We had been to Nags kitchen first time on, Friday Sept 27th 2024 for dinner. We ordered Mutton Kunda pulav, Pomfret fish fry and apollo fish. Totally satisfied with the food taste and service. Very authentic, home-made taste. I think these guys are doing an awesome job, continue your good work. all the best. Well visit again to taste more of your recipes. :) One request - Please add masala tea/irani chai/ filter coffee to your menu. Parking: good.

Tried Kunda Original mutton and chicken hariyali. Both rice seemed same not different at all. Got the family pack and not much of meat at all. Apolo fish is below avg. Whole karam kodi is good but too small. Nothing great that i will come back to this restaurant.

I visited Nags Kitchen on a Friday night and ordered the Chinna Aritaku Bojanam, priced at $69.99. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The fish, Chicken 65, and Gongura Chicken Pakodi (which was swapped for whole fried chicken) were heavily deep-fried, making them overly hard and lacking flavor. The rice (Kunda Pulav) barely had 10 prawns, which was quite underwhelming. Overall, the rice was just okay, certainly not worth the price. There were three of us, and they added a 15% gratuity, which was not mentioned upfront. We were only informed after we had finished eating and were presented with the bill. With tax, the total came to around $86. Given the quality of the food, the unexpected gratuity, and the 30-minute drive to get there, it felt like a complete waste of money and time.

I recently dined at Nag s and was truly impressed by the entire experience. The menu is unique compared to other restaurants and the food was outstanding every dish was bursting with flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. You can tell they use authentic ingredients, and the attention to detail in each meal really shows. The quality is consistent and impressive. Must try the Aritaku Bhojanam and their sea food items. They are delicious. There s plenty of parking space and you don t have to worry about circling around to find a spot.

Guess food taste is good, people around me was enjoying. As it s a new cuisine to me, didn t enjoy any food in here. My bad rating is for the service. They delivered kunda biryani after 1 hr (they forgot our order) and rice was 75% cooked, their chef checked it and said they will change it for something else but their employer came and said kunda should not be opened for 5 to 10mins to let it cook, which they didn t say when it was kept in our table. Place was too crowded.

Very bad experience. We ordered chicken kunda biryani and kunda panasakai biryani and both the biryanis are extremely spicy and we were not been able to eat it each biryani costs 25$ and there is no taste in it.our kids have thrown away their food in trash unable to eat it.There is no A/C in the restaurant in this hot summer on September,the bathrooms are not even good. They ran out of soap and tissues and bathroom door locked me inside for 2 minutes.Somehow managed to come out. The wait time is extremely long. We didn t even took the togo for left over biryanis.we spent 50$ for both the biryanis which is completely waste of money. There is no zero rating option for this otherwise I would rate it zero.Worst tasteless spicy biryani I have ever eaten in my life.

I planned to have brunch over the weekend. So I wanted to order over the phone since I was tired to go for a dine-in, but their phone didn t work. The restaurant should open at 12 but they didn t open until 12:15. Walked in to the restaurant and Ordered Apollo fish, Chicken kunda pulav and Jalapeño chicken. Order took almost an hour to get ready. Be prepared for the waiting time. 1. Apollo fish hardly has any fish in it. Tastes worst. It s like I paid for the batter coated on the fish. Tasted like pakoda. 2. Pulav has 80% rice and hardly any chicken pieces. The picture shows there are no chicken pieces in more than half of the rice. 3. Jalapeño chicken not so great but managed. Paid $55. Absolutely Not worth the price. Posting pictures for reference. I should have trusted the previous negative reviews on waiting time and kunda pulav which has only masala rice with less chicken.

We went for dinner and order chicken curry with Garelu, Nags chicken fry piece pulav, Gongura panner pulav, Bobbatlu. Had to order pulavs as biryanis are not available. Garelu is oily and tasted different so ordered puri s for chicken curry. Food is just average and we didn t like anything. Even bobbatlu were not good(shocked to see good reviews about bobbatlu). While going we asked them about the taste then they said their main chef is out from 2days and that s the reason for taste difference. Anyhow I felt it is overhyped by instagram influencers.

I went there last night for dinner. After watching an Instagram influencer s exaggerated reviews, my wife wanted to try the pot biryani. We waited 40-50 minutes to get the biryani, which I didn t mind since they informed us about the wait time upfront. We also ordered a starter, which we regretted the moment we tasted it. We let the server know, and they tasted it, agreed with us, and made some modifications to the dish. The pot biryani was a big disappointment nothing more than masala rice with chicken. I would definitely stay away from it. Im not sure if it was just an off day or if some influencers gave fake reviews. The place looked new and decent, but I found it lacked maintenance as we saw dozens of flies inside the restaurant and around our food plates.

1) Expect to wait at least an hour, no matter what. 2) I ordered pot biryani, but it was just regular biryani, and it didnt even taste good. A lot of other restaurants make much better ones. 3) Customer service is absolutely zero. 4) They didnt serve salads until we reminded them, and even then, they brought them out at the end of the meal. 5) The place was a mess, and they used different plates for different meals, which felt like unfair treatment.

Honest review as of July 2024: 1. Location is accessible from near by places. 2. Lots of free parking space. 3. Business is run by family. 4. Food is fantabulous. Since it s a family run restaurant, the food is not your typical random restaurant food. Ingredients, cooking style, serving, etc. shows the family/home made food authenticity. 5. Chinna Aritikaya full meals is a must try at this spot. 6. Clean and simple restaurant which I like. 7. Owners are extremely hospitable and humble. 8. Junnu (Desert) is delectable. 9. I recently tried the Pot Mutton Pulav at Nags restaurant. While it was average on its own, it paired much better with the salan. Unfortunately, the salan was not provided with the dish. However, we used some leftover chicken curry from our Puri and Chicken Curry order as a substitute, and this combination greatly improved the flavor of the pulav. In my opinion, the price of the Pot Mutton Pulav did not match its taste. On the brighter side, the Bobatlu was outstanding and deserves a solid 5/5 rating. Overall, I would rate the food at 3 stars. I am giving an extra star for the commendable management, bringing my total rating to 4 stars.

Recently visited this place with group of friends and food is really delicious. My personal favorites Mutton fry starter, Gongura Chicken Pakodi and Kunda Mutton Fry Pulav. I really love their masalas used for recipes which are like home made.
