I can t recommend Castle Hills Real Estate enough! Linda and Karen went above and beyond in, not only selling our home, but seeing that we got the best value out of our sale. What I also found super valuable was how they empowered us with knowledge as sellers. They staged our home beautifully, researched the best prices and we were able to accept an offer in 3 days compared to other houses in the neighborhood that had been on the market for a month or more. Our journey actually started with them three years ago when when they helped us build the very home they helped us sell. Our biggest sadness is that we are moving out of state and will not be able to utilize their services in the future (unless they expand ). But I highly recommend Castle Hills Real Estate if you are a buyer or a seller as we had the best experiences in both processes!

I cant say enough about the experience. It was a complicated transaction but I was kept informed every step of the way. I was already out of town and Karen was the point person for repairs and make ready which she managed seamlessly. I was so impressed and obviously thrilled. Castle Hills real estate helped us sell our home in Carrollton in record time at $10k over our asking price! When we were interested in selling our home, they quickly inspected the property and made some recommendations on how to improve its looks for a quick sale. We took their advice, did some painting, made minor repairs and change the look of the kitchen. They were able to go in and stage the house, take some beautiful photos and put together a flyer. We started getting requests for people to see the home before it was even officially launched for sale. Within one week we were overwhelmed with showings, and as mentioned got an offer for $10k over the asking price -- all cash! We are very pleased and I feel if we had not used their services our outcome would have been much different. They clearly made our home look remarkable for sale.

Working with Linda to get into our home was such a joy. My wife and I, being first time amateur homebuyers, did not have much of a grasp for what we were doing. We ended up deciding to build a home instead of purchase and Linda was right there by our side from signing the initial purchase agreement, to making our design center choices and to closing. I would highly recommend Castle Hills Real Estate. If we ever move again (which might be tough since we love our home so much!) we will definitely be working with Linda.

Linda, Karen and Mark of Castle Hills Real Estate were all a pleasure to work with. They provided expert staging, photos, video, and marketing of our home. They continued to work hard, using various marketing strategies to keep our home relevant in search engines. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and home hunting needs. In the end we decided to rent our new home and they were just as helpful/supportive in our search as if we were buying. And they were also fun to be around!
