We recently came here just to try their famous cinnamon buns, unfortunately there were a few drawbacks to my experience. The cinnamon buns themselves were flavorful and had a nice texture, but I was disappointed that they were served cold. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, considering the portion size and temperature of the buns. I believe that for the price paid, customers should receive freshly baked and warm cinnamon buns to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, while the taste was good, improvements in pricing and serving temperature would enhance the overall experience for customers.

Waited at drive through for over 5 mins...no one ever spoke over the speaker...then drove up to the service window. Saw people doing things but not paying any attention to me. Had to knock on the window and finally one of them from accross the room just waved me off to leave... couldnt someone have said something over the drive through speaker instead of letting me sit there..? Terrible customer service and very unprofessional !!

This specific Schlotzskys has the best quality of all the Schlotzskyies I have been to. The quality of food and the care with which they make it is just extra ordinary. I just hope they do not ask for tips for take out orders too. It is ridiculous to tip for take out / to go orders. Vegetarian options: vegi pizza, vegi sandwitch Parking: lots of parking around. there is a kroger just around the corner too. just be extra careful exiting on to 423 as the traffic is fast moving.

Roughly $30 in total Sadly, we found out that they missed the last soup from our order. Overall, the food was fine. If I could give this location a ZERO, I would. I will never, never spend my money at this location again. This location has an employee named NOAH who is hateful, rude, insulting, obnoxious to customers. NOAH will scream and yell at you if you do something that HE doesnt like. I dont think NOAH has heard of customer service in his life! If this location wants to save its reputation, they will fire NOAH and hire employees who believe in treating customers properly. I am thoroughly disgusted with this location. I have spend ALOT of money at this store, and frankly, cannot believe they have someone like NOAH working the window and dealing with customers. After dealing with NOAHs hatefulness, I demanded my money back and left and will never be back.

We love Schlotzsky s, and have eaten it for years. We were excited when we saw this location going in and have since eaten their food several times, each time hoping it would live up to the Schlotzsky s we know and love. But unfortunately it has disappointed us every time, and we say, I wish they could do it like the west Plano location or other locations that we have enjoyed. It s just a shame this one is not as good. Bread seems stale, meat portions are smaller than usual so they use more lettuce to make up the difference and so on. Sorry, but I gave it a fair shot.

My family has ordered take out from here several times in the past year. Sometimes the orders are done well. There has been two occasions where weve ordered salads (along with other items) and there were multiple things missing from the salads. We pull into a pick up parking spot and check our orders before leaving so both times we walked into the store to ask for the missing items. For example, the garlic bread which usually comes with the salads will be missing or dressing or we wont receive the extra protein that was paid for. We have to go back into the restaurant to get these items. This last time, the turkey avocado salad was missing the avocado and corn/bean mix which I didnt catch until I already went home. We wouldve really liked to keep going to this location because it is close to home and very convenient for a quick meal. However, its been very disappointing to continue to have to quality check the items you buy to make sure everything is there.

We buy lunch for our employees at our small business every Saturday and try hard to use other small businesses around us on Saturday s. Yesterday we chose to go to this Schlotzsky s location in Little Elm. We ordered online for a pick up. One of our employees wanted to pick it up and bring back for everyone. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. The first attempt at picking the order up, they went into the dining area to pick up the order. The help at the counter wasn t super friendly, but wasn t too bad. Unfortunately when they got to the car with the order that had already been bagged when they got there they looked in and noticed none of the chips were included in the order. They went to go back into the dining area to ask for the chips. The doors were locked. They had to bang on the door and ask to come in. The person on the other side just yelled and said they were closed (this was during Saturday lunch time). After some back and forth they let them into the dining area and gave them some of the chips. Again they left and counted the chips when they got back to the truck. Well, they only put half the chips in the bag. They went back in to get the rest and this time the employees at the Schlotzsky s was extremely rude and argued with them. Overall the experience was horrible. When we got the sandwiches back to the office and ate them they were horrible. The bread was soggy and they were missing the lettuce. I do not believe we will go back to this location ever again. This is not our first bad experience at this location. It s extremely disappointing because we love Schlotzsky s. We will find other small businesses to support. Editing my reply since I can t reply to the owners comments. I m honestly shocked that the owner of this business called me out as a liar when they have no idea when my employee came into your business to pick up our order. How do you know which person around noon on Saturday came into the lobby and was treated rude by the staff. I m disappointed about how defensive this business owner is. I honestly have never visited this establishment since moving to this area. But now I will have to drop by more often because I just got the best customer service from Derek. He Went above and beyond was very friendly and patient. I don t know the menu and he was informative and helped me make my choice for dinner. I just had a long mentally exhausting day but he was refreshing. I ve worked in customer service for years and notice the difference between just decent and good and Derek was absolutely amazing. I had to tell him, his manager and now I have to write a review on him. Great customer service is honestly a rarity nowadays. So it is so nice to see a young gentleman providing excellence.

Ordered online - so easy and simple. Picked up my order in drive- through. The sealed bag was handed to me with a thank you. When I got home, 2 items I paid for were not in the bag. A few weeks ago, we ordered via GrubHub for the family, they forgot my sandwich. I called and they refunded the price of my sandwich. Stuff happens, they fixed it the best they could. I tried again tonight, my sandwich was totally wrong and very messy. My husbands was correct, but totally messy and the bread torn up. Neither of us could eat our chips, they were completely stale. This Schlotzskys store is run super efficiently, and its a pleasure working with Tapas, the owner. He is highly responsive and extremely helpful in working with customers - I dont think I have to stress how important this can be and how increasingly harder it is to find. I needed to supply 700 lunches for a large event and on somewhat short notice. Tapas quickly jumped on the order even though we were still working out payment details in my organizations business office. Tapas delivered the order himself on the day-of. The food was fresh, delicious and gave our guests food options that truly satisfied them. I will continue to use this restaurant for my catering needs in Little Elm & Aubrey areas. Stellar service!

I went to grab quick breakfast and I always love foods from schlotzsky and their staffs but this location kind of upset me and family today as the cashier wasn t welcoming, no smile, poor customer service. He put our food in the table as if he didn t want to serve us without saying and looking at us. That made us us sad , I couldn t enjoy my food because it was not a pleasant environment we were expecting. dont get me wrong i love schlotzskys and usually go to the one in the colony. but weve moved to little elm recently and this location was horrible. my mom ordered a pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and a flatbread which the soup did not taste right and it was cold. she then got it changed to a different sandwich and had it for dinner tonight. a few hours later she said her stomach started to feel funny and she didnt think much about it and was about to go to sleep when she started throwing up and making trips to the bathroom so we are suspecting it is food poisoning and going to the doctor tomorrow. i also felt like the place wasnt very sanitary. the soda machine on the right was very dirty and customers were only using the machine on the left side, the sweet tea was foamy so i had to dump it out of my cup and choose a different drink. the people who were working also did not seem interested or cared about being at the job at all. overall, i just wouldnt come back to this particular location. if i could give it 0 stars i would.

Cashier very rude and unprofessional. I tried ordering a 6 count box of cinnamon rolls, the cashier indirectly told me i couldnt order the box because there were not 6 rolls available. I said i would wait, then the cashier rolled his eyes and disappeared to the back for quite a while. It is 6:11pm, they close at 9:00pm, they just going to shut down selling cinnamon rolls for the rest of the day?? Weird that this employee got so emotional about a cinnamon roll. I will not be returning.

I ordered the pick two. The sourdough bread really puts on the flavor to a fresh well made loaded with meat sandwich! The mixed greens salad was fresh and loaded with nuts, raisins, chicken and blue cheese crumbles. I added the blue cheese dressing. Staff was great and ordering was easy. Usually they are very good with great service. Recently I went and the sandwich was the worst I have seen. If you go to this one I think it depends on whos working that day. Maybe check your sandwich before you leave.
