Y all really need to update your website and put it to where it says ages 2 up to 20 can jump. Since you have a sign at the front that says 21+ can t jump now. It s supposed to be a place where families can go and jump with their kids and have a good time. Now that 21+ can t jump your taking away from the parents that want to jump on the trampolines with their kids.

First thing first this is our first time coming here , although my daughter loves to jump this won t be where we come again. First i what to start by saying a lot of parties have the same wrist bands , ours happened to be purple , along with another party , while they spoke on the speaker saying that the purple wristbands were done I knew that the party I attended just started so I thought it would be OK. Well I look across the jump room and they re getting our kids saying they have to go to their parents. I don t like that they should be different colors wristbands not the same as a parties. Another thing I noticed there is no toddler section so the big kids are around the toddler, jumping hard and heavy, along with the dodgeball area where they didn t let my three-year-old go for whatever reason. Next thing I noticed there is a jump area where you have to go all the way around to jump into the pit. Well there s no sign to say that just the gentleman kept saying no to the kids and to get off when he could ve said it much nicer. And if that s the case, then they need to be a sign to say go the other way. Next thing is the big jump trampoline has sinkholes at the edges of the trampoline, where the kids are literally sinking into which is very dangerous if a parent is not out here.

Worse experience ever. Staff rude and unprofessional. Very unorganized! 15 year olds/kids are what you want to call staff have no idea how to treat people or customers . Showed up for Birthday party, had everything decorated and was told we would have to move down stairs for 20 minutes and come back up?! Umm no, that s got gonna happen. Staff were rude, one was walking around BARE FOOTED with no socks or shoes on but wants to be rude. Told my daughter we couldn t have the socks that she paid for and my grandson was supposed to get a shirt. He got one but they told us they only had one left, and I guess you can have this one really? So it fits like a night gown! I never one saw staff clean anything. Disgusting place. All staff was piled up in an office on their phones instead of being an employee trying to take care of customers

My kids have a good time here but why can I never buy a drink/ snack for my kids and get back normal change. I was offered 3 dollars worth of dimes today and the staff let me know the owner is lazy and hasnt gotten them any more chaa to make change woth after repeatedly asking him.

Dirty bathrooms with pee everywhere. Adults can t even set foot anywhere near trampolines let alone even hop a single time. Good luck marking sure your under 4 year old doesn t get into trouble. Arcade doesn t work half the time and is more expensive than any place I ve seen. No reason to have such high prices for games that don t dispense tickets for prizes. This place used to be a lot better. Adults could jump. Won t be back. Suggestions: train your staff to check the restrooms every 45 minutes or at the end of a jumping cycle. Get insurance or whatever you have to do to let adults jump. If you need to, enforce no tricks or flips for adults, but at least let us play with our kids. Sell an hour pass to play all non prize arcade games unlimited for a reasonable rate.

The place is nice, only gave 3 stars because I feel like the staff doesnt do a great job regulating. My daughter was repetitively hit in the face by a boy in dodge ball to the point the kid was going after her and the staff did pretty much nothing. Continued to let the boy go after other girls after my daughter left crying. Even hit my 4 year old niece in the face.

100% recommend them for parties! Had my sons birthday there today and Wyatt was absolutely amazing! He did everything and did not want to let me do anything but relax! Exceptional customer service everyone is so happy up there. I found out later that it was actually Wyatt s first party to host and was blown away bc his performance was phenomenal! Sooooo much fun for children or adults. If youre a kid wanting to have a great birthday party or an adult wanting to bring out the kid in you, its a great place to be. From the floors and walls covered in trampolines so you can jump around like criss cross, to the massage chairs that will make your muscles melt after all the exercise. Great for family fun time. The only downside would be the lack of snacks at the facility which is completely understandable, given the explosion factor after jumping around for hours on end.

Excellent place for kids birthday party. The staff are super helpful with everything and even helped us cleanup and provides carts to get all the extra food and presents to the car. Very clean with lots of trampolines, obstacle course and placeground equipment and dodgeball. Highly recommend.

Once you get through the safety forms to fill out (which you can do online beforehand) this place is a load of fun for kids! Theres a dodgeball area, obstacle course, foam cube pits (which are now covered due to Covid but you can still just onto the tarp), a couple basket ball hoops, a little indoor jungle gym for the smaller kids, and a really cool interactive projection game. And-of course- plenty of trampolines to run around on. You have to have grippy socks which you can purchase at the front for a very low cost :) I recommend checking their deals online because theyre worth the saved money, our favorite is Toddler Time on Fridays. Lastly I recommend keeping a good eye on your children!! Accidents can happen and kids can get hurt so if youre looking for a more hands off experience make sure your kids are old enough to be aware of their surroundings
