Best Gourmet Pizza! Friendly staff and service. When asked what they recommend, they knew exactly what to say! They shared local favorites and personal favorites! If you eat with your eyes, you will love it here. The toppings dress the entirety of the dough. No crust left behind! The crust is fabulous. The sauce is very nice and not overpowering, which is rare in the metroplex. Toppings are of fresh quality. The variety in sizes allows for ordering flexibility. The mini is perfect to sample new flavors or for a personal kid s serving. The atmosphere was pleasant. It is kid-friendly and has a few claw-machine games. There are many TVs, but they were for visual appeal not audio. There was an upbeat 80s vibe with the music selection, yet it was not too loud. You could still have a good conversation with your company. Options for seating include tables and booths with a few hybrids. Plus, there is an outdoor eating area. Drink selections include beer, wine, and a variety of Pepsi products (with the exception of Pepsi Zero) - both fountain and bottled drinks for to-go orders.

**Mountain Mikes Pizza** Our first visit today, and wow, what a pleasant surprise! My wife and I went for the lunch buffet, which included a tasty selection of pizzas and a fresh salad bar . We added Cokes to our meal, though heads up they serve Pepsi products here (not Coke, if thats a dealbreaker ). The pizza had some unique spins and flavors that really stood out! They also have a mini arcade with 4 claw machines , perfect if youre feeling lucky. Tons of TVs around the restaurant great if you want to catch a game while you eat. The restrooms were super clean, and overall, the whole place had a really nice and tidy vibe . We left feeling full and happy! Definitely worth a visit!

Avoid- poor service and waste of time. I really liked this spot in the past, but just had a bad experience that has soured the taste. I called an order for pickup, checked in at counter and gave my my name. Then I sat on a table on the side in front of the counter and waited you know, I just figured they re behind, but then I see folks come in and go before I get my pizza still I checked in at the front, they know I m there and see me sitting down, so figured it s just a kitchen backup- that happens and it s understandable After about 10 mins of waiting, I see a pizza that looks like mine get placed in the heater oh well, I checked in at the front and gave my name- so if that was my pizza they would have called me right?! Anyways onward I kept waiting and waiting and waiting for another 20 mins Eventually I went up to the counter to check, as a lot of folks came in and got their pizza figured they are running super behind. Well, turns out that pizza from 10 min after I was there was actually mine I ended up just walking out, felt bad- but my time is worth more. They saw me waiting and I had checked in- but they didn t call it out or even check on me. Save yourself, go somewhere that values your time more than this spot.

If youre looking for a place to cheat on your no pizza diet this is it. This is the place. This is the one. Kids under 10 eat free so go ahead and bring 10,000 kids in. And eat all the pizza you want. A little pizza buffet. The pizza dough here is slimy good and the different pizza types are all my types. The design of the inside is super duper cute. I dont understand the point of 100,000 different TVs but Im not complaining. Just think its weird. Regardless, the pizza is a good type of simple and the salad bar is simple and good too. I have one single complaint, and it is that the salad bar is kind of hard to grab from. There is like a glass window you have to bend down and reach under and it lowkey makes me feel like a criminal stealing the salad. It feels like Im not supposed to be able to grab anything and so every time I feel guilty. Which is weird because if anything I should feel guilty about eating the pizza. (I have a dairy allergy, and pizza has a whole lotta cheese) Anyway, cheap enough for a whole lot of food. And the carrots are the good ones that taste sweet ish. Yall come eat here and if you dont like it, too bad dont come back, but I like it. Vegetarian options: There is a whole salad bar for u veggie straws. Get at it Dietary restrictions: Probably dont eat the cheese pizza if you are allergic to dairy, but hey at least theres a salad bar Parking: Bring 6 semi trucks and theyll all have a spot Kid-friendliness: There is literally claw machines here. The kids love it Wheelchair accessibility: Not recommended in the back near the claw machines, but theres plenty of space in the front for a quick drag race on your wheelchair

From the marketing and outdoor appearance I was expecting a local bar atmosphere and elite pizza. Upon entering its more like a Dominos or Little Ceasars than a local watering hole. I had been waiting to try MMP since it opened and with guests in town ordered a pepperoni, chicken/bacon/muchroom with garlic sauce, and a meat lovers. It was ok but nothing special. Very heavy on dough, light on sauce. Taste was good, not great, but the price was too $$$ for the value.

Great food! The crispy pepperoni pizza is delicious, and the salad bar is the best I ve ever had. The quality is always incredible and the food is fresh and delicious. Buffet is also great for yourself or your family. Claw machines are fun for kids, and there are 20* TVs across the restaurant. Service is great too. Parking: Always plenty of spots Kid-friendliness: There are 5 claw machines that are well priced, and easy to win! There are also many TVs to keep the kids occupied.

Best pizza in the region!! We have tried so many gluten free pizza options in the area, mostly from big franchises and I can confidently say this is THE best GF pizza place! My husband also LOVES their regular crust too. The place and atmosphere is so cute, it reminds me of my childhood going to pizza places with the games. Just ordered delivery so I can t speak to service and atmosphere, but the pizza wasn t good. I looked at the reviews and pictures before ordering and they all looked amazing. Pizzas covered in pepperonis & various toppings! .except for one. And mine turned out exactly like that one. Barely any toppings and hardly any sauce. This was my first time trying this place out and it was a disappointment. $20+ gone down the drain. Here s what it looked like. This is the former Rotolos location, for those familiar with the area. Decor is contemporary - white tile and MANY tv screens on the walls, concrete floor. This is, for lunch at least, self service. The salad bar is solid, with the typical selection of fresh ingredients. The pizza is better than average, with a generous helping of quality toppings and plentys of cheese. The crust is the only element that is lacking, being thin and a little chewy. Overall, a good lunch pizza buffet - definitely better than Cicis, similar to Double Daves, not quite as good as Mamas in Plano.

Came here by accident looking for a different place and I ll have to say I m glad I did. I love trying new pizza spots and they did not disappoint. It takes a special kind of pizza to make me wish someone ordered from Pizza Hut or Dominos instead but Mountain Mikes Pizza managed to do it. The pepperoni pizza that was ordered was extremely greasy and had a strange, unpleasant flavor and aftertaste making it close to inedible. It is challenging to find really good pizza in Dallas, but this is not it and I recommend pretty much any other place over Mountain Mikes especially with their higher prices.

OMG. Where do i start. This is the most amazing tasting pizza on planet earth. The toppings are fresh, the crust is perfect and the cheese but also the sauce is magnificent. Mountain Mikes pizza is where its at in Lewisville, Texas but soon a fee spots are opening in the Houston, Texas area from what I hear. Im interested in opening one in my area. Best freaking pizza in town! We got the special with white sauce and bacon... Customized a couple of plain dough pieces for the picky kid. So so good! Even the teen loved it. Bonus- the leftovers were even better!! That pizza was huge and delicious. So much yum- how have we never been there before now? Parking: Plentiful all around as it is near Target and shares a building with many outlets. Kid-friendliness: Families everywhere and the staff was especially friendly. They have coin vending games or machines, but mostly lame. Pizza makes up for it.

My family was not impressed. I ordered the large McKinley. The pizza didnt have enough marinara sauce. I had to add some Prego marinara sauce to get to the second slice. It was subpar at best especially for the price. We each are a couple of pieces but no one wanted any of it again so I ended up throwing the rest away. Mountain Mikes yay!!! I was very excited to know that we have it in Texas. We moved from California to Texas in 2011. My favorite pizza place in CA (BAY AREA) was Mountain Mikes. Surprise!! it was one in Fort Worth.....so I went there and the pizza was exactly like in California as I remembered it 12 years ago. We were so happy.. Today I decided to try the Lewisville MM since is closer to my home. Not the same, the pizza was so greasy and the oil was old, did not taste the same, the price was very expensive, around $65. for 2 pizzas, but nope, I am not going back to the Lewisville location, it does not taste the same. Soooo disappointed. Even If I have to drive more, I AM GOING BACK TO FORT WORK.......Very Disappointed from Lewisville location. Do not go there :(

I read all the reviews and we went during lunch when they offer their buffet. My wife and I are foodies. We try out all the new places within a reasonable distance from the house. Let me say that the people were nice and the atmosphere was fine but the pizza was maybe two notches above Cicis. Meh. Nothing horrible about it but its no Grimaldis or the local Tonys or Joes. Again nothing horrible but, to us, there are just so many better choices. Maybe its just our taste as I read people on here saying its the greatest ever and Im thinking have they been to these other places or are they just used to their frozen Totinos or something?

I bought a small pizza for almost $18. I asked for double beef and garlic. This is what double beef looks like. I won t be back. Every time I come here the customer service is immaculate. I always place to go orders and my pizza is always fresh and Im greeted with such enthusiasm. Tonight I came in and wanted something changed about my pizza and both the people at the front Lauren and Dillon were completely okay and understanding. First time at Mountain Mike s. Ordered a large pizza (half veggie, half combo). Also ordered some boneless wings. Pretty quiet on a Saturday afternoon. They have a pretty large covered patio in the front. They had a number of TVs there playing various sports. I wouldn t order the boneless wings again. They came out hot, but had a very processed chicken meat consistency them. I liked the pizza though. Hearty, crisp crust and ample toppings.

This review is long overdue. Mountain Mikes is amazing! This location is being slept on, and Ive no idea why. The owners are incredibly nice, the restaurant is clean and modern, the quality of the pizza is superb, and everything at the salad bar is so fresh. The AYCE lunch may be limited, but the quality and price is unbeatable for the area. If you havent tried it yet, go now!

When I saw there was a mountain Mike s not to far from where I live I was super excited. When I lived in California this was one of my favorite pizza places. I was hoping this location would be as good as the one I visited in CA. It was beyond my expectations. The pizza was amazing. Maybe even better than I remembered. The salad bar was super fresh with lots of good salad choices. The restaurant was very clean. Workers were friendly. Thank you for an amazing dinner.

Its... Alright. Not-Knots seem to be the best thing here and they appear to be a limited time deal. Pizza was decent with average ingredient taste. Sauce was more paste-y than sauce-y. Maybe trying to be a hipster CiCis?? The pizza was baked with the perfect amount of crispiness to the crust. Plenty of toppings on the pizza. Service was quick. Haven t had mountain mikes pizza for over 10 years until I found out they had a location an hour away and I loved mountain mikes growing up with there iconic mountain pizza. But sadly wasn t very impressed with what it was I ordered a mountain pepperoni pizza and mountain cheese pizza with the pepperoni pizza the amount of pepperonis were amazing and was tasty just not enough cheese you could see the crust and from what I remember the pizzas were loaded with cheese and I was disappointed with the cheese pizza as well because it had the same issue. On a good note the garlic knots were amazing and mountain fries were delicious as well.

I travel a lot for American Airlines and love trying new places to eat. I moved to the Dfw area not to long ago and my restaurant searching continues. This restaurant had the best pizza I ve had (and that s including New York authentic pizza) the ingredients were natural and the proportions of the ingredients blended perfectly. The restaurant is clean and the music is at a tolerable level. The staff is friendly and attentive. The salad bar has very fresh ingredients BUT $10/salad is a bit steep. Swap out teddy grahams for cottage cheese and the salad bar is perfect. Offering half price salad bar when ordering an entree is a good recommendation. We ordered a Pike s Peak pizza. The amount of meat is great but could definitely use more sauce. The pizza we were served looked just like the picture on the menu. We definitely recommend. This pizza restaurant does have potential.

Over priced oddly sliced pizza with minimal ingredients at a premium cost. That about sums it up for me! Every slice of a large Italian pizza, except for about two of them had only one piece of Italian sausage per slice picture included. Don t waste your time or money. If you must try this horrible pizza do yourself a favor and get a coupon at least. I guarantee you still won t get your moneys worth.

This was my first visit. The staff was ok the food was good but not worth the 30 minute drive to give it a try. We ordered pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks, and their signature fries. The pizza was huge. The wings were good but nothing special. The cheese sticks arrived cold along with the fries and everything came to our table at different times. First visit in. First impressions. I ordered a medium make your own pizza on a thin crust. Beef. Black olives and green onions with extra sauce. The total for the pizza was 28 bucks and change. This was a medium, not a large!!! Well, they forgot my onions and extra sauce. Pizza, however, is really good. The sauce makes it. Pizza taste gets 3 stars ,service 1 star since it was not busy at all, and they messed my order up. I also ordered their famous or they say so potato wedges. They come seasoned with ranch. Lets say say they were horrible. Worst potato wedges ever. Im not sure what the seasoning is, but it adds nothing. So save your 7 dollars and pass on these. They are way way overpriced. The pizza was decent. If they have coupons to bring the cost down, then okay, I may get pizza from time to time. They will not hang around long at those prices. I always thought pizza is pizza but this place proved me wrong. I never had a pizza like this. The crunchiness of the pepperoni just hit different . The garlic bread texture is also different which I LOVE. It s so fluffy yet crispy. The wings were okay. It s just like every other pizza place wings. The staff were friendly and nice. The weather was so nice we sat outside which created a nice ambience at night. Definitely recommend for a family or friend outing

On a rainy Thursday afternoon, for a quick lunch break, I decided to visit this establishment. I had low expectations for it being a smaller chain, and boy was I wrong! This might be the worst pizza I ve ever had. First the buffet was construed of 3 pizzas that had been there for awhile, and a dessert pizza. BUYER BE WARE!!!! Monday my husband was charged $80.63 for 1 Meat Lovers pizza, partly because the girl running the register gave herself a $50 tip! When my husband brought this to the managers attention she said it would be corrected in our account Tuesday. DIDNT HAPPEN! We dont live in Texas so I cant just come by and fix this! Had an awesome time here on the night it opened! The Pizza was excellent and the staff was really great and friendly. Its apparent that they have great management. Theres plenty of large screen TVs to catch your favorite game, while you enjoy your pizza. I cant for the life of me understand the 1-star review. Maybe that guy owns a competing pizza establishment? Ordered various items. The pizzas are very tasty. The sauce is on the sweet side, which I prefer. Wasnt crazy about the potato wedges. The salad was ok. The Ranch is not made in-house, and it shows. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. FYI, the buffet is only served Monday through Friday for lunch. Unless I missed it, their website does not mention this. I took a chance on Mountain Mikes after a friend recommended it in response to my question, Are there any GOOD pizza buffets around town, that actually have GOOD pizza? Im thinking of a place my brother would bring his son, but its also good enough they might go there without the kids! The first time I went, I was greeted with by the staff and asked to place any custom order Id like, and theyd bring it out to my table once its ready; and of course, to enjoy the buffet while we wait. And Im happy to say my friends suggestion was on point, and the pizza was actually really good! Definitely better than most, if not all, of the pizza buffets Ive experienced before. The second time I went, the staff immediately won my respect and appreciation when they only smiled after I asked if I could split my balance due on two different cards, during a lunch rush, and again, offered a custom personal pizza to be brought to my table, along with the solid buffet. And when I asked for a side of marinara or pizza sauce, the staff didnt hesitate to run in the back and fill a little cup with red sauce for me! IDK. I felt like they wanted my business, as Ill be coming back for a third (and most likely a fourth) visit to enjoy a GOOD pizza buffet. Highly recommended! A+ All of the stars!

So, let me first say that they (Mountain Mikes) according to the employee we spoke with consider this to be fast food. Not a authentic Italian restaurant or Pizzaria. Their is no table service hence I cannot consider them in the 5 star zone. That being said the Pizza we ordered at the counter was quite good in that they do not skimp on the cheese, meat or vegetable toppings and they are using very healthy and delicious uncured pepperoni. The crust is fairly thin style but it is stacked high with cheese and toppings. Their is not, however much secondary flavoring so as far as (Fast Food pizza go) I would have to say that Mountain Mikes is a slice above their competition in this same category. It does not however have the depth of flavor that you would find in a authentic Italian or Sicilian Pizza Pie. We had the Tuscan Pizza on our first visit it was good for the money spent. So price per quality I would say its best in town for a fast food category Pizza. They also have ice cold Yuengling beer on draft for under $5 for 16oz...so kudos for the pricing and several other brands of beer and a token selectionof wines. We also sampled the Cheese Garlic bread stix and marinara and found them delicious as well. Overall for the standard they set they are doing good and at a decent price for lunch or dinner. Personally though I wish that they would have aimed higher and made them selves a full fledged restaurant with table service. They have a very nice salad bar set up too. I would say a fairly inexpensive place to take the family out for a bite. In a clean friendly atmosphere. They also have a large outdoor seating area that will be great when it is warmer to be enjoyed. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza options available and they will modify any of the suggested combinations any way you want them and all are scratch made in house. Parking: Lots of parking within a easy walk to the front door. Well lite at night and clean. Kid-friendliness: From the amount of full families inside definitely kid friendly. Lots of big LCD screens for kids or adults to watch. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat floor, no steps to navigate. Concrete ramp up from the parking to the side walk and in the front door.

In a nutshell, you don t need to settle for boring, ordinary pizza. Since I was a kid there was always The Pizza Place we d always go and I think we d all agree these kinds of places are few and far between. So glad to bump into Mountain Mikes because this is seriously great pizza made with the best ingredients. One last word: Do you know how you sometimes feel after you enjoyed a good helping of pizza? We waited an hour+ for dine in pizza and when we got here it wasnt busy. They said their computer in the kitchen stopped working. Recommend avoiding this place for 6-12 months until they work out all the kinks of running a business. Tables arent bussed, no proactive management to apologize about the wait, etc. Just one cashier with a line of disgruntled people waiting to order the pizza that is supposedly so good.
