Absolutely hands down the best weight loss clinic around! Their staff is amazing. They listen and address your concerns and provide solutions for your weight loss journey. I started in February and am down 32 pounds and I have not felt deprived of foods I enjoy. My overall health has improved significantly. I had my first IV infusion today and although I was nervous, Jasmine made sure the whole process was relaxing. The practice was clean and neat as well which contributed to the calming experience. I really wanted to leave a review for Shawana. She has been so amazing that I look forward to my appointment hoping she is on location. Shawana is very warm and friendly. She answers every question I would ask because she is very knowledgeable. Yes, sadly this is me have lost about 40 lbs. I not only have lost the extra pounds, but feel more energized and healthier. I started the semaglutide together with the SkinnyMini Booster and Anti-Aging booster. I love the IV (be lean) best thing ever. I also got some lip augmentation and jeuveau and Natasha is amazing!! At first it was a great experience the staff was friendly and accommodating. Then after two months I wasn t losing much weight but they kept prescribing medication. They tried to push shots but they were $ 75-340 a month plus office fees. The last appointment was the worse they rescheduled 3 times now I know they were pushing me aside for new clients. I walked in and Daisy ( the red headed woman) was on the phone and just waved her hand at me. She was trying to land a new client so I was ignored. Another lady offered me a drink. I sat there 15 minutes then I told them my daughter was waiting in the car so I needed to hurry. The other lady said she would let the doctor know I was there but she didn t. She peeked around the corner and said the doctor was almost done. After another 13 minutes they told me to go weigh myself. Finally 3 minutes later for a total of 27 minutes I had been waiting the new patient came out but then they had to take her back again. I walked out and left I am not paying $ 70 plus another $ 60 in medication which wasn t helping. I workout 4-5 times a week so I was doing my part. I felt like they didn t care because no one called when I walked out. So it is all about new patients. I had paid over $ 500 to lose 3 pounds I could do that myself.

Didn t even get to make an appointment. Kept me on hold then asked to call me back from another number because they were having issues. When Daisy the owner called me back she kept saying I wanted to be a new patient I said I just wanted to come in and talk to someone. I was referred by a friend so I asked to make appointment with her same nurse and Daisy seemed to take issue with that. She relented and then proceeded to ask me for all my personal info and said she would need a credit card. I asked if I could give when I came in and she said no. I said I m not comfortable giving my cc # over the phone to just talk to someone. She said thank you bye! She was very short and kinda rude throughout the call. Was taken back cause I was told they are looking for new business. Guess not.

From the minute I walked through the door I fell in love with little elm medical weight loss clinic. The customer service that is provided by the staff is beyond expectation. I was greeted by Susan there nurse practitioner who was so welcoming I felt right at home. Im a bit of a clean freak and wow this place shines!! The owner Mrs. Daisy Zuniga is absolutely amazing not only is she the sweetest but her knowledge on all of the products truly made me feel so confident in what I was purchasing her energy and hospitality is unmatched. I got the AnteAge cleanser, serum, accelerator, and brightener and wow its been 3 weeks and my face has never felt healthier. Not only has it made my skin much more clear but It has literally given me a glow. I also had some jeuveau done by Natasha and her work is amazing she gave me just what I needed but not too much either she has a great sense of structure for the face and guides you to make sure you are confident with the work she will do. I have been coming for a few months now. Suzanne is wonderful at educating and guiding you through your journey. They all seem to truly want to find what will help you to be successful and the accountability is a huge help. They offer services for many different areas - IVs, weight loss, skin, etc.. there is something for everyone! I recently learned they will make house calls to do an IV to help with hangovers too. I m not one typically to write a review, however I feel like it would be a crime not to given how blown away I was by the staff, the owner, and most importantly the services. I ve gone to many aesthetics places, even some that are very well known in Dallas, but this establishment takes the cake. It is extremely clean and the staff genuinely cares about what works best for you which is what sets it apart from the other places i ve been to. Not to mention, i did filler in my lips the aesthetician Natasha was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. when i say amazing job - it was the best I ever had. She did exactly what I wanted and the filler they provide is Revanesse, which i ve never used. The bruising was almost gone by the second day, and there was no swelling, meaning you walk out with a beautiful, natural looking pout. If i could leave 10 stars I would, I live all the way in Grand Prairie and will be making that drive every time because it s worth it.
