend any meat with kimchi fried rice, I got pickled radish and jalapeño on the side. The rice crispy chicken is delicious as well, its like a bougie Korean raising canes meal if that comparison makes sense lol! Sushi is tasty, all of this places flavors are addictive! I recommend dining in and giving whatever you want a try.

Order at the counter, and they bring it to you place. The lunch special was tasty, bulgogi over rice, and best value for money (one side and soup of the day). In their fridge they have their own beverages - we got banana milk, and milk tea. Both were good but just a bit too sweet for us. Great place for a quick lunch.

The vanilla coffee was scrumptious as well as the soup of the day. The pickled jalapeño that came with the meal was delish. I really want to come back and try other meals because I got the beef bulgogi with fried rice and they just weren t my favorite/a bit soggy. However, it could just be that beef bulgogi is not my thing or I caught them on an off day. All the other food looked amazing so I think I ll try the K dog and sushi next! We ate her for the first time and it was excellent. Everyone loved what they had and the portions are really great. I am not normally a fan of fusion but the food here was done superbly for my tastes. I got a sweet and spicy chicken it was not too hot and season to perfection. Another person got a poke bowl and he didn t know what that was and when the food came he was hesitant to eat it but once he did he absolutely loved it and he is more picky than I am. My husband got spicey pork bulgogi and it was good he says he gives it an 8/10 and he and our som love all asian food. Would recommend and would go again.

The absolute best within 100 miles of Longview hands down. Prices were incredibly low, food was beyond magnificent, and the portions are huge! I had spicy pork on white rice and fried potstickers. Place was spotless and the employees are the ones you wish everyone had. Go now! You can thank me later lol I will probably see you there because I bet we are both going to be regulars at this spot. Ok I have been driving past EFF for a few months now since moving to the area. Being a fan of sushi I have thought to myself several times that this is a place I want to try. Well last night I was in the area and I went ahead and ordered online thru doordash so I could just pick up dinner on the way home from walking the dogs. Crab rangoon bulgogi bao buns veggie roll noodles a box of macaroons tiramisu in a cup firecracker roll beef bulgogi fried roll and a half cheese kdog rolled in sugar OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! WHY DID I WAIT SO MANY MONTHS!!!!!!!!! First of all, I live 30 mins away. When I got home everything was still warm and incredibly delicious. I can only imagine how good it is to enjoy straight from the chef. And those macaroons!!!! I dont even particularly like macaroons I was gonna give them to my neighbor. I tried one. I had seen this place for a while now, but couldnt see the sign from the road to know exactly what it was. Once again, Longview punches up. This city has had issues embracing anything other than the sacred three; Mexican, American, and BBQ. Hopeful for a fresh option in a very tasty, if not repetitive culinary environment, I had high hopes that this would be as tasty as the reviews have tried to lead me to believe. Short answer, it was. Just go. Longer answer, the apparent dedication to the food prepared quickly and freshly is apparent in the open kitchen and the videos of the food being prepared playing on repeat. A trend is growing of open kitchens wherein patrons can see where the food is being made. This transparency communicates a sense of trust in the safety of the preparation and Evergreen delivers here. The atmosphere is pleasant even if a little haphazard, but you can tell that the owners made an effort to spruce up the interior & it s appreciated. The food is great. The sushi was just as good if not better than anywhere in Longview, the beef bulgogi was conspicuously beefy and tender. The bao were soft and fluffy. The crab rangoons were dimensional and didn t just taste of fried food while also not tasting fishy, as some more artisan crab rangoons can. The Mango tea was delicious if a little sweet for my taste, but that s okay because as far as I m concerned, I can just dilute it with water and get more bang for my buck. I m glad Longview has this as a new option. We desperately needed variety and not only does this bring it, it does it just as well as any metropolitan city would when it comes to flavor.

Amazing food and a decent price as well. First time eating with a new baby and had a great experience. Has about 8 or 9 tables and got our food in 10 mins after sitting down. Recommend the sweet/sour chicken. Walls are plain because you dont spend much time looking at them. This was our first visit to this restaurant and we ordered the Half K-Dog and Full K-Dog. One was half cheese and half hotdog corn dog and the other was Full cheese corn dog. Just think gooey, melty, cheesy Heaven!! We also got one of their cinnamon rolls in a tub. Ill be getting another on our next visit. I cant wait to explore the rest of their menu. The restaurant had a comforting old town vibe to it with a feel of a coffee shop. I half expected someone to show up and start reciting poetry Nothing jumped out in your face demanding your attention. There was soft Jazz music playing in the background our entire time there. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for great eateries, and this is one of them! There are so many selections on their menu that I knew Id have to just try a few this time and come back for more. This time I tried the Bao Buns and a few items on their sushi menu. Everything I tried was DELICIOUS! The Bao Buns were wonderful with a tasty kimchi, as were the rolls. Out of the three rolls I tried, I like the deep fried Bulgogi roll the best but all were very good. I cant wait to go again! (UPDATE: Ive probably been back 3 times and ordered delivery 5 other times from Evergreen everything Ive tried on their menu has been DELICIOUS!!!) Couple of non-food notes: The location was totally unexpected so I actually passed it the first time and had to turn around. But once I found it, I walked in and was transported. They had some classic music playing (I think I even heard a Doris Day song) and it was clean and inviting. I didnt sit on the porch outside, but I peeked out and it looked great too. Lastly, the staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. I sat down at my table and in no time my food arrived. I ordered way too much food and noticed they had some to-go containers, then one of the staff noticed me juggling the boxes as I left and offered a bag. I really appreciated the fact that even though the staff were busy preparing the food in the back, they still kept an eye on their customers to offer any help and check in to see if I was enjoying my meal. Great place. Friendly staff. Excellent service. AMAZING food!

My husband and I eat at the food factory almost every day, we are hooked. Delicious menu full of new flavors, and ingredients are so fresh and so healthy! The owner is so hard working, kind, and innovative, creating each dish from scratch and putting so much love into each recipe. Always checking on his customers to make sure they are enjoying their experience. Our favorite spot to eat in Longview!

We enjoyed a celebratory birthday lunch with our son today. EVERYthing we tried was amazing; half k-dog, surf & turf roll, spicy shrimp roll, Alaskan roll, Korean egg drop soup, crispy rice chicken It was all SO good. We even got to sweet treats to try later. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the owner & staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Longview is blessed to have this little gem!.

I d fight your mom for the last plate of spicy pork at this establishment, sir or ma am. Super chill, super white girl vibes but ZERO basic b***h quality in the food. It s done right. And if you ve ever had a real custom luxury experience in your favorite water park, you know what I m talking about! They got them real mouth watering, get ya tongue wet flavor profiles. Make ya salivate all over ya damn self just thinkin about that time you fought some old lady for a taste. Vegetarian options: I just ate some pickled radish that was so damn good I bit my tongue. Parking: Car pool because this place is goin places. Kid-friendliness: They were nice and helpful to me and I m kind of a child so Update: Literally saw a child sized person walking into the kitchen. They walked with confidence like they ran the joint so, either a toddler or sauté. Little people need good jobs too folks. Wheelchair accessibility: No change in elevation.

I happy I discovered this great place. The food is delicious and at a reasonable price. I love Korean food, I had the beef bulgogi and my mother had the spicy spork deopbop. One bite from our food and we could not stop eating, I definitely recommend to try their kimchi is was fresh and delicious, just like the rest of the food.

Ive never had Korean food, but Evergreen Food Factory has made me a fan! I had the lunch Beef Bulgogi, fried rice, and kimchi. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge - it could have been two meals if I had been able to stop eating it, but it was so good that I did not! Great atmosphere inside, very fresh and modern.
