If someone such as (a soon to be ex-husband) asks for property you owned before marriage, which would be your s hands down, in the TX court of law, don t expect Ellen to do anything. In fact, she will look drunk at the only face to face meeting you have, then let her para tell you all about how she didn t do well in her divorce with Ellen s help. She knocked it out of the park on family law in her prime years ago. But, now expect nothing but a bill for emails and phone calls about the status about a frozen court and zero follow up. And, that you owe more than a retainer for absolutely nothing. Hired a shark for 50% of the cost and got everything I wanted. Ellen needs to retire. Those are my options. Ellen did a great job for me. I had no ideal what to do where to go or how to get start in the process of a divorce. She walked me though the whole process and I didnt have to give up any of my 401k. Great job!

The best legal advice I have received after wrangling with an legal issue Pro Se on my own. Ellen took the time to review my paperwork, listened and answered all my questions and took time to educate me on the legal process and expectations related to my legal issue. Ellen and Jennifer are a great team and I like the fact that she gives you several options, gives realistic what you need to hear Legal Advice and not What You Want to Hear. Excellent Attorney: I was nervous about hiring an attorney for my divorce. From the very first meeting to discuss my situation, I felt comfortable and knew I could trust Ellen to handle my divorce. Her office responds to emails and calls quickly; they also replied to my emails on the weekend. Youre never left wondering whats happening with your case. I definitely recommend her.

Attorney Dixiis did such an amazing job. I was always kept updated on my case. Her staff is very helpful. She always answers any questions about my case, usually within just hours which was great because she understands that you are a client not just an email.
