This is an updated, this location got the taste of that chicken and the rice and beans to the T !!! OMG it is sooooo good! I went yesterday to this Pollo Regio and the customer service in the drive through was really good, so much so it call my attention, Valeria was really nice and kind! However their chicken and their sauce could use a little more seasoning and flavor.

GENESIS MORALES treated us with horrible service. This place has horrible RAW food. Horrible cleanliness with no soap in the bathroom (not sure how that goes with employees washing their hands ). Also, this place goes around asking their customers to rate them 5 stars!!! (explains why they have a high rating) This place is horrible and runs out of plates and basic utensils and makes their customers eat on a napkin. Overall, this place should NOT BE IN BUISNESS ! Very disappointed... I love Pollo regio but, this location dropped the ball. Ordered online, said it was ready at 5:24pm. Arrived at 5:30pm to pick up my order. It wasn t ready No problem. Waited until 5:47pm to find out it was sitting on the counter behind the cashier the entire time then we get home, my two kids meals, for my kids are not even in the bag. Called for refund and they blew us off. Will never come back to this location.

I don t understand how this place has this high of a score. The food is terrible, portions are tiny, and price is way too much for what you get. First and last time coming here. Oh, can t forget the bones we found in the chicken. Btw, I noticed a lot of the reviews counter negative reviews by saying the exact opposite of the negative ones. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Pollo Regio in Lewisville. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff barely acknowledged my presence, and it took several minutes before anyone approached to take my order. When they finally did, the cashier was rude and acted as if my questions about the menu were a bother. The wait for my food was excessively long, and when it finally arrived, it was clear that quality control was not a priority. The chicken was dry and overcooked, lacking the flavor Pollo Regio is known for. The sides were equally disappointing bland and cold, as if they had been sitting out for hours. The dining area was another letdown. Tables were left uncleaned, and the floors were sticky and littered with trash. It was evident that cleanliness was not being maintained, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, poor food quality, and unsanitary conditions made my visit incredibly frustrating. I left feeling thoroughly dissatisfied and will not be returning.
