We needed to get our Estate plan in place. We were referred by a good friend and we watched the videos. Most of our questions were answered by watching the videos. We then made an appointment on line and paid the consultation fee. We visited the office to start the process and that went very well as we had (almost) all the paperwork we needed. A few days later we were called back to the office to sign and finish our Estate plan. The meeting was very comfortable and professional. We met with Kristin both times. I highly recommend this firm! We had a flat fee consultation with Mr. Parker regarding my mother s finances and care. He was patient and asked us a lot of questions to make sure he fully understood our family s situation and all of our assets and resources. He plainly laid out what all of our options were and any issues we needed to consider before making decisions and signing paperwork. He also spoke with our financial advisor to make sure goals were aligned on all sides. Our documents were also created for a flat fee we knew about ahead of time and were notarized on-site. When we left the office, we were provided with both a printed notebook of the documents and a flash drive with soft copies to save and distribute as needed. Throughout the entire process, I never felt like an invoice number or just billable hours! I found every single interaction I had with this office to be caring, efficient, thorough, and respectful.

Kristen has helped us out on some estate questions and elder care issues that we would never have been able to navigate alone. She is clear and kind and works well with people of all ages to explain the process and how it works. If there is pressure and stress in a situation she immediately diffuses it calmly and knowledgeably. Before I worked with this firm I would never have believed that any law firm could be so helpful and so very kind. Additionally, when I hear the word lawyer I am immediately worried about finances.
