Decided to try this place on a whim. This is worse than fajita Petes. Spouse and I were given dirty forks. Torillas were of poor quality, but what should I expect? Beans and rice were cold, not even room temp. Chips were stale. Fajita chicken and steak were warm but not hot, they had decent seasoning. I wouldnt be surprised if the kitchen was just a microwave. Disappointed to say the least

TBD Kitchen recently underwent some changes, notably the installation of a black cage on the bar top meant for liquor storage. Unfortunately, this addition, though functional, has significantly impacted the overall ambiance and practicality of the space. The choice to place the cage on the bar top, blocking the once-visible chalkboard, is questionable at best. What was once an open and inviting atmosphere now feels cramped and closed in. The cage, though serving its storage purpose, acts as an eyesore and distracts from the otherwise pleasing aesthetics of the establishment. One of the major drawbacks is the reduced space for patrons at the bar. The addition of the cage seems to have taken away valuable seating room, making it feel congested and less accommodating than before. Its disheartening to witness a space that previously exuded openness and comfort now struggle under the weight of a poorly placed storage solution. While the functionality of the cage is understood, its current placement compromises the overall customer experience. It not only obstructs the view of the chalkboard but also gives off an impression of a thoughtless design choice. Patrons, who once enjoyed the freedom of an open bar setting, are now confronted with an obstacle that hinders their overall enjoyment. In conclusion, TBD Kitchens recent addition might serve a practical purpose, but its impact on the overall atmosphere and customer experience cannot be ignored. Reconsidering the placement or finding an alternative solution that doesnt compromise the aesthetic and spaciousness of the bar area would undoubtedly enhance the dining experience for patrons.

The way this restaurant is set up is just weird IMHO. You walk through the door wondering if you ended up in the back service area. Its busy & loud & crowded & its the only way through the restaurant, so you maneuver through that food service area, trying not to get in the way, thinking youll find the hostess stand at the other end. Nope. So you navigate back to the food service area to find out you seat yourself. Upon seating yourself, service is attentive & prompt. They ran out of all the specials, so I ordered the carne asada, which was quite tender. Its a family friendly restaurant, so if you want to be able to hear & talk with your dining party, this may not be the best setting. Food - 4 stars Atmosphere - 2 stars

Ordered Chicken Fajitas and a side of the brussel sprouts to go 45 min ago. Just got home to realize they didn t give me tortillas - oh well, that happens. However, The chicken tasted very bland, which means it was not marinated at all. The guacamole had chips broken in it, which means someone in the kitchen was dipping into it - gross!! And it was just mashed up avocado with no spices added and it was brown which means it wasn t fresh. Very disappointed especially when I spent $25 for the order! The brussel sprouts were tasty, but not worth $25. While I was waiting for the order, a male employee entered carrying a bag and announced I m going to eat my sh*t before I clock in . It appeared to be all young kids running the place. I ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years so these observations are based on my experience. Too bad, but I won t return. It s a cute little restaurant but needs some quality control. This was at 4:30 on a Friday evening. I m very happy to say that within 30 minutes of posting my review, I was contacted by Manager, Sean. He apologized for what I experienced and offered to deliver another order to my home. When the food arrived, it was hot, tortillas included, and the chicken was flavorful and cooked/marinated to perfection. This kind of response and ownership truly shows he cares about his guests. I was extremely impressed and pleased. I wish more restaurants showed this kind of concern. I will return and I ll tell my friends! Thanks, Sean.

First of all I couldn t find your Tuesday street tacos to start of this review. Not a problem. I can work with it. (About an hour ago) Beth found that you had taco Tuesdays. That was all it took for me to get up after a long day and say lead the way. It was 7PM Tuesday night. We didn t have to wait. That s a plus. The staff was super awesome to some of our requests. I wanted an extra shot of tequila. Beth had the mango margarita which I hear was the bomb. We had a plan. We were going to have one of each of the tacos apiece. None of them disappointed. I would however advise caution with the chorizo. All and all I give this place a 10. Sugar skulls adorned. Alissa is our favorite waitress when we come in. I just don t have enough good things to say about this place.

Don t go here if you want Latin food or even good food. I am appalled this restaurant has such high ratings because I was extremely disappointed. It serves overpriced bland Tex-Mex food. The street tacos were not flavorful, the rice was extremely dry with no flavor, and the quesadillas were over powered with pineapples that did not go well with the bland shrimp. The margarita was basic and expensive for what you get. To top it off, they charge you $2 for a small side of pico that literally had a few chunks of tomatoes in it (note the tacos are only $3). I have never written a review but the food was so bad I felt the need to write this to warn others.

Absolutely fantastic place to grab some street tacos. Their posh tacos rotate seasonally, but the ones I have tried are amazing. Highly recommend the brisket taco if they have it, as well as the fried avocado. I was really impressed with the corned beef taco for St Patrick s Day, hopefully that one can make more frequent appearances. The table salsa is pretty good, but you definitely need to order some guacamole as well. The jalapeños pickles in soy sauce are a game changer. Everyone at the table agreed that the salsa verde was exceptional; I preferred the smoky orange salsa, but it is quite spicy (if that isn t your thing). Definitely our new favorite place for tacos. It doesn t hurt that the ambience is also spot on.

I would give it 3.5 stars if I could but the review doesnt let me do that. I am leaning towards a 4 rather than a 3. Good: 1) Cocktail (with rum, a few other ingredients, and coconut ice cube) was amazing. 2) Drinks have a decent amount of alcohol. 3) On the first visit, all the tacos (Baja Mahi Mahi, Cactus which we ordered without meat, Fried Avacado) were delicious. 4) Staff are friendly. 5) Not very crowded (perhaps due to the location). Bad: 1) Appetizer plates and dishes were not cleared before the tacos arrived (on both visits). 2) Water was not refilled. 3) On our second visit, the tacos tasted just OK. I didnt expect the quality to differ so much in less than 10 days. 4) Salsa tasted like pasta sauce from a bottle. Some coriander was mixed in, perhaps to look like it was freshly made. Could be better: 1) Guacamole was average at best, not worth the price. 2) On the first visit, 4 chips were included with the guac because they were still making the chips. They could have simply apologized and brought the guac after the chips were ready. They did bring in more chips later. 3) On our second visit, we could not order the desired cocktail because they were out of coconut ice cube on Saturday night at 7pm!

My wife and I love eating and having drinks here! My two year old daughter loves the patio she and other kids are usually exploring the patio just having a good time, very family friendly most of the day. If you go later at night, music gets louder and people are out just having a great time socializing. Please get the Aguachiles as an appetizer! Your welcome.!

The food has no taste. The Breakfast Enchilada has no cheese and no flavor. The chips were so oily.

Food was fresh and bottomless mimosas were great. Laid back casual spot with changing chefs menu and special drink every week.

Wow! Great patio with a view, dog friendly. Guacamole made fresh, chips seemed like made in house too, delicious. Drinks and entrees were great too. Everything was fresh, and fried yucca was perfect!
