My kids love to play at this playground. Great family environment, the atmosphere is always a great one. The staff and crew are very kind. Would definitely recommend for a family outing, or dinner if you have little ones. The playground is well kept and maintained. I just visited Hat Creek in Little Elm, TX, with my family and was horrified to find a serious safety hazard in the playground area. As I climbed up the stairs with my 3-year-old son, we encountered exposed electrical wires hanging out, plugged into an outlet with no cover. This is an accident waiting to happen and could easily injure or even kill a child. This restaurant needs to address this hazard immediately to ensure the safety of their young patrons. Until then, I strongly advise against allowing your children to play here. Safety should always come first, and this oversight is unacceptable.

First time visiting but will definitely be back. Has some of the best if not the best burgers in the area. They were very flavorful but somehow not as greasy or messy as any other burger I have eaten. Seems like they did something with grilling the bun or having a more dense bun. Either way it worked great and would highly recommend trying them out.

My son loves this playground so we have visited here often in the past few years. Weve had a couple of times were the food just didnt quite hit but for the majority of the time the food was excellent. I love the sombrero burger and the fact you can get it lettuce wrapped is a major bonus for a low carb dieter. Its generally very nice sitting on the patio, even in the summer, with their fans blowing. The kid menu is excellent and that pairs well with the outdoor playground when you want to feed and tire out your kiddos. all of their dipping sauces available on the drink bar are excellent and pair well with the fries or tots. There is a quieter area inside the building to eat if its too hot or you dont want to deal with the chaos of kids coming in and out of the playground. Dietary restrictions: Great if you are following a low carb diet. You can get any burger as a bowl or lettuce wrap! We absolutely love this place. We got a little bit of everything and NOTHING disappointed! This location was very clean, the gm was cleaning and everytime a table cleared out, someone was there to clean the space sweeping under tables, wiping them down, taking care of trash. Every spill cleaned up immediately. You can tell the GM takes pride in this place. The staff was kind, prompt and so helpful. Now the food.... the food... oh man... delish. The environment has a fast food feel but definitely not a fast food taste. Everything was hot and fresh and nothing tasted pre frozen or processed. We tried all the sauces and each pairs nicely with different things. You can even get an ice cold draft beer while the kids Olay on the playground they have! I highly recommend coming here. I cant say enough good things about this place and if I tried this review would be 5 pages long lol. Go try it for yourself... you wont be disappointed.

The food is good and the playground is awesome. Especially the turf and cushion fall area. I do wish they had more drink options on their menu like orange juice or hot chocolate. Their hat creek sauce is great. The kids meal burgers are like 3 inches. Its perfect for a toddler but maybe not for an older child. The sink outside is a really great idea and the seating is perfect. I will be back for sure. The burgers and loaded fries were good. In a party of four, they got two out of four orders wrong. They yelled out names for every order so you have a hard time taking with your group. Playground doors were open and kids were screaming (high pitched scream). Over the top for us personally. Not sure we will dine in anytime soon again. UPDATE Dec 2023: We opted for minor road trip to take advantage of gift cards and came back here. Great burgers and sweet potato fries. Well worth the trip from Plano again. 1st visit (UPDATE May 2021) to this location as the ones located in Richardson and Frisco are closer to home. It was worth the trip. Great service and better food. Very popular with families with small children who can play between bites on patio playground equipment. Dont tell anyone but you can find shade during hot summer days on south side of parking lot fronting Main Street. Military veterans be sure to show your colors for a discount. Staff gave me the wrong order and then got upset when I asked for the food I actually ordered. I was told they were too busy to correct it. This was from who they claimed was the manager. I ordered chicken nuggets and got hamburgers. Order was finally corrected, but only once I went inside and insisted on the correct order or a refund. UPDATE 11/2023: seems they have finally fix all of their website quirks, ordering was easier now, no mix ups when I picked up my order, only con is I wish they would be consistent with writing down the names for the burgers, its an option in the website, jersey Mikes is very efficient at this. Jay, the assistant manager, hands down has the most outstanding customer service. Jay makes sure everyone in the restaurant is taken care of, and has everything they need. Not a bad place to grab a burger. The seasoned fries are good. I tried the Cowboy burger with no sauce and it was really good. You can tell it was hastily thrown together, but that didnt stop me from digging in and ugly eating it to the last crumb. They could use someone to clean the tables as those were pretty dirty as well as the floor. Still none of this will stop me from returning....I liked it.

Had a great experience. I came for lunch to grab a burger to go. I ordered the Fredericksburger in a bowl form and it was good. It was pricey for what I got, but the burger was good. I would order it again. Customer service was excellent.

I wish they still served breakfast, but I understand it didnt work out. I personally love the veggie burger and usually get the lettuce wrap. So good! Messy, but good! Also just noticed today they now serve beer, which is new. Always great service! Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is so good! They also have the option to do a veggie burger salad. Not sure about vegan, though. Kid-friendliness: They have, what looks like, a super fun outdoor kids playground! I see kiddos enjoying it all the time!
