Horrible horrible horrible!! The room we requested wasn t available because the lights didn t work. Game master was not helpful and barely responded. We drove an hour for this game room to have to worse experience. My wife and I love the challenges of escape rooms. This one is the absolute worse one we have been to.

We went there for a company outing. Seemed like it was going to be a really fun time and it was fun, heres my only issue. In the western scenario that we did some of the items were broken so we could not do everything in the correct way. When we had to call them on the radio to get help and they couldnt even really fix it. Which made it very difficult, also things seem to be very worn and in poor shape which also made it kind of difficult. With those prices you would expect everything to be a little bit higher quality. This is all I can speak on behalf of the western room. The entryway even had a very strong smell of mildew. You would expect the staff to be a little more theatrical and a little more energetic on telling the story of whats going on in the room your assigned to. But the experience was somewhat fun all and all.

My son and I, just got back from completing 2 of the escape rooms at Longview Escape Room... We had a blast!! I definitely recommend them!! We did Wild West - Great Escape. We had so much fun, that we went ahead and started another one. ..Gamblers! Amazing father/son time

Experienced escape room family of 3, first time trying out this place. Definitely dont think this is worth the cost. The two rooms we did (Murder Mystery and Detention) both felt disjointed and like the clues were not connected to each other well at all. There were several times we would get something unlocked and finish a step, then look at each other like now what? We were very disappointed in the lack of flow and/or logic behind most of the ideas/puzzles of each room. We left without caring to finish our second room because we were frustrated to the point of snapping at each other and not having any fun. It didnt help that when we first arrived, we were worried the place was actually closed despite what Google/the website said beacuse the Open sign was not on and there were no other cars around. Both rooms were very chilly (the thermostat in the 2nd one read 60), so it was hard to focus while feeling cold. Both rooms also had at least one puzzle that was not calibrated correctly, and we had to be told what the correct answer was. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location to try out any other rooms, nor will we be recommending it to anyone anytime soon.

Never been before. First time visit as a date night. Me and my date arrived feeling above average smart but left feeling like we knew nothing. The staff was friendly the whole process is interesting. We had the 50s murder mystery and was not able to figure it out. We do plan on going back again to solve the mystery. It was a fun evening. We decided its better with more people than just 2. But fun for a date night.

This was my first time getting to go to an escape room and I had an absolute blast! We didn t make it out in time but it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and everything was nice and clean! Very well priced for the time spent there! I highly recommend the 50s Murder Mystery room!

DO NOT BOOK AT LONGVIEW ESCAPE ROOM!!! We played the gambler half of the items in the room were broke. TV with your timer does not work. We had to set our own timer on our own phone to know how much time we had left. They do not give you refunds even if half the stuff in the room is broken.

Came here with a group of 4, we did the Western room and had a great time, our hostess Ash was super kind and did a great job keeping us on pace by giving well-timed hints. We finished our room with 2 minutes left on the clock, will definitely have to return one day.

We absolutely loved itt!! Ash is an amazing hostess and really made the night happen! My amazing boyfriend solved so many puzzles and is so smart and clever! Great night, 10/10 would go again as long as Ash is on shift. Love you girl!!

My group and I had an absolute blast solving the puzzles and successfully escaping, just in the nick of time! Ash was a pleasure to escape with; she gave creative hints that provided just enough direction for us to get back on track without giving too much away. Would escape again!

Previously have completed an escape room several months ago here that went flawlessly. Not sure what has changed in the past several months, but today s experience was terrible. After waiting 45 minutes past our scheduled start time, which we were ten minutes early for, they briefly explained how the room worked and then started us in the room. For the first thirty minutes we were unable to ask for a hint since they didn t provide a walkie talkie for us. When the time ran out we just opened the door and walked out without any conversation from the workers, no asking how our experience was, nothing. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone in the foreseeable future. Understaffing is an understandable issue, but that s not an excuse for the level of service that we received. Perhaps the bookings should be spread out in a way that the workers are able to provide an acceptable amount of service to each group.

Fabulous escape room and super friendly staff. We have done a couple other escape rooms in other places (Wichita and Omaha) and this one hands down is the best we ve seen yet. We just happened to be in Longview on our way to Houston and booked it on a whim so lucky they they had slots still available because it s a room we will be reminiscing on for a while. Great variety of puzzles, and lots of ways to interact with the room. I sincerely hope we come back by this way in the future and can visit again (or get to try out their location in Tyler!)

We did two different rooms. These ladies are awesome! Super nice and very accomadating. It was our first time so the first one was a little hard but the second we found our rhythm. We will definitely go again.

The biggest waste of money and time. There were no clues. The little bits that were left didnt add up. Weve done many escape rooms and have never been so frustrated. We got out but ONLY because she had to tell us what the next steps were the entire time. We spent the whole time saying, that doesnt even make sense. How would we know that based on that. $77 wasted for just me and my teenage children to be hand fed every single clue due to a significant lack of thought and planning. I do not recommend this place at all.

I went with three of my kids and we had a blast. Good opportunity to have fun and socially isolate. We did the wild west room and it had some great puzzles but we needed a couple hints to escape ... with 47 seconds left! Lots of fun. Highly recommended for those who love puzzles.

This place is so much fun! I ve done several rooms around the east Texas area and this one has the nicest staff and best prices compared to other places! They have 2 rooms and are building more and the guy running the place also said they have another building in Tyler that has 3 rooms! Probably going to check that one out as well!
